Located directly across the street from the central train station, this wonderful hotel is a perfect choice for convenience and ease of train travel. The hotel is located just next to the train station and a large shopping mall, which makes it very easy to find restaurants, do shopping etc. Walking to old town takes 10 minutes and is easy. The parking garage in the hotel is for guests only and give direct access from roomfloor (very convenient, even if slightly expensive, 100 zl). Breakfast was average, it had everything to wish for and tasted well, but nothing wow/extra about it. Loved the coffeemachine in the lobby with great coffee/tea supply for free 24/7. The rooms are small in size but very modern and comfortable. Soundproof. Missed not having lotion as amenity in bathroom but otherwise a really great hotel. Also appreciated the water in the room that was refilled daily, great!!

To access the airport, simply enter the nearest mall entrance across the street from the hotel, take the escalator down, and follow the signs; the walk is very short. From check in to checkout everything was top class. Hotel and room was spotlessly clean. Loved the little touches in the room everything worked from the tablet, complimentary bottles of water everyday, fridge and a free safe. Breakfast was excellent with buffet style and even a menu to choose from. Location was excellent within walking distance of the main square. There was even a free coffee and tea machine to use 24 hours in the lobby. Wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again the next time we visit Krakow.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and liked my modern and clean room. It is true that the rooms are a bit noisy because the hotel is right next to the main train station and you can hear and feel the trains go past. Maybe this was more noticeable in my room because it was on the first floor. The noise insulation inside the hotel also isn’t the best (I heard my neighbours quite well) but this didn’t bother me too much as I only stayed 2 nights. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location close to the train station, a big shopping centre, and the old town which is easily reachable on foot. There are good public transport links as well with bus and tram stops nearby.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff were attentive and easy to talk to. It was hot in room as air conditioning may not of been available, but had window open whole time. All lights, tv and phone are all connected to tablet. Was there for 2 nights as a solo traveller. Would stay again. 1 min walk to train station, which I took from airport, and less than 10 minute walk to Old Town.

Right across the street from the train station, so very convenient if travelling by train. We arrived to Krakow very late and were very happy to just walk across the street and get checked in to our room quickly. Room was not large, but very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we return to Krakow.

Unfortunately we were constantly reminded that we are a burden to the staff working here. Minutes after closing breakfast they were already hoovering under our table, refused to serve at bar 5 min before closing, they just treat you like in a 10€ hostel. Rooms are also the smallest Ive ever seen. Despite payimg for x2 upgrades, the open suitacases didnt fit in the room.

context : 4-days/3-nights business trip, office outside of Krakow, going there by train therefore interest to be close to Główny/station (which is right in front of the PURO) location : great, station just in front (airport in 20 minutes) + tram to go everywhere in the city. Main place/basilicum is only 10-15' walk room comfort : nice but bed a bit too soft for me everything (aircon, lights) controlled via a tablet : hightech but not really convenient + this tablet is screwed in the middle of the desk so not ideal as you cannot put your laptop otherwise super clean and super quiet (I had a room on the back to avoid road traffic or tram noise) super nice staff at the reception desk or bar did not try breakfast or restaurant

Bra beligenhet. Ligger rett ved siden av Galeria Krakowska og gå avstand til gamlebyen. Heilt ok størrelse på rom, men ett lite minus poeng var at Kjøleskapet holdt nesten rom temperatur og ingen mulighet for å justere ned temperaturen. Har bodd på hotellet 3 ganger.

Right across the street from the train station, so very convenient if travelling by train. We arrived to Krakow very late and were very happy to just walk across the street and get checked in to our room quickly. Room was not large, but very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we return to Krakow.

I booked this hotel as it is directly opposite the main station and as a woman travelling on her own, I only had to walk across the road to get a train to the airport. Despite being on a main road, the noise from traffic was almost eliminated with the window closed. It is only a 6/7 minute walk to the main square and I would have felt safe walking back at night on my own but had family staying in other hotels nearby. We easily walked from the area to the Jewish quarter for dinner and back but you could you use the tram which stops directly opposite the hotel. The room was very comfortable although the bed level was slightly high. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and there was soap, shampoo and body lotion provided in dispensers, hairdryer etc. Everything in the room is controlled by a Samsung tablet which was really easy to follow. I liked that there was a QR card already on the screen to the connect to the wifi for that room as I walked in. I also changed the aircon to make the room cooler. You cannot use the lift upwards without the room key so felt secure. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. My only reason for scoring it 4 stars is that the breakfast cost Zlt75 which is around £15 so a little pricey. The Galleria shopping centre is across the road with plenty of eating options so in hindsight, I should have done this. Overall, I would recommend the hotel if you want a nice, convenient and comfortable place to stay at a good price and would stay again.

Fin beliggenhet på hotellet med kort avstand til jernbanestasjon, buss og trikk. 10 minutters gange til gamlebyen. Noe støy i fra veien utenfor, men et fint hotell. Husk at du kan bestille omeletter og sandwish`er under frokosten. Dette er inkludert. God frokost. Vi spiste også middag på hotellet en kveld.
