Wonderful breakfast and clean room, staff are exceptional! We stayed for two nights, this was the best experience while in Jakarta. We love the location, walking distance to Chinatown.

Staff nice but a bit confused. Gave us a smoking room but fixed it right away with upgrade and apologized. Charged us for kids beds even though I booked -and paid incl. 2 kids. Gave me a RETURN price for pick up and drop off, but at departure they said the price was only one way. Fixed an old taxe last minut free of charge. Sweet but confused

The room is spacious, the staffs are hospitable, caring. The breakfast buffet located in tge 3rs floor is amazing. The Cheff, Mr. Jimmy and his team showed tremendous hospitality, attentive and highly motivated in serving guests. Mr Jimmy is one of world good leader I have noticed so far. The variety of foods are so many, never get bored. I have been staying for 9 night, surely will come back again when visiting Indonesia.
