A beautiful relaxing stay in immaculate surroundings, all the staff were amazing and extremely welcoming

Stunning hotel, the grounds are so beautiful, it’s an amazing escape. It’s a very nature oriented hotel. The staff was amazing, very kind and did whatever they could to make sure you have a pleasant visit. I had a few small issues with the room and some bugs but it was rectified swiftly by the staff. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a natural escape from the busy city life.

What truly sets The Oberoi apart for me was the unparalleled service. The staff and management go above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP, with incredible attention to detail from the restaurant team to the immaculate room service. It is a deeply personal and unforgettable experience. The property is stunning, about 16 acres of perfectly kept gardens that feel so spacious and private, never crowded at all. The traditional pavilion style rooms with thatched roofs are scattered around, giving everything a secluded, authentic Balinese feel that’s charming and special, not like a generic modern hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and whilst some reviews I read suggested its dated, I personally felt it was part of the charm. Breakfast was a daily highlight. À la carte instead of buffet, with tons of choices to mix and match, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It was a much more relaxing and enjoyable experience than the typical buffet experience. The bar was a nice spot to sit and listen to the waves. The beach was clean with a long flat stretch that’s great for playing in the water. The location in Seminyak is perfect, with good shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, plus a free hotel shuttle to get around easily. If you’re on the fence about choosing this place, go for it. The exceptional service is what makes this place stand out above everything else. I loved it and would definitely return.

The hotel is stunning but the staff make this experience out of this world. The caring nature and service provided stands out as the best we’ve received and we have stayed in some beautiful hotels around the world. Thank you to all the staff at Oberoi. You are all a credit to the hotel chain.

Incredible place. 30-45 min drive from the airport. Check in was quick, delicious tamarind welcome drink. Meals were delicious. Spa massage was relaxing. Beautiful landscape and clean. Service from everyone was exceptional. Warm pool water. Beach in front was clean but the surrounding beach area had some garbage and debris. For the price it was a great deal. Definitely would come back next time I visit Bali
