Hi, well let me tell you. The property is nice and location is perfect. The host Mayra is so attractive and at your orders. Vary nice person. One thing is not so pleasant is the company’s on the first floor, have zero regard for the guest that stay on the property. They talk loudly and make speaker calls that every guest could hear. At 5 in the the morning and made us every uncomfortable.

Great location, right at the centro of Zacatecas. Parking is at a parter garage a block away. There are several stairs, and codes to get thru the door. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great stay!

Early morning teambuilding exercises at the floor below was extremely loud, unpleasant; the terrace may be rented out for events so expect music and noise till early morning when that happens; the lady welcoming us was very pleasant and helpful.
