Had a 1 bedroom suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Even had a washer / dryer which was unexpected. Staff lovely. Breakfast buffet amazing with so many selections. Pool much smaller than expected. Lots of noise from other apartments and could hear dining chairs being moved around all hours of the night. Would stay again 😄😄

半年ぶりのジャカルタで2度目の利用。前回同様場所の不便さ以外申し分なしの良さ、、、と言いたいところだが、今回は時期がインドネシアでラマダン明けの長期休暇だった影響か、若干キャパオーバーしているように見受けられた。実際、エレベーターは待ち時間が長く、朝食時のレストランは非常に混雑し、プールは明らかなキャパオーバーで、プールサイドでのんびり過ごそうと思っていた思惑は実現出来ず。気まぐれでフィットネスルームを利用するも、そこは子供の遊び場と化しており、危なっかしくて気掛かりで集中出来ず。とはいえ、そんな中でもスタッフは笑顔で親切に接してくれたし、清掃はきっちりしていたし、ホテルの評価を下げるまでには至らず。ただただ時期が悪かったかな。

Can't believe knock on my door at 9am to clean up the room on Sunday! Also, I saw a piece of garbage in my room where is not belong to me...which means the room has not been completely clean up before hand over. Breakfast is very good. Staff excellent. The room is good but housekeeping could be better - kettle broken, dressing gown smelly. Location is a main problem - the traffic jam of the road in front of the hotel means getting to central Jakarta takes very long. There are a few restaurants in the small mall behind the hotel but that’s about it. There are street side stalls nearby and some fast food places in Glodok China town but they don’t really worth trying.

This was our third stay at the HI Gajah Mada and we loved it again. Booked a premier room which was spacious and located at the cornerend of the floor. Super friendly staff, front desk, concierge, restaurant crew, housekeeping people and all those I forgot to mention. Special thanks to chef Yadi for serving off menu delights. Wow, wow and wow. From a cheerful and fast check in through every wonderful breakfast to check out we continued to be impressed. They deserve their nearly perfect rating. After a hot and sticky day in Jakarta, coming back to the Holiday Inn was a cool and clean respite. My only complaint was that the air system did not seem to filter out the smoke from other rooms, which was intrusive at times despite the hotel acting immediately when I brought it to their attention. Thank you to Ardita for those excellent ice Cafe lattes (yes, real coffee with breakfast not instant powder). Oh and the breakfast is worth the price. It has limited western food (husband found it tough going because he's picky) but the Chinese and indonesian food was different every day and it was a GREAT chance to try unique food that I may not have ordered on my own. Spotless sheets and towels, extremely comfortable bed with both firm and soft pillows, big room with a couch and an ergonomic desk chair in case you have to work, bathrobes and slippers, a 'shadafa' and a SILENT night's sleep. I'm an extremely light sleeper and I never heard one motorcycle motor or guest's suitcase. It's also a two minute walk to the 1 bus line which takes you quickly to the Kota train station and the heart of old town, and a 3 minute walk to Chinatown. If you're like me and anguish over every hotel choice in a new travel destination, stop searching and book here. You won't regret it.

Best location for those wanting to visit Chinatown as it is five minutes walking distance. Room is spacious although the bath room fixtures, especially shower head is not too functional in switching the discharge spraying volume. Likewise the bed sheets seem a little aged and soiled. The standing light holder is falling loosen. And last but not least strange nose that travels to the room - probably originated from the passenger lifts.. in short housekeeping issues that the management team should seriously look into.

I stayed from Friday to Wednesday, and it was an incredibly pleasant experience. The reason my trip was so enjoyable was because of the exceptional hotel staff. Each of them was kind and radiated positive energy. On the day before my birthday, my client sent me a cake, and I asked the hotel for assistance in refrigerating it. Not only did they remember my birthday and congratulate me as soon as I entered the lobby on my birthday, but they also surprised me by sending a delicious cake with a personalized birthday message to my room. Thank you, Taufan, and everyone else involved. P.S. The breakfast and swimming pool were also fantastic!

Staff nice but a bit confused. Gave us a smoking room but fixed it right away with upgrade and apologized. Charged us for kids beds even though I booked -and paid incl. 2 kids. This is a very nice and well run hotel. The room was great, all very modern. Hotel restaurant was ok, pizza was perhaps the best which doesn’t say a lot. Food selection and quality just average and service was lacking. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Location is a bit doggy: big construction outside and tons of poverty but a close walk to Batavia, the old colonial Dutch area. Must check out Batavia restaurant where the food was very good and the band one night was amazing! Grab works well. And do a day tour of the city. Alcohol very expensive everywhere when you can find it.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is also clean and comfortable. I recommend the breakfast buffet because it is delicious, but the dinner buffet is not as good as the breakfast. It is a convenient place to tour the Old Batavia Museum and Square. Good for using Jakarta Kota subway station. It's close to the bus stop. The low cost is also an advantage. 방이 넓고 깨끗함. 침대도 깨끗하고 편안함. 조식 뷔페가 맛있어서 추천하는데, 저녁 뷔페는 아침보다 못함. 옛 바타비아 박물관과 광장을 관광하기에 편리한 장소임. 자카르타 코타 전철역을 이용하기에 좋음. 버스 정거장에 가까운 곳에 있음. 비용이 저렴한 것도 장점임..

施設、スタッフの親切さ、金額、諸々素晴らしかったです。特にスタッフの皆さんは丁寧ながらフレンドリーで、非常に好感が持てました。唯一難点を上げるなら、駅から遠い、ホテル周辺の環境があまり良くない、というのがありましたが、grabで駅前まで出るなどすればそれほど気にならないです。金額を考えるなら周辺環境も充分許容範囲内でした。

Exceeded my expectations for the price paid. Highly recommended , it’s a great value . I stayed 7 nights at this hotel. The room is very spacious, breakfast selection and tase is excellent and service from entire staff also excellent. I want to thank Yadi for explaining the many different Indonesian dishes and making my breakfasts special. He also made me sample some items not on the main buffet . At the concierge desk I received a lot of help and good extraordinary service from Fajrin and Yudha. Yudha from the pastry station also very helpful. It was easy to get around using grab.
