Nope the breakfast was very bad , boring and lack of selection , hotel was overpriced becouse was in makati and wish we had stayed in Diamond at malate instead . Only Awful pinoy food on breakfast , Lack of bread , bacon , Jam and cheese also not much fruit to select sadly so wont use this hotel again . Our room in 29 floor was good , But not the swiming pool that was in the shadow and the low quality breakfast wont make us choose this hotel again next time in manila ….

I had a great stay at this property. As someone who’s really into fitness, having access to a gym was a must and the fitness facility here didn’t disappoint. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and I especially appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine in the apartment. A special shoutout to Regina from housekeeping she’s absolutely amazing! She consistently did a fantastic job keeping the apartment spotless, and I loved that you could schedule a cleaning time that suited you. Overall, a comfortable and convenient experience I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and were able to help with all our questions, from how to use Grab to when the local market was open. Breakfast was reasonably good with many options, but no tea only coffee. The pool was great and not crowded at all (we were the only ones who used it at the time both times). Bed comfy, great rain head shower, robes, slippers…what more do you need?

Room was nicest I've ever stayed only problem was it smelled of mold. First night they tried different room, same issue. Second night the put an air purifier in the room while we were out for dinner. Made an improvement. If not for the smell they'd get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - 10/10. Just happy they tried to address with different rooms, air freshener, and air purifier.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in making sure that our stay was special. Quick service whenever we needed assistance. The one bedroom deluxe unit was spacious with a kitchen and washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its wide variety of options.

This place was wonderful! Super clean and updated. We got the two bedroom room and were so surprised that it had two bathrooms! So nice having a washing machine available for a longer trip. We enjoyed the gym. The free breakfast was good. Staff were nice and helpful. Very walkable and safe.

hotel was clean but I had stayed with 10 more bugs in the room. and it was difficult to catch the mobile phone signal in the room. in order to find signal and make the phone call I had to come down to the hotel lobby. that was amazing experience!!!

My husband had his phone stolen, whilst we were out near lucky Chinatown, the team at Somerset were so helpful, accompanying him to the police station to do reports. A very big thank you from us. Rooms big and very comfortable bed, we had a washing machine in our 1 bed apartment, very useful, but there were also machines to use by swimming pool. Breakfast choice is OK, only includes basic filter coffee, no cappuccino etc, but you could buy this at the same cafe. Limited fruits and vegetables. Well located for public transport or walking.

All the other properties I called for would not adapt to our needs but Somerset listened and helped us get a room for until our next flight. We arrived at the property at around 4pm expecting that our room is supposed to be ready because the check in time is usually 2pm. When my wife started to checked in she was told that the room is already available and when I got up to the lobby from the parking she has been waiting for several minutes already. I asked the front desk on the status of our room and she said that the room is not ready yet. I wasn't happy with this kind of service. We are expected to check out the next day by 12pm or earlier but our room wasn't ready when we are expecting it to be ready. Need to fix this service please.

The Hotel rooms are nice, but the front desk did not allow early check in even though the room was empty she asked double pay and from 8 AM 1/2 pay anyway I did not need that as I had to go to work, but after long flight it might be nice to consider if room is vacant and I paid for 3 night to allow early check in, the breakfast is not good made me leave the hotel and get into another one
