W Costa Navarino hotel is a new gem in the area. I really liked the property and I have a really good and relaxing experience overall. Let me highlight few things: - Swim up room was just amazing. The decoration and all the amenities were so luxury and premium. Loved that part. High quality in all the materials, great work. - The main restaurant of the hotel “Parelia” serves really delicious food. We enjoyed our night there and the service was fast and good. - The main pool area is so beautiful and I like the vibes of the hotel as they have Dj during the day and beach events in the night. - Reception was so kind and helpful - Breakfast variety and quality is really good. Something that I found basic for hotel’s standards is the food menu in pool area. We tried different things but did not like the quality. Also, I faced a delay on the order. Hope this to be improved and be aligned with whole high standards. Lastly, although an unlucky moment in the breakfast where we had to wait some time to be seated, management showed high professionalism and made really good gestures so that we can enjoy our stay even more.

The room was comfortable and cool as it was very hot during the summer. Sea shuttle to Ammouda beach was good. Need more staff at the beach bar at the beach as they looked very hot and tired Otherwise they were accommodating. Had a drink at the “mushroom bar” one night but had to send the drink back as glass was full of lipstick Breakfast is amazing but once again had dirty water glasses on the table and one had a little spider in it with a web. Needed to send those back to be replaced with clean glasses I feel I expected more from a 5 star hotel Staff all pleasant but some lacked a bit of experience

Très bel établissement dans un cadre enchanteur. L'atmosphère est calme, les piscines nombreuses et la plage très vaste. Les chambres sont très agréables. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. Si vous êtes golfeurs, pensez à vérifier que des départs sont possibles car nous sommes venus une semaine mi octobre où tout était complet sur les 4 parcours!

The most amazing resort in Greece. Newer, endless facilities and amenities, the breakfast buffet was the best i have ever been to. Lots of pools, they provide the greatest plush beach towels. Very nice loungers. The beach is beautiful to relax on (sand seems like it was trucked in, as its different at the water line, not as nice in the water. The small village of Gialova is so perfect, it seems like it was made for a movie and every detail was thought out. The Agora is also amazing, wonderful restaurants and shops. Absolutely amazing, nothing bad you can say about this resort. Large, beautiful, clean, best service, attentive friendly staff, lots to do, great location close to some amazing things to do.

This was our second stay and while the hotel and location are beautiful, there are some aspects which aren't fantastic. The price of food and drinks at the hotel restaurants and bars are extortionate. As a result, we tend to go into the neighbouring town for meals. We also found the room cleaning to be quite poor. Some dirty plates were left in our room for days. Also, towels were changed even when we hung them up (to try to be more eco responsible). Although toiletries are provided, my daughter was told she could not have another bottle of mouthwash during our stay by one of the people cleaning the room. We were staying for 10 nights (2 rooms) and were provided with a tiny bottle each. There is a meanness about what is provided, particularly given the hotel price.

Altogether, it was a nice short, vacation facilities restaurant in the nearby agora are amazing. One tiny thing to change is at breakfast morning hours, they shouldn't clean the nearby bar one it makes a lot of noise and too, all of the chemicals smells of the cleaning materials are rising up to the air and coming to the breakfast area

This was our fourth stay at the W Hotel. The location and accommodations are absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and housekeeping is excellent — fresh towels twice a day, which is perfect. However, the level of service no longer feels five-star, as it did during our first two visits. Breakfast was chaotic, and there was a lack of visible or approachable supervisors. It’s unfortunate to see so many temporary, inexperienced young staff across key areas like reception, the pool bar, breakfast area, and beach service. That said, it can be different — a big compliment to Alexandros (Valet Parking) and Augustuna (at Piqantro), who are both experienced and truly friendly. Despite the downsides, we will definitely return again.

Beautifully designed property with courteous and service oriented staff. Room was nicely appointed but the shower kept flooding every time the overhead shower head was used. Had to use all our towels to mop up floor. Housekeeping informed and they stopped by but issue was never fixed. Dinner at Parelia restaurant was a complete disaster. Tough, fatty short ribs and rooster that tasted like cinnamon balls. I found the W and all the Costa Navarino properties lack the authentic Greek experience. If you are looking for fancy pools, overpriced everything and a pretentious feel, you’ve found the place.

The place was simply amazing!! Peaceful and relaxing. A variety of restaurants and the staff always willing to help. The breakfast was without doubt the best. However I do recommend that staff take better care and clean the dried coffee spill from the mug before serving it to the guests.

