The Arctic Club was beautiful, well maintained and wonderful staff. We were locked out of our room and Christian at the desk was great and attentive. The lock situation to our room was not fixable so we were placed in a different room. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you for everything.

In town for a Mariners game. Great location for a 20-25 min walk to the park and access to Pioneer Square. Great lobby bar with good food. If you like old buildings and classic furnishings check out The Artic Club Seattle.

We have stayed at this facility in the past and really enjoyed the experience. We even hosted our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner there. This experience was less satisfying. We came in on a Saturday evening about 8:30. Our check in experience was fine but when we went to the bar for a nightcap it was a mess! There were dirty glasses and plates with food on them everywhere. The staff was stretched way past capacity. We went to the bar to order and get our drinks, and were then challenged to find a clean place to sit. The wait staff were dressed in worn out and unpressed uniforms. The liquor selection did not include our favorite and commonly stocked whisky, and the price was excessive. Then, the room assigned to us was tiny, perhaps designed for miniature people. One positive point was the breakfast cafe and its friendly staff. But in summary, The Arctic Club and its employees looked tired and despondent.
