Enjoyed our stay, room was perfect, staff was great very polite! But very hard to get into with the snow not being plowed and not enough parking spots. Also I needed a pen to write the staff a thank you note but could not find one in the room. Will definitely be staying here again when we come through, and recommending it!!

There was a event happening during my stay. The music was so loud the walls of my room were reverberating. When I asked the staff if they could do something after three times they said they would have the music turned down but instead it just got louder… 6 hrs in the evening of this. They also do not offer airport shuttle service unlike the other IHG hotels.

We have stayed here before and usually enjoy the hotel. This time was very different. The check in agent was rude and abrupt and very unhelpful. The breakfast room was unclean (9th floor upstairs) and the food was low quality and limited options. The dishes were dirty and there was not a clean table available. The dish pans were overflowing with dirty dishes and we never saw a worker once. The pillows in the room were flat and very uncomfortable, our bathroom was not very clean and they never replaced the towels once during our two night stay. We did enjoy having a view of the football field and watched the Huskies play. The attendant that helped us at checkout was very pleasant and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with the air conditioning working very well. Easy to find parking and the proximity to the university was unmatched.

The staff was terrific. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent. We loved the setting. It felt like home. Thank you 😊. One recommendation: your entertainment (TV) needs some upgrading. It would be nice to have options to watch Netflix & YouTube. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay.

Overall very enjoyable stay. It’s too bad there is no housekeeping on the weekend. There are spots in the room that need some deep cleaning and maintaining. Not enough towels and toilet paper. Also I would really appreciate knowing that a pet had been in the room!!!

The place was so clean I was very impressed and we are very picky about cleanliness. Our bed had a hump in the middle and we very soft on the sides of the hump. But the pillows were wonderful. There was an odd sound during the night loud pipes possibly? And the curtains let in a lot of light even with the darker screen down. But breakfast was good lots of variety. Would like if it was offered until 10 but it was good

Check-in was straightforward, room was very clean, no problem with hot water… However, halfway through the night I woke up with a very sore hip and my knees were down because there was such a huge dent in the mattress. My body was contorted. When I mentioned it to the staff in the morning, they seem quite indifferent. I was informed I could’ve gotten up in the night to get a different room room. I didn’t want to wake up my daughter at 2am to move. may be good mattresses are in order.

First time staying at this property and was highly impressed. Rooms are very modern, comfortable, clean. Having a kitchen suite with a full fridge, stove top, microwave, coffee maker etc is a real pleasure. Although we did not utilize the feature it certainly is an added value for families. Nice view to the Griffith Stadium from room. Dove brand soaps, shampoo and lotion was a nice touch in shower and sink. A/C worked well but was temperamental, as it continually blew cold air even once it reached temp on thermostat. I think a lot of hockey and sports teams stay at this and the adjacent Holiday Inn, so can get busy, and noisy at night, as we experienced on the Friday night from Hockey parents partying in the rooms and hallway, albeit it did quiet down eventually about 11:30 pm..

Good hotel very clean and polite stuff. The 2 negative points:1. No natural ventilation in room such as window( there was just fixed close window) and no active fan for toilet. 2. Low options for breakfast. Overall, I suggest this hotel go and enjoy it.

We are recurring clients & yet the front desk lady hardly accommodated us with the change of appropriate room. We requested & paid for a queen bed w/ sofa bed and she insisted that Expedia made a mistake. Also, the same front desk lady hardly approved our request of checking out 12nn, she said max 11:30am. I told her that we ALWAYS request a 12nn check out and there were no problem in the previous stays. I had spoken to the housekeeping staff when she came to the room and replied no problem as long as up to 12nn. Overall, staying in StayBridge and Holiday Inn Express by the U of S are still our #1 choice for the convenience reason of visit our son that stays in one of University residences.

Convenient work stay. The front desk was under-staffed - one person working and trying to cover check in for the holiday inn and staybridge sides. I was informed the hotel was sold out for the weekend - primarily filled with sports teams and wedding parties. The hallway to my room had noticeable stains and spills on some walls. Again, likely understaffed and the cleaning took a hit. The suite I had was very clean inside, but it was unfortunate that the dishwasher was not run before I checked into the room. So my stay was noisy for the first hour and a bit. With sports happening in the stadium across the street, there was also considerable noise and I suspected excessive noise would continue during the night given the other types of guests staying. I tried to keep the fan in the room on to drown the noise, but it would not run constantly - it would frequently stop, then start up again right away despite the fan being in 'on' mode. Overall, not a terrible stay but a few things could be corrected to improve the experience.

Stayed at Staybridge for work meetings being held there with my husband and newborn baby and children. When checking in, was not asked to pay. Assumed it was coming off credit card that was provided. The next day they kept calling for me to come down immediately to pay for room as the lady working when I checked in was new. I said I would come down during meeting break. They called again shortly after for me to come down. I had to leave my meeting to go down to pay. The last day of our stay we called early in the morning to request a later check out as my meeting ended after lunch. They denied my request and said they could store my stuff if needed. My husband called to ask again and was denied so he asked to speak to manager and lady on phone said she’s busy and if he wanted to speak with her , he would have to come down to the front desk to talk to her, he told her he could not just easily do that as he has a small baby. Manager ended up speaking to him and agreed to 12pm check out. However housekeeping came twice to room and told us we had to leave even after husband told them we had late check out.

Wonderful place to spend time for business and leisure. Appreciate a little more assistance from the staff i understand that the front desk gets a lot of request all day, to completely disregard it seems kind of rude from a customer perspective. The amenities included within the hotel,, and the value for the money paid is absolutely on point.

Very noisy!! I was really happy I had brought my ear plugs because there was so much street noise. The hotel itself was very nice, good location, and plenty of parking but it was a bit confusing with 2 hotels in one building.

Breakfast was very good and in nice 9th floor location with view. Nice to see some fresh fruit. Not a fan of expectation that guests unload cleaned dishes from dishwasher. Evening reception a bonus but food was basic. Unit was quiet, good size, clean/new with small kitchen.