This is a truly amazing resort. I loved the amazing views, mind-bending sunsets, enormously huge beachfront, endless pools and all surrounded by sort of quiet luxury. I’d give a piece of constructive feedback though. In my opinion the food at the restaurants is a bit overpriced. I mean I do get it’s a 5 star resort and that comes at a certain price-tag, but one would expect a more gourmet taste, and some of it did have it, but things like a Greek or Caesar salad that’s no different than any other tavern, but 3x more expensive, was just a bit disappointing to me. I’d just expect more gourmet taste, presentation and ingredients. Despite that, overall experience was 5/5, service, attitude and care were truly outstanding.

W Costa Navarino hotel is a new gem in the area. I really liked the property and I have a really good and relaxing experience overall. Let me highlight few things: - Swim up room was just amazing. The decoration and all the amenities were so luxury and premium. Loved that part. High quality in all the materials, great work. - The main restaurant of the hotel “Parelia” serves really delicious food. We enjoyed our night there and the service was fast and good. - The main pool area is so beautiful and I like the vibes of the hotel as they have Dj during the day and beach events in the night. - Reception was so kind and helpful - Breakfast variety and quality is really good. Something that I found basic for hotel’s standards is the food menu in pool area. We tried different things but did not like the quality. Also, I faced a delay on the order. Hope this to be improved and be aligned with whole high standards. Lastly, although an unlucky moment in the breakfast where we had to wait some time to be seated, management showed high professionalism and made really good gestures so that we can enjoy our stay even more.

Our stay at the W was amazing. It started with a ride from Athens to Kalamata and then to Costa Navarino. We were picked up by Kosta from Peloponnese Transfers and everything went so smooth from there. He got us to our destination with no incidents and we were able to relax in an inviting and peaceful environment. Our room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and the sunsets unbelievable. The shuttle service to the other properties was convenient and practical. The Agora areas were so clean and modern. An overall amazing stay!!

This was our fourth stay at the W Hotel. The location and accommodations are absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and housekeeping is excellent — fresh towels twice a day, which is perfect. However, the level of service no longer feels five-star, as it did during our first two visits. Breakfast was chaotic, and there was a lack of visible or approachable supervisors. It’s unfortunate to see so many temporary, inexperienced young staff across key areas like reception, the pool bar, breakfast area, and beach service. That said, it can be different — a big compliment to Alexandros (Valet Parking) and Augustuna (at Piqantro), who are both experienced and truly friendly. First class luxury all the way. Staff very attentive and professional. Rooms well maintained, beds were very comfortable. Only downside is the evening dining options are very expensive for what you get. For example, a soup in the upper floor bar/lounge was 30 euro. But the good thing is that a very short drive away (less than 5 mins) is the small town where several options for excellent dining including Italian (they were fully booked on a Saturday in May, so make a reservation); family run Notre Maison (excellent wine list, the son is the chef, the daughter works the front of the house; and the father very knowledgeable about wines and very interesting to talk to); as well as Deroko Casual Fine Dining (great food, owner very involved which is always a positive sign leading to great service, helpful recommendations, and a memorable evening). So, yes, I would recommend staying at the W Costa Navarino, but encourage you to explore outstanding food options nearby.

The room was comfortable and cool as it was very hot during the summer. Sea shuttle to Ammouda beach was good. Need more staff at the beach bar at the beach as they looked very hot and tired Otherwise they were accommodating. Had a drink at the “mushroom bar” one night but had to send the drink back as glass was full of lipstick Breakfast is amazing but once again had dirty water glasses on the table and one had a little spider in it with a web. Needed to send those back to be replaced with clean glasses I feel I expected more from a 5 star hotel Staff all pleasant but some lacked a bit of experience

It is a nice facility but possibly over priced for the dining facilities and service levels. At the W I was known as ‘Room 160’ , the few times I went to the Mandarin I was known as Mr Evans. That is the difference.

The most amazing resort in Greece. Newer, endless facilities and amenities, the breakfast buffet was the best i have ever been to. Lots of pools, they provide the greatest plush beach towels. Very nice loungers. The beach is beautiful to relax on (sand seems like it was trucked in, as its different at the water line, not as nice in the water. The small village of Gialova is so perfect, it seems like it was made for a movie and every detail was thought out. The Agora is also amazing, wonderful restaurants and shops. Absolutely amazing, nothing bad you can say about this resort. Large, beautiful, clean, best service, attentive friendly staff, lots to do, great location close to some amazing things to do.

