Well located, great price and funky. We have stayed there several times and it is a great accommodation option in Seattle. Pretty basic, but we don’t need much more in a dynamic city like this. Communication was a bit patchy in regards to getting the codes, but once we had figured that out, it was fine. We managed to find free parking a few streets over, which was a bonus, as there is not a lot of parking in the area, so it was worth it to explore options. Will definitely stay there on our next visit.

The bad: Gave us the wrong code for getting into the building, and there were NO staff on-site the entire weekend except housekeeping in the morning. Fortunately someone was leaving the hostel as we arrived so we were able to get into our room. Room with king bed had a mattress so thin that you could feel the bed frame. No extra blankets or pillows in room. I messaged the hostel for a different room or a spare mattress topper (as well an an unrelated message), and they didn't respond at all. The good: room was clean and had portable AC. Kitchen was spotless and bathrooms were too, and looked very new. Hostel smelled and looked clean. Bathrooms with showers were always available and kitchen was empty as well. 2.5/5: clean, but horrible mattress, wrong entry code, and no on-site staff whatsoever.

Amazing location and the keyless entry was useful. Enjoyed having a sink and mini fridge in the room. The rooms themselves had beds that were not the most comfortable and the dark color scheme of the rooms along with underpowered lights mean at night even with all the lights on it's still crazy dark. Definitely a place to stay if you aren't planning on being in your room for extended times. I do wish there was laundry on site even if paid, but there is a laundromat not far away for that
