Pésima la atención del personal, no tenían idea de cómo atender al cliente, pregunté por el gimnasio y le dieron 4 personas 4 respuestas groseras y diferentes al final no pude hacer uso y además tuve cucarachas en mi habitación y gente fuera en los pasillos haciendo tanto ruido por la noche que no pude dormir

El hotel tiene instalaciones muy agradables, la alberca al aire libre está padre y el gimnasio también. Carecen totalmente de servicio y atención, pedí acceso al gimnasio y me dejaron esperando 1 hr y al final después de transcurrido ese tiempo me comentaron que faltaba media hr para cerrarlo que ya no me daba tiempo, el personal del área de recepción y restaurante son prepotentes y groseros, decidí hospedarme para pasarla bien y fue todo lo contrario. El tema de la limpieza es muy importante para mí, nos hospedamos 12 días y jamás cambiaron las sábanas y barrían la habitación cada tercer día. El año pasado me hospedé 15 días cuando aún era hotel Olmeca plaza y pensé que ya que habían dividido y formaba parte de grupo posadas (Fiesta Americana) sería genial pero dejó mucho que desear. Jamás pensaré en hospedarme ahí nuevamente

The breakfast pictures show a nice buffet breakfast but that is not included. What you get in Gamma is coffee, muffin/cake and a plate of fruit. No cleaning service first day not sure if that is the way it is or forgot. Room card locks after 11pm and you have to reactivate it at reception, this wasn't a problem but would have been nice if they told us to not have to go back to reception. When asked they said it was because I had the card close to my cell phone but not true because my room card was always with my phone and during the day it never deactivated. Location is great you are in walking distance to everything and 10 mintues to the market that has great food options.

Pésima.la atención, sin agua caliente para bañarse, alguien ordenó que como en la ciudad de Villahermosa la temperatura es alta, no es necesaria el agua caliente. El día 28 reclamé esto y por 2 horas hubo agua caliente. NADA MAS, al día siguiente igual que el primer día a las 6 de la mañana tuve que bañarme con agua fría.Eramos un grupo de aprox 5 habitaciones y todos padecieron el mismo problema del agua fría. Al reclamar en el front desk, no hay explicación ni disculpa alguna. Pésimo el servicio. HOTEL DE PESIMA CATEGORIA POR EL SERVICIO.

La habitación es amplia, cómoda. limpia, la atención por parte del personal es excelente. Y a pesar de que estaba sumamente concurrido el restaurant no te desantienden en ningún momento, el desayuno estuvo muy rico. Fue una grata experiencia, lo recomiendo!!

El Hotel Gama fue una grata sorpresa en nuestra estancia en Villahermosa. Se nota que ha sido renovado recientemente, muy silencioso aunque está entre dos avenidas muy transitadas. El desayuno incluido, aunque sólo es un desayuno americano está bien servido y es muy sabroso. A destacar, el servicio tanto en recepción como en el restaurant, muy atentos y muy amables. Definitivamente, muy recomendable.

Nada recomendado, las mujeres de recepción platicando entre ellas y ni atención te ponen, muy mal servicio por parte de ellas, entregaron la habitación 2 horas después porque estaban atendiendo a un grupo, pero ni así se tomaron el tiempo de decirnos si necesitábamos algo, me he hospedado en varios hoteles gamma y este ha sido el peor en cuanto a servicio, dice que tiene desayuno incluido y ni siquiera aparece el número de reservacion, la gente no saluda aunque tu saludes, la verdad mey mala experiencia, no vuelvo a quedarme en gamma Villahermosa, gracias y espero y de verdad pongan atención al servicio que nos dan, a menos que no les interese pues así van muy bien

La habitación es amplia, cómoda. limpia, la atención por parte del personal es excelente. Y a pesar de que estaba sumamente concurrido el restaurant no te desantienden en ningún momento, el desayuno estuvo muy rico. Fue una grata experiencia, lo recomiendo!!

Centrally located in the DT area and within walking distance to a local market and many shops. Property was clean, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast buffet that was included in the room rate. The restaurant was also open for lunch and dinner. Security guard was stationed at the front door, current local city unrest but we felt very safe during our stay.

El hotel esta muy bien, limpio y comodo. Afuera del hotel huele espantoso. El restaurante bien, la torta cubana muy buena, tienen servicio al cuarto PERO tienes que bajar a ver el menu, no creo que sea tan complicado poner un QR en cada habitacion con el menu, o cada que te den la llave de tu cuarto para facilitar eso. Gracias.

Nice comfortable spacious room. breakfast was excellent and staff were attentive. English is hardly spoken but with translating apps this is less of a barrier.

El Hotel Gama fue una grata sorpresa en nuestra estancia en Villahermosa. Se nota que ha sido renovado recientemente, muy silencioso aunque está entre dos avenidas muy transitadas. El desayuno incluido, aunque sólo es un desayuno americano está bien servido y es muy sabroso. A destacar, el servicio tanto en recepción como en el restaurant, muy atentos y muy amables. Definitivamente, muy recomendable.

Hemos reservado otras ocasiones y te dan el desayuno bufet y a un precio por la estancia mas barato. Ahora estubo la reservacion mas cara y desayuno americano y sin otra cosa que desayunar que no fuera huevo.

The breakfast pictures show a nice buffet breakfast but that is not included. What you get in Gamma is coffee, muffin/cake and a plate of fruit. No cleaning service first day not sure if that is the way it is or forgot. Room card locks after 11pm and you have to reactivate it at reception, this wasn't a problem but would have been nice if they told us to not have to go back to reception. When asked they said it was because I had the card close to my cell phone but not true because my room card was always with my phone and during the day it never deactivated. Location is great you are in walking distance to everything and 10 mintues to the market that has great food options.

Es una excelente opción y más si llevas a tu mascota, solo un detalle, promocionan desayuno incluido y antes te ofrecían fruta, yogurth, pan, café, agua del día y una porción de huevos al gusto, ahora que estuve ahí solo me dieron lo arriba mencionado pero sin el huevo al gusto, alegando que como hice l reservación por hoteles.com solo me aplicaba una cosa, caso contrario si hubiera reservado directamente con ellos, si me daban huevos al gusto... Creo entonces no deberían promocionar como tal desayuno incluido... Para la próxima lo pensaré antes de ir puesto que hay otras opciones con desayuno completo como el. Hotel la venta inn
