Acqua della piscina ad una buona temperatura. Sezione della piscina esterna piacevole ma con temperatura acqua leggermente inferiore. Parcheggio coperto. Purtroppo il parcheggio non è sufficiente per tutte le auto se l'hotel tende ad essere pieno.

SPA molto fornita, piscine coperta e scoperta, campo da tennis, campo da calcio, sala giochi, parete da arrampicata per esperti, miniclub, bar terrazza panoramica con vista incantevole, ristorante di ottima qualità e a prezzo adeguato, colazione molto varia e abbondante, personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Un hotel consigliato e in cui torneremo.

Hotellet har den smukkeste udsigt, men ligger langt fra alt andet. Restauranten var ikke særlig god, der var støjende og morgenmaden især var kaotisk og tomt! Der var presset for mange mennesker ind til en for lille buffet. Poolen er til et spa område, så der skal man være stille, ikke særlig familievenligt. Alt koster ekstra, det synes jeg er ærgerligt når man booker sig ind på et nogenlunde lækkert hotel.

This is our second time staying at Hotel Monte Bondone with our little baby, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. The hotel is full of services, including a pool, spa, game room, gym, and more. We had both lunch and dinner at the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious, with excellent service. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a rich variety of options. The staff is incredibly kind and always available to assist, and the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and it’s only a 15-20 minute drive to the city of Trento. We’ll definitely be back!

Für einen Kurzurlaub mit den Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad ist sehr warm. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Man merkt schon, dass das kein Neubau ist aber völlig in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer ist im besseren Zustand als in manchen 4-Sterne-Hotels in Berlin:)

The room decor was lovely and relaxing, balcony with view of the mountain was amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the whole hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Very good for vegan and allergen diets, great breakfast options and meals for dinner were good. Area around the hotel grounds was very pretty, good for wildlife and landscaping was lovely as lots of flowers in the unmown verges. Pool/sauna/steam room very nice and relaxing, lots of space to relax around the pool with sun loungers. Great access to walking routes and Trentino Guest Card was amazing for travelling on local public transport and access to attractions nearby. The only difficulty is finding food for lunches when you are not going into town before a day out/don’t have access to a car - the hotel would benefit from having a snack bar/small shop/take away foods for lunch as quite far away from local shops. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back one day!

Im Familienzimmer war ein Doppeltbett und ein ausziehbares Sofa. Das Bett war schräg und man rollte ungewollt immer a den Rand und das Sofa hatte nur eine sehr dünne Matratze als Auflage, so dass man die Metallkonstruktion darunter spürte - sagten auch die Kinder 7/11J. Kein Kleiderschrank im Raum sondern offene Regale - für 4 Personen und eine Woche sehr wenig Stau- / Aufräummoeglichkeiten. Abendessen von der Auswahl sehr beschränkt und trotzdem nur ok. Das Personal aber uneingeschränkt super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gut und mit ausreichend Auswahl (für meine Erfahrung in Italien). Im Mai komplette Umgebung am Berg ausgestorben - grundsätzlich gut aber auch alles zu.

Um hotel incrível em um lugar incrível. Quarto excelente, amplo, com mezanino e uma ótima visita de Trento. Fiquei apenas uma noite e não consegui explorar as possibilidades, mas voltaria com mais tempo certamente.

We liked the view offcourse and overall it wasn’t bad. But there’s a lot to gain there. Especially diner. The food was very below par and was still very pricy. No really. The food was bad. Period. The check in went wrong but they corrected it fair and square. Parking below the hotel was very handy. During the night we heard a lot sounds. Like water from the neighbors, music from somewhere else and noise in the hall way. But still we can not say it was bad. It was a little below mediocre.

Foi tudo bem. O hotel fica num local de difícil acesso, mas muito bonito. Tem de ir de carro e é uma subida muito longa, mas vale a pena. O estacionamento é muito bom e seguro. The property was amazing, we booked 2 day but had to come down after the first due to my son getting altitude sickness, the staff were amazing, even calling a doctor for me to help with me son , food was good and the bar tender was amazing, even showed him a drinks from the internet and even though he had never heard of it, he made it for my wife. It is on a mountain so if you need any groceries or favorite bottle of drink, get it before you go up the mountain, remember most grocery stores are closed on Sunday. I would stay there again, many activities for the kids but make sure you have altitude sickness meds before you go up, especially if you have kids

Great stay staff were friendly and helpfull. Good breakfast. Evening meal on the whole was good had one that was a miss. Well maintained and very clean hotel. Great location. Make sure you get the free tourist pass from reception. Wod come back again. Goid value hotel.

In summary, the hotel is OK and has a nice view, HOWEVER the restaurant is horrible and the service & rude attitude of the staff is the worst I have ever experienced, being well-travelled with hundreds of hotels visited. Before booking, we saw a few reviews online indicating that the restaurant had poor quality (some claiming food was heated in the micro-oven), but as the hotel is situated far away from other options we decided to give it a try. We ordred 3 portions of pasta, drinks and a platter with cheese, meat and salami. Max 3 minutes after ordering the pasta arrived suspiously fast, which was very hot and had the particular taste of being heated in a micro-oven. When the charkuterie platter arrived, I first had a slice of salami which tasted a little odd. When looking closer, I realized that there were dots of green mold on the salami, wherefore I showed the waiter and he took it away, asking if we want a new platter but we rejected this given suspections of inappropriate food safety conditions. The day after at check-out the staff told me to pay for the dinner and gave me the bill which also included the platter. I explained that was incorrect as we sent it away given the mold and asked him to talk to the kitchen. He returned with the platter, and told that they had stored it from yesterday. I showed him the mold but he claimed that it was normal, and rudely told "if you go to a pizzeria and order a pizza and dont like it you still have to pay". After arguing 20 minut

