This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location for everything you need. The rooms are great and the bar area is lovely. Would definitely stay here again

It’s in a great location close to the old town, there’s only 2 parking spots so make sure you reserve one whilst you’re booking, it’s an additional £21 per night. One thing we did notice is the rooms don’t have a full clean, they come in make the beds and change the towels so not eco on that front. And. The glasses weren’t changed, all in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The hotel was ideally suited for exploring Krakow on foot or by using the excellent tram network. The public parts of the hotel were attractive, particularly the comfortable bar/restaurant at the rear. Although our room was small, it was comfortable and well equipped. The reception and bar staff were friendly and efficient.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the downstairs seating area was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. You are such a short walk to the old town for a lovely evening walk too!

Lovely hotel with great bar area to back (would be very pleasant in the summer). Comfortable rooms, good staff - a very good stay. I would definitely come back here if I return to Krakow. No hotel parking - but some local parking in the streets around the hotel.

Great hotel near the Old Town for an affordable city break, the hotel is modern and clean with great staff. Location is central with only about a 5-10 minute walk to the city square or castle. Check-in/Check-out was quick and easy. The reception was very elegant each morning a side table with a couple of nibble snacks like pretzels and wafers was a nice touch. Bar was good, perhaps a little small for the size of the hotel, drinks were nice and standard city pricing. The food was nice, we also used room service on our visit which was nice, affordable and quick. The room was clean with high ceilings however was quite small, its ok for a single person or a couple visiting for a couple of days but could do with being bigger for any longer stay as storage and space is very limited. The room has aircon/heating adjustable by a digital wall panel. The room is equipped with a small iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, small fridge, pod coffee machine, and kettle but no breakfast tea or milk. Breakfast was stocked well, mainly had cold breakfast as the hot wasn't really to our taste. Could do with a couple of dairy free options. Staff in all areas were very nice, welcoming, and helpful, housekeeping come round every 3rd day as a minimum but also any day you use a door hanger. All in all, a great hotel at a good price in a good location. Whilst there are some improvements possible, that is the case with all hotels so I hope this review can help with making this place even better.

Great hotel, could not accommodate early checkin however they held our bags and we were free to explore. Lovely bar for a night cap, which also served food if needed. Beds confortable, and very convenient for the old town, walked into the main town and train station, Jewish Quarter, well positioned for everywhere.

Very modern and clean property. High standard of cleanliness throughout. Room was lovely and spacious - complimentary Prosecco, soft drinks and water was a nice touch. Ample time to avail of breakfast with a good range of continental items on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel well situated and within walking distance of old town. Only downside was noise of tram passing at times. Highly recommend!

Real gem!!! Lovely, located in the heart of Krakow, this charming hotel has everything. Very good breakfast, nice well priced bar, cozy patio and friendly staff. I haven’t visited the gym. I will definitely return!

I booked on Hotels.com and requested 2 beds with pull out sofa. When I arrived, they gave me a double bed with sofa. They said they don’t see the bed requests when booking through a third party and no other room was available. Sheets were scratchy but otherwise hotel was clean and breakfast was European with lots of bread and yogurt and sliced cheese and meats. Room was straightened every day but old coffee cups and drink glasses never removed or cleaned

Attractive decor but tram noise is fairly disturbing. I found used towels in my bathroom upon checking in which was not reassuring. Front desk staff were pleasant but not forthcoming with amenities when I asked whether lotion or bath slippers are available (they are). I had to find out for myself and request items specifically.

Very good location. A bit noisy. Too hot in the room and had to open the window but the noise level was really high so couldn’t sleep one night. The aircon had to be reset by the reception the next day. Coffee machine didn’t work. WC was found dirty below the seat. Wasn’t very pleasant.

We has an extended weekend in Cracow and stayed here. Everything was in great condition and beds very comfortable with two pillows. Only downside in the room was quite old tv so we couldn’t get to internet via that nor cast our phones. Breakfast was very nice and not too crowded. Location was excellent - really close to everything but still very quiet and calm. Staff was friendly!

Nice hotel. Unfortunately room 239 is very loud with tram service right outside the window. Room was warm. Ac set to coolest temperature and still warm. Told to open window—it worked for cooling room but traffic was loud with tram service every 3 minutes. Recommend ask for room on inside of building- this would take care of this problem. Krakow is a great city to visit, culture, history and great food options!

This property is very convenient to Wawel Castle and the Krakow Old Town area. Breakfast was good and in a spacious room. With a kind-sized bed in the room there was very little space to walk around without tripping over each other. Not enough table top or cabinet space in the room. With two suitcases, it was a challenge.

