Be very careful if you’re planning to stay here during the summer. I booked two rooms, i got one on the 2nd floor and one on the 4th floor. Both were unbearably hot, but the room on the 4th floor was even worse. The temperature inside was around 32°C (90°F). It was impossible to stay in the room, let alone sleep. We had no choice but to leave. There is a fan in the room with a button labeled “Cool Air,” but it doesn’t actually cool anything. It simply blows the same hot air around. When I contacted management, their response was that air conditioning is not listed, so it “might not work.” That completely misses the point. Not having air conditioning and having a room that reaches dangerously hot temperatures are two very different things. A room that becomes this hot in the summer is simply not suitable for guests. If you’re planning to stay here during the summer, I strongly recommend booking somewhere else unless you know the room will stay at a safe temperature.

This is a self check-in hotel, and we had a little glitch but called the customer service phone number and was helped immediately. The most responsive customer service ever! Room was great, awesome location, really good breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The room was large, clean with good size bathroom. Lovely & warm. Location perfect. The only let down was no where to leave luggage on checkout however there is a luggage storage available in the square.