A great week at a great new(ish) resort! We loved popping into Gialova for dinner most nights and the hotel concierge happily arranged reservations and a taxi. Just 10 euros each way if you don’t want to walk. Highly recommend Anama, Elia and Kochili Fish in particular. Overall very good service and lovely friendly staff with a few very minor exceptions. A few small teaks could make this even better. More wait staff able to take orders at breakfast and pool, more local affordable shops including a pharmacy, slightly lower price point for pool side drinks and food and watersports. Spa massages were excellent!

W Costa Navarino hotel is a new gem in the area. I really liked the property and I have a really good and relaxing experience overall. Let me highlight few things: - Swim up room was just amazing. The decoration and all the amenities were so luxury and premium. Loved that part. High quality in all the materials, great work. - The main restaurant of the hotel “Parelia” serves really delicious food. We enjoyed our night there and the service was fast and good. - The main pool area is so beautiful and I like the vibes of the hotel as they have Dj during the day and beach events in the night. - Reception was so kind and helpful - Breakfast variety and quality is really good. Our stay at the W was amazing. It started with a ride from Athens to Kalamata and then to Costa Navarino. We were picked up by Kosta from Peloponnese Transfers and everything went so smooth from there. He got us to our destination with no incidents and we were able to relax in an inviting and peaceful environment. Our room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and the sunsets unbelievable. The shuttle service to the other properties was convenient and practical. The Agora areas were so clean and modern. An overall amazing stay!!

Très bel établissement dans un cadre enchanteur. L'atmosphère est calme, les piscines nombreuses et la plage très vaste. Les chambres sont très agréables. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. Si vous êtes golfeurs, pensez à vérifier que des départs sont possibles car nous sommes venus une semaine mi octobre où tout était complet sur les 4 parcours!

The hotel is amazing in every aspect other than for service which is at a very moderate level for a 5* resort. Service should and could be much better. Breakfast is wonderful. Great swimming pools and lovely beach. A minor remark is that the lounge music at poolarea and beach is monotone and way too loud.

This was our second stay and while the hotel and location are beautiful, there are some aspects which aren't fantastic. The price of food and drinks at the hotel restaurants and bars are extortionate. As a result, we tend to go into the neighbouring town for meals. We also found the room cleaning to be quite poor. Some dirty plates were left in our room for days. Also, towels were changed even when we hung them up (to try to be more eco responsible). Although toiletries are provided, my daughter was told she could not have another bottle of mouthwash during our stay by one of the people cleaning the room. We were staying for 10 nights (2 rooms) and were provided with a tiny bottle each. There is a meanness about what is provided, particularly given the hotel price.

The most amazing resort in Greece. Newer, endless facilities and amenities, the breakfast buffet was the best i have ever been to. Lots of pools, they provide the greatest plush beach towels. Very nice loungers. The beach is beautiful to relax on (sand seems like it was trucked in, as its different at the water line, not as nice in the water. The small village of Gialova is so perfect, it seems like it was made for a movie and every detail was thought out. The Agora is also amazing, wonderful restaurants and shops. Absolutely amazing, nothing bad you can say about this resort. Large, beautiful, clean, best service, attentive friendly staff, lots to do, great location close to some amazing things to do.

The place was simply amazing!! Peaceful and relaxing. A variety of restaurants and the staff always willing to help. The breakfast was without doubt the best. However I do recommend that staff take better care and clean the dried coffee spill from the mug before serving it to the guests.

It is a truly well maintained, beautifully landscaped property. The staff is very polite, helpful and smiley. The breakfast quality, quantity as well as its organisation by the staff was the best I have experienced on all levels! Dinner options were great as well. Housekeeping needs a little improvement.

A high quality design hotel set in beautifully landscaped grounds by the beach. The hotel facilities are excellent. Nice restaurants, fantastic pools, lounging areas and spa. We loved our well-appointed room with comfortable beds and good showers and standalone bath. The views over the terrace and straight onto the beach were outstanding. The room was spacious, luxurious, and had a wow factor. We stayed in the Agora beachfront rooms which are next to a recently built, low-rise, classy waterside centre with shops/restaurants/cinema and small chapel. The Agora seems to be located between the W and neighbouring Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Our room was lovely and quiet and just a 5 min walk to the main W reception. The Agora facilities were right outside but there was no noise (golf buggies available to get around the resort too) and the beach was on the opposite side of the rooms. The W spa and outdoor pools are fantastic. Wonderful, welcoming staff who really made an effort. You can walk along the beach to nearby Gialova which is a small town with an elegant, lowkey vibe and some excellent beachfront restaurants. It was our second stay here and we had a wonderful time. The free onsite parking is certainly worth it to explore the region. Thank you for an excellent stay.
