When I drove up first thought was forget the money and run the outside was horrifying and the pool or the Internet worked, but the head of housekeeping said that the rooms looked better in the inside which it did. I wouldn't stay there again!

My first room I checked into the TV channels were not working for some reason. Someone from desk came up & couldn’t figure out it wasn’t working in that room, but it was in others. So, they moved me to another room. The next room, I believe, was 112 had such an overpowering smell of mildew and/or mold that there was no way I could stay in there. That room needs an inspection to ensure it is not a health hazard and a deep cleaning to get rid of the odor as it was bad. Not sure how housekeeping cannot smell this. Then the final room, which was 221 did have a slight odor to it as well but was not as oppressing as the last one. This room though had some issues. The bathroom faucet handle was stripped & was only able to get cold water to work. Then the sink plug didn’t work at all. I went to pull the plug handle & it was not attached and came completely out. Not sure how housekeeping could not notice this or if they had why they wouldn’t have reported it to maintenance. Then on the wall by the ironing board there appears to be food or other stains on the wall which leads to questioning the overall cleanliness of the room.

Filthy. This place is a dump. Arrived to find dried mud from boots all over the floor. Not one single towel in the room. The refrigerator hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. There was dirt marks all over the walls, the bedside table drawer was filed with ashes and burn marks. Bedding was torn, stained and had burn marks. Front door was broken had been pried open in the past. Sink dirty. Tub dirty. Dried shaving cream on the wall by the sink. Just filthy.

You get what you pay for. Photos look much better than reality. Our non-smoking smelled like smoke, sink faucet didn’t work, phone didn’t work, you could hear everything going on outside, and the room had been touched up with the wrong color paint in various spots (quite a sight). But the beds were comfortable and clean, the tv was good, and the a/c worked.

If you guys are going to upcharge due to other things happening then your room qualities should match that. Comforter had burn holes all throughout, towels were dirty, carpet and ac smelled like old smoke, and someone should be at the front desk at all times. I’m not gonna lie I really was afraid to touch stuff in there. Really thought that I could stick it out.

First of off, the pictures make this property look completely different than what it was. I'll start by saying the front office staff was great! No complaints during check-in or check-out. The hotel is located in a cluster of hotels. All the other hotels are actual hotels but this one is a motel. When I got to my room, I remembered the picture I saw on here and said to myself "where is that at"? The headboard on the beds are the same, that's about it. Speaking of beds, the headboard wasn't even connected to the bed and the bed kept rolling away. There were stains on the comforter. Thankfully, I always bring my own sheets and pillow cases. One look at the bathroom and I knew I was not going to shower there. But that's not all. Five minutes in my room and suddenly I hear what appeared to be a fight right outside. The door and walls are so thin, you can hear everything. My 15 year old son was scared. Next thing we know, the police was there. I'm like oh my goodness gracious. Apparently, that was settled but about an hour or two later, we hear fire trucks approaching. Sure enough, they were coming to the motel. Not sure what happened, they left shortly after. After the event we attended, we returned at about 11pm. As I tried to get comfortable, my son informed me he wasn't going to sleep that night because he was scared. At that time, we packed up and checked out at midnight! I tried contacting Hotels.com to help but the response I received was unacceptable.

It had a phone line coming out of the wall with no phone. All the electrical outlets on the lamps were worn out would not hold a plug. The toilet seat was loose and didn't flush very well. The chair for the little desk was a piece of junk it was crooked and would not roll. The TV would suddenly come on by itself in the middle of the night. Overall the room and the bathroom were extremely small did not justify what I paid for it. This is a $30 a night room, anything more than that is a rip off.

Environment was dangerous people smoking weed in groups , casing cars dogs and people looking thru trash cans. Clerk had a bad attitude, room smelt like Marijuana we were there 5 mins and decided to take the loss . We still haven’t received our 100.00 dollar deposit. This was a nightmare ! Hotels. Com should be ashamed for even having this on their site . Not sure if I will use this site ever again.
