Though we missed check in, there was a phone number on the info board at the hotel. We rang the number and a guy said he'd be round in 2 minutes which he did much to our relief! Great view from the hotel window and fab location. Recommend.

Nice hotel in a great location - right on the Grand Place. Good for parking too. Hotel staff were great and breakfast was good. It is a little tired overall.

Very friendly staff - if driving - the town square parking is free overnight from 6pm-9am (&on Sundays /holidays) ; or there is a cost to park underground ; see their info booklet for current pricing

Very quaint hotel on a property over five hundred years old cantered in Arras central square. The room we had lots of character with exposed timbers. The buffet breakfast was a good deal- all you can eat for 13 euros. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The room was very tiny with little space to move around. The breakfast buffet was quite lovely. Location was excellent.
