Absolutely atrocious pool was freezing… hot tub water was yellow and smelled. There was food all over the floor of the pool area! Blood also everywhere!!Crackheads running around screaming outside all night. Breakfast was high as hell! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! We opted for it for the pool for our kids but it was not swim-able absolutely disgusting

The staff members were all polite, very professional, and helpful. The hotel cleaning staff were so good rooms were keot cleaned and corridors and facility stairways and elevator lounge were kept clean and smelling fresh I appreciate that and I felt safe and secure during my stay... I was excited about sitting in the hot tub after my travel. It was cold. The pool had dead crickets/ cockroaches floating in it. The shuttle smelt like a hamster habitat. It was slighty disconcerting that there is a young man demanding tickets for the breakfast. Seems as if that would of been addressed during check in.

The mildew smell was strong throughout the 3rd floor but was almost unbearable in our room. Thank goodness for nose blindness. The toilet also barely flushed - you had to hold down the handle for at least 15 seconds. It’s fine if that’s what the reviews and pictures showed, but the impression of the hotel is much nicer. Don’t be fooled.

We decided to stay here instead of driving home to Fort Worth New Years Eve/Day, didn't want to chance the drunk drivers. SOOOO glad we did, the hotel is in a very nice location near the Mandalay canal. The hotel has a bar/ gym, pool/hot, and they serve a hot breakfast. My only complaints were in the room, the bathroom was pretty clean but the shower had mold along the thick brick molding around the tub, the bed itself was comfy, all the lines were clean including the bedcover, but the bed frame was DISGUSTING. I'm pretty sure there was dried vomit on the frame, including other bodily fluids, drinks, dirt, dust, etc. I checked all around our bed with my handy flashlight, nasty, nasty! Maybe housekeeping should do so themselves as well. Overall the stay wasn't bad, just a tad bit dirty.

Stayed at this hotel because we were attending a concert at a venue close by. Hotel was really clean. Staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast(paid)was delicious and had plenty of variety. Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower and hand soap and lotion at the sink(all Dove brand). Will definitely stay here again for a future trip! Didn’t get a chance to try the pool.

I hate to say it, but there were 3 cockroaches in the bathroom when I went in there in the middle of the night. The staff was very friendly, great location, but the bugs are a deal breaker.

Very clean, great shuttle service, and very convenient. My room was very clean but the door is made out of paper? I could hear everyone in the hallway like they were in my room. The TV did not work and the content was very poor. For what I payed, I would expect more. Finally, they should do something about their guest smoking pot on the property. I will treated the same as alcohol, is not acceptable to drink in parking lot so why is acceptable to smoke pot in the parking lot?

Everything was good, the Dove soaps/shampoos are great. The only complaint we have is that there were kids on one side of us one night that were super loud, they finally simmered down and we got to sleep, but the next night, there were loud kids in the room on the other side of us, and we could hear them well. I guess the walls are just thin, so if your neighbors are loud at all, you will hear them.

Nice hotel. Clean. Great service, but the room was very boring for they money. I had to ask for the walk in shower....but it didn't come with the balcony...i asked for the balcony, it doesn't come with a walk in shower. TV is really small....walls are plain white, lights are all white LEDs. Warm lighting would've helped. Felt like a hospital room.

Needs to be remodeled. Everything is old and outdated. Carpet is bulging. Rooms are horribly outdates with hard beds and flat pillows. Towels and washcloths are thin. TV is for a college student dorm. Definitely should have been $120 nightly max.

The a/c sucks, I got hot and then got cold. The a/c is very old with the nob for hot and cold, it’s not digital! I called down a few times for towels/pillows, it kept saying they’re not available and voicemail is full. We had to walk down to asked.

I arrived early and Randy checked me in without charging and he upgraded my room for me. He was so nice and has excellent customer service skills. He was attentive to me and also offered recommendations for night life entertainment. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

At check-in the clerk had an attitude because we were tired from travel (no sleep) and he gave us the room furthest from the front-door and it was a handicap room with a weird bathroom. Long walk every time to and from. Also, they wanted to charge us $10 per day each for breakfast but I could have sworn before I booked it was included. I passed and just drank the free coffee which was cold a few times. I had the Do Not Disturb on my door and cleaning still came into the room. One day they knocked way too early too (8:30am), we were still sleeping and that's annoying. Bartender made us a drink which I suspect they are watering the bottles. I prefer the Hyatt or Hiltons but this Holiday Inn was our choice this time, never again.

Despite having a reservation I had to wait over two hours for a room to be ready. Staff was friendly but distracted, too much looking at cellphones. Hotel was clean, bed comfortable and a great location. *I did not get the wakeup call I requested at the front desk, nearly missed my early morning flight.

We had a reservation, and a confirmation from the front desk that we would have our room even though we were coming in late, but it wasn't honored. And the front desk person had little to no explanation or compassion. Because we couldn't stay at your hotel, we had no sleep got sick from such serious exhaustion for our important wedding I Minneapolis today. .

Close walk to Las Colinas Biulevard if you plan to spend the day in the area. Burger and coffee places right next to the hotel. Good place to stay for one or two days.

The service from the front desk staff to the bartender was above & beyond. Very impressed. The room was clean, but maybe on the average to slightly run down side. I'd say, just okay. Comfortable bed. I can't describe the smell exactly but I was above/outside the indoor pool so maybe related. I would give them a try again and probably ask for a room preview first. Location is fantastic. I loved the stay on this property! The location was great a lot of side walks very walkable! The Toyota center was 10 mins walking and there were so many options for food. The hotel staff were very nice and constantly reached out to check in with the stay! The room was clean and quiet as well as the rest of the hotel. Overall a great stay would definitely come back