Hotel is in a great location just a 10 minute walk to the town square. Really lovely hotel in really good order. Rooms small but perfectly suitable for our short stay(we could have got a larger room but chose not to). Breakfast is lovely with lots of choices in a lovely light airy restaurant. Would definitely stay again if ever in Krakow again.

The only downside to our stay is that we’re given a handicap room. The issue was with the bathroom- shower is made for handicapped people and there’s no curtains/ glass do everything in the bathroom gets wet, including the toilet and all your belongings. The sink also sprays everywhere, impossible to use without getting everything wet.

Just returned back home after staying at Leonardo Boutique Hotel for a long weekend. Had a perfect stay. The hotel was vey clean, beds very comfortable, towels changed every day . The staff are lovely and approachable. At our request the staff also arranged private transfers to and from the airport roughly £30 each way. Just drop the hotel a message if you require this. The hotel is within roughly 5 minutes walking distance of the Jewish quarter and krakow main square. Dined in at the hotel on a couple of nights due to late return on day trips booked in the uk prior to arrival. There is not a huge menu but what we had was ok. Would definitely return to this hotel if we came back to krakow and can recommend this hotel if you’re looking to book.

To start, I didn't stay here. After driving around the neighbourhood for an hour looking for a parking spot, I finally lucked into one, unloaded my bags and got to this hotel. Only to be told that there had been an issue with their system, they were overbooked, and despite having a confirmed, prepaid reservation, I didn't have a room. It's 20:30, I haven't had dinner, again, spent an hour looking for parking (side note-this hotel has NO parking whatsoever and is in a highly residential area with street parking only. Do NOT bring a car) so really not happy. To their credit, they have a sister hotel a couple km away, and they sorted a taxi and a room there. That hotel, Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow City Centre, is fine. I was in room 110, which looked out the back onto neighbouring apartment buildings-and their rubbish area. And the rubbish collection is around 6 am, shortly after the hotel staff take out hotel rubbish-which included loads of bottles and involved dragging a lot of bins. Not conducive to sleep, and I didn't really want to be up at that hour. The morning after, I had to walk back to the other hotel to retrieve my car before 10 am, when paid parking kicked in, so missed the trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mines that I'd booked. So, do with that what you will. Staff were very nice and did their best to help. Still shouldn't have happened, and since they had my details, you'd have thought they could have let me know in advance-I'd have gone straight to the other hotel

Perfect location to walk to most sites. The staff at the hotel was amazing.

The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. Ania, in particular, went out of her way to help us book train tickets when our personal devices were having issues with the website. The breakfast offers a nice selection of food, teas, juice, & coffee. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, beimg a short walk from the Old Town and Jewish Quarter and a relatively short distance to the main train station. The one negative we had is that there were no handholds in the shower - with a somewhat slippery floor, it was a scary experience for my Dad who has mobility limitations and challenges standing for long.

Hotel itself is fantastic location fab breakfast plenty to choose from staff all young and very unfriendly no one seemed to smile or greet you rather have a chat amongst themselves than acknowledge you at reception. Would not put me off to stay again as we tried not to interact with reception as to busy sightseeing

Hotel itself very good. Immaculate - far exceeded 3* Breakfast selection excellent also. Only gripe was the older gentleman on reception. His customer service skills certainly lacked, he was miserable bordering on rude, unlike the younger members of staff who were so pleasant and helpful. A real asset to the front desk

Lovely hotel with great location leds than 5 minutes walk to Old Town and 10 minutes from Kazimierz. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food, rooms clean, staff friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. The only downside was the bed which was too hard for my liking and could have needed a mattress pad to avoid the feeling of sleeping directly on the spring mattress.

The location is excellent. It’s right next to Old town, The Castle.Easy walk from train station ( 20 mins train from airport) The cost £6-7 one way for two. The room is good size with everything what you need. The breakfast is the best in European countries. The reception is so helpful, the Bar is great. As Expedia member we received the bottle of Italian Red wine and quality is perfect. Just one little note - trams , you can hear through double glazed windows but it’s not crucial. Maybe request a room faced yard side? We would like recommend Hotel to every guest.Thank you

Great location, nice staff, rooms were nice. I would stay here again but opt out of paying for breakfast. Can have room cleaned if you leave card on door. Wasnt keen on breakfast, im literally vegan, fruit had fruit flies on it and looked old eith dried out melon. No toaster just a brevel that did sort of a job, plenty of bread, cereal.

Great location, good breakfast choices (but no bacon), nice bar and patio area, very clean and courteous staff

Brilliant stay at this hotel, everything you need and so close to everything without the noise. Extremely friendly service from check in to check out. Nice bar area with outside seating. Breakfast was ok, lots of cold options but the cooked options limited and usually not hot. Overall a fantastic stay and I totally recommend.
