Dommage qu’il faille payer le parking en+ de la chambre. Un parking gratuit serait un vrai plus. Accueil agréable et chambre confortable et calme.

Ideally located if arriving by car and close to the main area. It was an easy short walk to get to the main square. The rooms are a decent size, nicely presented and clean. The bar area is also well presented and has a nice feel. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were a couple of members of staff who were a bit abrupt in my opinion. The hotel is also located next to a busy road so noisy to have the window open but this is the trade off for easy access by car so more of an observation rather than a criticism. There is a nice restaurant on the top floor. Although it is separate from the hotel there is an offer for hotel guests advertised in the room but upon going to the restaurant it was not at all clear what the offer was and when I asked about it the restaurant staff were very abrupt. However, this was not the hotel staff and I also accept I do not speak French so probably lost in translation but was disappointing when it is advertised in the actual hotel rooms.

I booked this property specifically because the Expedia description showed there was an onsite electric vehicle charging point. There isn't. And in fact there is no parking belonging to this hotel. This caused me a massive inconvenience and I was late for my Eurotunnel train the following morning because I had to change between Arras and Calais. I expect some compensation from Expedia.

Great value hotel with trendy bar in foyer and stunning rooftop restaurant. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Area is being developed so lots of building work in progress around the hotel although we were not disturbed by noise. Staff were pleasant but not super friendly.

Our fourth stay at this hotel and it was as excellent as usual. Staff really friendly and helpful plus the restaurant on the roof was excellent.

Notre arrivée avant 15 heures nous a permis de poser nos bagages en attendant que notre chambre soit disponible. Finalement nous sommes revenus vers 18h30. Un peu d’attente mais acceptable. Petit bémol même sur le tarif concernant les animaux de compagnie ou j’ai une confirmation à huit euros est arrivé sur place c’était 15 € l’animal. Malgré cela, c’est réglé au prix où nous avions réservé donc huit euros par chien. Par contre niveau propreté, pas top dans la chambre à l’intérieur des toilettes sur la porte, il y avait des éclaboussures douteuses. Sinon, l’accueil était agréable et le petit déjeuner correct.

We stayed here for one night on a return to Calais. The hotel was lovely, super clean and modern. Easily walkable to Arras grand place where we walked for dinner. The hotel is on a busy roundabout, which was noisy with the window open, though couldn’t be heard when closed. We did find the AC didn’t work very well so was warm in the room. Otherwise great stay

Goed hotel op een steenworp afstand van het historische centrum van Arras. Superior room was echt groot en comfortabel. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet.

We loved this hotel right from the moment we checked in and greeted by the friendliest, and most helpful receptionist. (I wish I took his name but I am sure you will be able to find this out and pass on our commendations). Along with the rest of the staff who were so happy and welcoming. This had got to be the best Ibis we have stayed in. The ambience and decor was funky and cosy, and the blonde beer on tap was lush :) The staff on bar duty were also really friendly. The room was super spacious and very very clean, not a spec of dust in sight. Bed comfy (although my husband woke up a tad achey but i guess beds are down to preference). There was great sound proofing as well as slow close doors! Breakfast was lovely, continental as one would expect in France. Lots to choose from. I was especially impressed by the freshly squeezed orange juice machine as well as the make your own tea bags! Thats not something I have come across before! I also loved the fact you had a proper toaster! The ladies on Breakfast duty were so lovely, helpful and very friendly. All in all, we had the perfect stay hotel wise. Please pass on our thanks to all of the staff, they must have a great management team! The only downside was the rooftop bar. It was busy as to be expected and we only wanted drinks, we found a table easily but no one really noticed us apart from the lovely lady behind the bar, we left after 20 mins without anyone taking our order. It didnt spoil our stay though. (Just feedback.)

Grande chambre lumineuse avec WC séparés, le luxe. Malheureusement pas la moindre étagère, juste un portant. Idem dans la salle de bain. Ce qui rendrait inconfortable le fait de rester plus d’une nuit. Dommage…

Welcoming and helpful staff. Very comfortable room even if we don't like a separate toilet. Good to have a window which opens. More shelves in the bedroom and hooks in the bathroom would have been good. Breakfast was nice but no muesli or cereals suitable for adults.

Simple easy check in even when it’s late. Room was great although not a quiet hotel due to location and it being a Friday night but not not an issue really. Would stay again as only 15 mins from Vimy and an hour or so from Le Shuttle.

Das Hotel ist noch ziemlich neu. Die Lage ist zwar an einer größeren Straße, aber selbst bei unserem zur Straße raus fiel der Verkehr nicht negativ auf. Unser zimmer war angenehm groß, das personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend....wir haben uns als Gäste sehr wohl gefühlt.

The lady at Check in (Moroccan) was so wonderful and helpful! After a long drive it’s exactly what you need! Room was comfortable but no mention of sofa bed which was what the second bed was.

Accueil du personnel bon et bon accompagnement. Toutefois l'exigence du règlement intégral du séjour dès l'arrivée est surprenante ! D'autre part le refus catégorique de délivrer le reçu du règlement par carte VISA 1er est inadmissible, d'autant que la délivrance de la facture est également refusée, sous prétexte d'économie de papier ! Enfin l'attitude agressive verbalement, de la personne semblant en charge de la direction de la réception a été très désagréable ! Pour finir la facture m'a été adressé par mail et devant mon insistance très ferme, j'ai pu obtenir immédiatement le rxeçu bancaire

The hotel is in a good location and is clean and pleasant. If you advertise that your reception staff can speak a language then you also need to ensure the staff are happy to do so.

A very quiet hotel. Close to Grand Place. Kevin, on reception was remarkable. So helpful we wanted to take him with us on the test of our travels.

Nice, quiet, convenient. Close to the centre, however, on an unfriendly road. Very stylish common areas, nice rooms but a bit underserved (no glass just a paper cup, lack of storage space)

Overall an excellent hotel in a very good position to explore Arras, just a 10 minute stroll to main square. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only criticism, having stayed there for 4 nights is that the options at breakfast were a bit limited. If they could add just a couple more hot options, it would be a good spread for a short stay.

This was a great stopover hotel en route to the Alps from London. Easy walk into town to enjoy the Christmas market, comfortable room and parking right next door. Great breakfast too.

Convenient for old town, cathedral and riverside restaurants. 12 euro uber ride from station.