This hotel could easily reach a 5 star rating. The views are amazing and majority of the staff provide great customer service with an amazing lady on reception, barman and the one serving coffees was also a welcomed sight in the morning. The hotel itself is near a lift with great access to the snow and the hotel has a spa, ski equipment room, games room and parking. Together with dining this was all the reasons for booking this hotel. The downside to the hotel is a lack of flexibility by certain staff members, some of the basics in the room, the restaurant and breakfast. The restaurant appears to lack an understanding of the customer or leader that is able to deliver a product and experience. This is a great pity as the setting is fantastic but food, choice and organisation needs a lot of attention. They have the staff but not the leadership required to set standards and the service. Note that if you don’t get a booking they often won’t accept you in the restaurant this is not down to being full it’s more related to how things are organised and the lack of flexibility. Please also note that the hotel is promoting sustainability which I fully support however using this as an excuse for not providing glasses in rooms and decent shampoo, conditioner and soap is acceptable and a basic need. We stayed 7 days and asked about obtaining these products and was told to buy them from the supermarket in Trento by reception. The paper cups fell apart after 3 days and not replaced!!

Ottima struttura nuova, piscina e SPA degna di un 4/5 stelle. Personale tutti e tutte bravissime e gentilissime, colazione e pranzo e cena ottimi. Che altro, ottimi prezzi, andateci tranquillamente. Dispiace dover andar via per tornare a casa.

The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we cannot thank them enough. The pool/spa area was great. The massage I had was just amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

We just stayed 1 night, but got to see the Mountain Views at sunset and sunrise. Indoor/outdoor pool was awesome, but the sauna wasn't open in the morning (plan ahead if want spa services). High on the mountain, so taking meals at the property is the only option.

Excellent hôtel! Staff super efficace et souriant. Quelle vue exceptionnelle. Menu du jour avec peu d’option mais tout ce qu’on a mangé était excellent!!! Seul bémol, pas d’air climatisé contrairement à ce qui était inscrit sur expédia. Heureusement, nous avions un balcon avec deux grandes portes fenêtres que nous avons laissé ouvertes tout la nuit pour dormir au frais de l’air de la montagne. Le personnel de l’hôtel s’est assuré de faire corrigé la fausse information directement sur les sites de réservation.

È stato impossibile visto le temperature degli ambienti e della piscina: dentro tiepida, fuori si soffriva dal freddo: spinti dall'idromassaggio posizionato solo all' esterno ci si avventura lo stesso. Vista probabilmente apprezzabile ma non da noi arrivati dopo il tramonto (17.00 circa). Una volta usciti dall'acqua ambienti freddi anche nelle aree relax e quelle adiacenti alla sauna/bagno turco. Servizi wellness aperti fino alle 22.00 ma di fatto usufruibili fino alle 20.30 se si vuole cenare in struttura (difficile muoversi per mangiare altrove nelle immediate vicinanze). Pronti per le 21.00 come richiesto per cenare ci chiedono di aspettare che si liberi un tavolo per cui accediamo al bar per una birra. Finalmente seduti ordiniamo. Ci si aspetta di mangiare bene in montagna ma purtroppo cena deludente: cibo probabilmente comprato pronto o già confezionato. Sia a cena che a colazione. La mattina si apprezza una bella vista nella sala finestrata adibita al consumo dei pasti. Struttura con del potenziale ma gestita male come precedentemente descritto.

Hotel rinnovato di recente, pulito e confortevole. Vista panoramica. Ottima colazione (chicca: c'è anche il prosecco a colazione!). Buono il ristorante alla sera. Acqua della piscina ad una buona temperatura. Sezione della piscina esterna piacevole ma con temperatura acqua leggermente inferiore. Parcheggio coperto. Purtroppo il parcheggio non è sufficiente per tutte le auto se l'hotel tende ad essere pieno.

We, a family of five, stayed one night. Lovely hotel, amazing views, nice pool area and clean spacious room. Dining menu a bit limited but they had what we were looking for. We would definitely come back another time, can highly recommend this place for families.

The room decor was lovely and relaxing, balcony with view of the mountain was amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the whole hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Very good for vegan and allergen diets, great breakfast options and meals for dinner were good. Area around the hotel grounds was very pretty, good for wildlife and landscaping was lovely as lots of flowers in the unmown verges. Pool/sauna/steam room very nice and relaxing, lots of space to relax around the pool with sun loungers. Great access to walking routes and Trentino Guest Card was amazing for travelling on local public transport and access to attractions nearby. The only difficulty is finding food for lunches when you are not going into town before a day out/don’t have access to a car - the hotel would benefit from having a snack bar/small shop/take away foods for lunch as quite far away from local shops. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back one day!

Bella struttura, personale gentilissimo e buon ristorante. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni, usufruito della SPA e della piscina riscaldata che esce anche all'aperto entrambe gratuite. Cenato una sera in albergo e mangiato davvero bene. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Hotellet har den smukkeste udsigt, men ligger langt fra alt andet. Restauranten var ikke særlig god, der var støjende og morgenmaden især var kaotisk og tomt! Der var presset for mange mennesker ind til en for lille buffet. Poolen er til et spa område, så der skal man være stille, ikke særlig familievenligt. Alt koster ekstra, det synes jeg er ærgerligt når man booker sig ind på et nogenlunde lækkert hotel.

Het hotel is modern. Personeel is vriendelijk. Prachtig uitzicht. Enigste minpunt is de drukte in het restaurant. Het personeel daar zou alles moeten rustiger laten verlopen. Maar misschien is dit de Italiaanse gedrevenheid.
