De forma geral correu tudo muito bem! Já não é na primeira vez que fico no hotel. A localização é muito boa e o facto de ter piscina é ótimo. Contudo o processo de check in é extremamente demorado, não faz nenhum sentido. Outra coisa que aconteceu foi terem marcado um evento privado na zona da piscina que nos obrigou a sair mais cedo. Marquem eventos nessa zona depois da hora que os clientes têm direito a usar a piscina.

My husband and I stayed for a week and it was great. The rooms were nice and we had a really cool view of the street but none of the noise. The room was small, but cleverly designed so they didn't feel cramped. I asked in the reception for a duvet and got one without any problems. The pool was great, but I'd have liked if there were more places in the sun, since the parasols made a lot of shade. The only downside is that the rooftop bar was only open two days during our stay. Otherwise we had to go to the bar in the lobby, and the staff there didn't know how to mix drinks. The service in the hotel was great and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and baked goods. You could also order of a menu which is included in the price. You could eat in a beautiful courtyard or inside the nicely decorated restaurant. We had roomservice the night of our arrival and it was delicious with a good selection of local foods. The location is very good. You can easily walk to most of the big attractions, otherwise there is a metro station right besides the hotel where the line goes to most of the big attractions. We were really happy with our stay, and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Akeah Hotel Gran Vía was wonderful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always responsive to our needs. It was such a pleasure to be greeted by their friendly smiles every day. The small buffet breakfast was very good, and I’d like to give a special thank you to Rosa for her kind greetings each morning. I also want to express my gratitude to Raquel for going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooftop bar and pool were a delight—beautiful views, great ambiance, and a relaxing evening vibe. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Madrid, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Staff was excellent. Room was smaller but on par for much of Europe/Nyc. Good value for price and very well located. New rooms/very clean and laid out in a way that made good use of limited space. Pool area was busy but always found space. Cons- no pool towels or shower rugs available one day. Floor to ceiling windows in room looked on courtyard so no privacy. Recommend for shorter stays-room could accommodate 2 carryon bags but a fitting a full size bag would have been tough.

Very small rooms especially the Bath and toilet Room.. probably a good size for Malaga City. VERY central, walking distance to almost everything. Very good breakfast. Excel staff. If you come by car, you can park in the connected parking underneath the hotel die 36€ pr day!

Very stylish and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and keen to please. Only problem was our room layout; small things that niggled, like the bathroom hooks being on the opposite side to the way the shower door opens and the fact that you have to turn on the room lights to use the toilet during the night because they are all on the same circuit. We also didn’t think breakfast was worth the €17 per person. However it’s location is great and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a completely fine stay, but I don’t think this hotel merits the high scores it has on the Hotels.com app. While the breakfast and common spaces were nice overall, we were appalled by how illogical the room design was. Why does the shower exit out into the main bedroom? And why are the bathroom walls glass? Every time my partner would get up in the night to use the bathroom the whole room was blasted with bright light. And when you shower there’s no way not to track water into the bedroom area. This is a problem because the rooms are so incredibly small. I ignored this aspect of other reviews but it actually made our 3-night stay really uncomfortable. I was also really disappointed to see that the bed dressings had been greatly simplified; we only had two pillows and a simple duvet—not the nice pillows and blankets pictures. It was clean and conveniently located and the common areas were nice, but I can’t help but think there’s better value for your money in Madrid.

The rooms are extremely small. It’s hard to tell from the photos. The shower opens up directly into the room not into the bathroom. You do not get individual control over heat or A/C. It’s building level. Also the edgy branding is weird, like a 13 year old designed the hotel.

Hotel in a great location very central - the rooms are small but you get used to this and they are adequate as out most of day . Very clean and staff were very friendly on every interaction .The bed was very comfortable and Remade every day 🙂 we had a coffee machine in room no kettle however we could get hot water from this machine for a tea so no problem . Lots of shops and cafe/restuarants around area we had half board 2 nights and enjoyed the food options given but also enjoyed eating out on one night . Overall happy to stay here again

The hotel was easy access to Gran Via and walking distance to all attractions. The hotel was funky and clean. Bar prices were reasonable. The roof top was nice to sit out after walking round all day but there were no lights on in the evening which was a bit dangerous. We were given a bottle of white wine in the room as part of Expedia vip and we asked to change it for a bottle of red as we don’t drink white. They said they didn’t have any bottles of red (they had plenty in the bar) and said we could have a bottle of cava instead (which we don’t drink) or a glass of red wine each at the bar instead. We opted for a glass of red each and were given a glass and half a glass - the end of the bottle. Other guests seemed to have a token for a free drink at the bar anyway so being an Expedia vip member seemed to have no benefit in this case. Breakfast was good but we noticed another guest have a coffee made for her from the proper bean to cup coffee machine behind the bar and when we asked for this the next morning we were told we could not and to use the machine with the coffee pods. My husband expressly asked and was told no use that one. Also on the second morning we were not asked at breakfast if we wanted a cooked option- eggs, omelette or crepe so we just left. A nice hotel but some of the service from staff was a bit inconsistent.

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und liegt im Herzen von Madrid. Fußläufig ist die touristische Umgebung bestens zu erreichen. Die Metro-Haltestelle Noviciados ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und eröffnet weitere Möglichkeiten, Madrid zu entdecken. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig, lediglich die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine ist für ein solches Hotel wenig nachhaltig und es dauert leider lange, bis der Kaffee fertig ist. Die Halbpension war alles in allem gut, die Speisen des Restaurants hingegen teilweise nicht zufriedenstellend. Auf eine freundliche Anmerkung, dass das Rindfleisch des Hauptgangs zäh und sehnig war wurde bis auf ein „sorry“ nicht weiter eingegangen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren äußerst freundlich und hatten stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die Zimmer sind in der Tat klein, für Alleinreisende aber mehr als ausreichend. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich atemberaubend. Leider hatte die Bar auf der Dachterrasse aus unerfindlichen Gründen während unseres Aufenthalts nicht geöffnet. Getränke durften jedoch aus der Bar im Erdgeschoss mit nach oben genommen werden.

I had a great stay. I did the half board, however there are many food options near by. I give Beatrice, working in the restaurant, 10/10 stars as she helped me in English get food that accommodated my allergies and remembered specially my needs from the first meeting. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The room was clean and felt new. I lived the separation of toilet and shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the towels were huge! I only wish there was more room so I didn’t have to lay the suitcase on my bed, but they made good use of the space they had and let me check in early! The hotel and rooms have a neat atheistic and the roof top was nice to get sunshine. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.
