역에서 매우 가까운 입지라서 선택한 곳입니다. 공용 욕실/화장실을 사용하는 것은 알고 숙박했지만, 7실 모두 만실이었던 주말에는 1개뿐인 화장실을 사용하기가 상당히 불편한점이 있었습니다. 사워부스/화장실이 같이있어서 한번에 1명만 사용이 가능해서 더욱 그렇습니다. 화장실은 매일 청결하게 관리되고있고, 침실도 대체로 깨끗합니다만, 침실바닥은 청소용 세제의 문제인지 끈적하게 신발바닥에 달라붙는 문제점이 있었습니다. 새로 장만한 슬리퍼 바닥이 새카맣게 변할 정도로요… 향후 침실 바닥의 청결도는 관리가 필요해보입니다.

Muy ruidosa. El personal de la pensión tenía alta la televisión y estaban contiguos a mí habitación. Tuve que aporrear la pared a la 1 de la mañana para que bajasen la tele y el volumen de sus voces. Las paredes son de papel, cada vez que entra o sale un inquilino escuchas todo el ruido. Las Sábanas estaban con quemaduras de cigarrillo Si quieres descansar nada recomendable Si quieres dormir bien este no es el sitio.

Estancia pésima. Lugar pequeño, angosto, sucio y descuidado. Muchísimo calor, sin aire acondicionado. Colchón con más de 30 años, dolor de espalda, imposible descansar que es para lo que se supone que he pagado. No vayan.

Me pareció un buen lugar en general. No estuvimos mucho tiempo en la habitación, pero la limpieza, la privacidad y el trato fueron buenos. Lo mas importante para mi fue la cercanía a todo... Muy cerca de cafeterías, museos, tiendas, lugares para conocer y la estación de Atocha! Todo bien!!

Estuvimos solo una noche y muy cómodo. El único problema es que no tenia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de techo y con la calor de Madrid nos fue bastante difícil descansar, pero no es culpa del local sino del tiempo. El lugar es fácil de encontrar y está muy cerca de la estación de tren de atocha.

Estuvimos solo una noche y muy cómodo. El único problema es que no tenia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de techo y con la calor de Madrid nos fue bastante difícil descansar, pero no es culpa del local sino del tiempo. La struttura si trova in uno stabile con citofono, se arrivi dopo le 21 non ti apre nessuno e se chiami il numero di telefono non ti risponde nessuno. Sono arrivato alle 22 e non ho potuto soggiornare nella struttura, poiché al citofono non risponde nessuno, e nonostante avessi chiamato più volte il numero di telefono non ha mai risposto nessuno. Me pareció un buen lugar en general. No estuvimos mucho tiempo en la habitación, pero la limpieza, la privacidad y el trato fueron buenos. Lo mas importante para mi fue la cercanía a todo... Muy cerca de cafeterías, museos, tiendas, lugares para conocer y la estación de Atocha! Todo bien!!
