The front desk staff were some of the best I’ve ever encountered (and I travel a lot). I sat in the lobby for several hours playing games with my daughter and was amazing at the courtesy and kindness shown to each guest and local who swung by to say hello. I wasn’t surprised to see several folks drop in to see if there were any cancellations. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

They never advertise that there's no parking, so you have to park a few blocks away which might be inconvenient if you several bags to unload? It's also a pet friendly hotel but they make you sign an agreement that your dog isn't allowed on the bed. My dog isnt' allowed on furniture anyway, so this wasn't an issue for me, but just thought I'd give everyone a heads up that this was kind of a weird vibe.

The rooms are tiny and if you are staying on the ground floor the rooms are dark and dingy. Our room was dank, dark and had big stains in the carpet. We were moved to a third floor room where there was a lot more light and newer construction. However everything in the hotel was super cheap. From the lighting, fixtures, chair in room etc. This is a $120 per night motel room dressed up to seem like they can charge almost $400 per night. This is a good room for a quick stop overnight, but nothing more. We were there for a wedding weekend and there wasn’t even a full length mirror for dressing or a closet to hang our clothes. The windows don’t open and so the room is either too hot or too cold. Not worth the money. Look elsewhere!

Great hip joint. More of a motel perhaps but great for families.
