There are many drunken people at the property, some break into the hotel when guests enter or exit hotel, there in no towers for wash or shower, each floor has one shared bathroom

I will strongly recommend that you DO NOT stay here. There is no secondary locks on the doors. The bathrooms are shared. In the room I was in the mirror was off the wall and had white powdered residue on it. You have to pay $25 for a key deposit for the front door. The rooms have a 4 digit code and no other locks on the door. And my cab driver even said that this was a bad place to stay

If I could I would upload pictures I would so people know what they are getting into. I needed to stay one night but left as soon as I could. The chair in room was stained with white gunk curtains dirty with stains everywhrre. The shared bathroom was deplorable and not even hand soap first day and no paper towels to hands Closet didnt have hangers so the one towel given couldnt hsnb up. No hotel security at 6 in morning someone pounding on front door to let them in when I didnt pounded on door and cursed at me. Later saw her let in by another person let her in. Expedia should not list this hotel as it is for transients not tourists.

Gross. Dried Spit stains on walls of room, blood stains all over the bedding which was also marred with a myriad of cigarette burns. Shared bathroom appeared clean, but I had to kill a cockroach crawliing on the mirror. Towels were not provided and I was told to use my own, but I didn't have one. The low price and preferred location were merely the bait used to lure me down their Trapdoor to Hell.

The whole building is dirty. There are holes in the walls in places. The room and bathroom were dirty. Everything was dusty. The bedding looked dirty. The room smelled bad and the halls have a weird odour. Something in the bed scratched me. They originally gave me a room that someone was already in. They had no hand soap in the bathroom and the room didn't have towels. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend it. Spend the extra money and stay at The Inn On College next door.

The place is a little run down, the washroom/shoower room missing floor, a lot of damage in the walls of the room, the AC looks like hasn't been cleaned in a while, 70 CAD a night is a rip off considering the state of the place.

They advertised that they renovated there property. They lied. Even if it is a cheap place to stay, it's to dirty, only received a towel, no face cloth or soap. Room, wind sill full of bugs, dirty window, screen, curtains. Tear in bed cover. Walls dirty and have visible repairs. Tear in bathroom lino, damaged walls in bathroom, awful. Fridge dirty, Microwave dirty. I already stated someone walking into my room and some of these conditions. I was not offered any compensation. I would not recommend to no one. Darlene O'Hare

Wouldn't recommend for an enemy. Had to check out early due to excessive noise and cold. Middle of winter but the heater wasn't working. They gave me a little space heater but kept tripping breakers for the entire circuit in the room. People running around drinking and partying but management had no answers. Asked for a refund for the remaining days off my stay to no avail. Worst experience in a hotel of my life. Avoid this place at all costs. Only thing positive was the shared bathroom was kept decently clean to my surprise.

Dirty, no toilet/shower in the rooms, no drinking water provided. The day receptionist entered my room at 12pm without a nock when I was in the bed. It’s insecure because of the unprofessional staff and types of guests staying there. The furniture and all amenities are dirty and very old. I felt like straight in a homeless camp. A road construction was happening around with inability by taxi to park anywhere close, as a result I was late for my appointment. I will never return and do not recommend this horrible place!

Staff were cleaning loudly at 4 in the morning so no sleep. Light from super bright hallway not blocked well at all through doorway. A window that wouldn’t lock or close all the way. Stains on the floor in the suite. Disgusting bathroom with no paper towel to even dry your hands and urine stains left everywhere. No one at desk for 20mins when I left to check out so I finally just shoved the access card under the gate and left. The only nice things were the parking and friendly young guy at desk when I checked in. Wouldn’t stay there again.

I was super pleased with the room - inexpensive, up to date, clean, and safe. My bathroom (next door) was also in fine shape, and available whenever needed. Being across from my the university was a bonus.
