A wondedul stay, super attentive staff and always friendly. They can’t do enough for you and take time speaking to you. The rooms are a little small but still beautiful,’the drainage issues are slightly Present as the smell in the shower was always occurring. The swimming pool is great and we enjoyed most afternoons here! The gym is extremely small and could be something to work on. The pool side food was beautiful and breakfast was good. We would stay again, the staff made this for us. Thank you

From the moment we were picked up from the ferry port (a very well spent extra €40), warmly welcomed on arrival, to check out, everything in between was wonderful. Our room was immaculate with a gorgeous view from the big balcony & a beautiful shower. The pool is fantastic, we loved the sunloungers that were sat right on top of the water. There were always fresh towels on hand. Showers near the pool with all the toiletries you could imagine so you don’t even need to go back to your room. The included breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. The staff are amazing! Eva & Chris are the hotel managers & honestly, I never NOT saw them around, either doing grunt work (clearing tables) or just talking to guests & helping them out. They say they are “at our disposal” & you can believe they mean it. The other staff are also wonderful! Always friendly & accommodating. The cleaning staff are always around too, keeping the grounds spotless. In terms of location, we enjoyed being out of town a little & away from the crowds - the views over town are worth it! But getting around is pretty easy. You receive a mobile phone on arrival & you can call reception anytime & they will organise a pick up for you. One way from town is €30, we paid €40 to get home one night from Paradise Beach. The local buses are great too, just a bit more effort (walk down to Ornos to get bus into town then back out to other beaches if that’s what you want).

Luxury! This is a beautiful luxury 5 star hotel. The facilities were amazing from the pool to the bar and restaurant area! The staff was attentive and charming. Willing to fill any request and making sure the guests were well taken care of. The views are immaculate from every corner of this hotel. 10/10 highly recommend.

No5 was the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Staff were super nice and helpful. The hotel was stylish and very chic. Room was spacious, great lighting, nice balcony with swing and with everything you need (Nespresso coffee maker with pods, wine opener, fridge …). Breakfasts were delicious with variety of options. Pool was heated with sun beds and great view of Mykonos town. We had complementary shuttle from airport and to the port when we were leaving. Also there was a shuttle service that we could book or call reception when ever we needed it where ever we were in island. Anthony and team made this trip very memorable for us. PS a quick heads up for people with allergy / phobia of cats, they had a cat in the hotel and there were a few stray cats in the area (it’s very normal in Greece). That was the only downside of our trip to No5 hotel and Mykonos in general.

I would like to recommend Eva the hotel manager, so prompt with her Reliance follow ups. People within the hotel staff especially Alexis, Chris, Joy were supply phenomenal. The on-site amenities, like the pool, fitness center, and restaurant, exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fresh and varied each morning. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it to others looking for comfort and quality service.

I think the best hotel experience of my life! And that is saying a lot because I used to work for The Ritz-Carlton and have stayed around the world with them! This property is SO STUNNING, the included breakfast is DELICIOUS, the balconies in the room are BEYOND! But the very best thing of all is the staff! The front desk organized so much for us, including a rental car delivered to us at the hotel and including a free ride back to our ferry (what?!), and a personalized 3 hr ATV tour around the island! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Everything was arranged and made so easy for us so that we could relax and enjoy ourselves when at the hotel. Sofia and Socrates at reception, THANK YOU! Stathis, Mykonos is so lucky to have you as an incredible mixologist and bartender, but we will see you soon in NYC! ;) Christian, Maria, George, and Paris at the restaurant, thank you for all your kindness and FUN! Das Hotel war super! Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und groß. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön hergerichtet und der Pool wunderschön. Mit den Plätzen am Pool gab es nie Probleme. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man in 15-20 Minuten in Mykonos town. Das Frühstück ist a la carte mit traditionellen griechischen Speisen-einfach lecker!! Wir waren begeistert.

Mykonos No.5 is a true 5 out of 5. My husband and I were completely blown away by this resort. From the cleanliness, food, ENTIRE staff (front desk, waiters, baristas, bar tender, etc.), and ambiance, I would recommend this to anyone on the fence. A special shout out to the breakfast staff, especially Stathis! Truly kind and attentive individuals with an incredible work ethic. This was a true dream and we hope to go back one day. Thank you all so very much!

Agréable séjour. Hôtel propre, le personnel est extrêmement a l'écoute et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses avec vue sur la mer. Petit déjeuner a volonté depuis un menu ( ça évite le gâchis). Les plats sont excellents. Je recommande.

L'hotel est tres calme, tres propre mais son accès un peu compliqué. il faut compter 20 min de marche pour rejoindre la premiere "ville" où se trouve les bus. cependant, le restaurant de l'hotel est tres bon, la piscine est tres agréable et les chambres sont spacieuses. le personnel est aux petits soins. un bon moment pour se détendre

The service from arrival to departure was superb. The rooms are spacious, neat and simplistic. Friendly and attentive staff, always willing to help. Ambience is relaxed, quiet and understated. We would definitely come again

Breakfast staff was absolutely wonderful - very attentive and always aimed to please :) Maybe not for families but more for couples. We had a room with a pool that needed to be cleaned. View from room was amazing and was quiet. Communication with the front desk was a bit lacking when trying to get transfers to town and to the airport. Was expecting more but was a good overall stay.

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön in einem steilen Hügel. Man sieht wunderbar auf Mykonos und in der Nacht hat man eine super Sicht auf die Bucht. Leider hat uns der Service und die Dienstleistung nicht überzeugt. Auch hatten wir schreckliche Hotelgäste neben uns welche bis um drei Uhr Morgens Techno laufen liessen in Ihren Zimmer was uns etliche male den Schlaf raubte. Auch betreibt das Hotel eine ziemliche Abzocke was zusätzliche Dienstleistungen anbetrifft, Auf keinen Fall das Auto oder den Scooter über das Hotel mieten, doppelter Preis. Auch verlangen Sie für den Taxiservice viel zu viel. Daher unbedingt die einheimische Taxis bestellen. Frühstück was ok. Bett ziemlich weich Sauberkeit, mussten bei Zimmerbezug verlangen, dass das Zimmer nass aufgenommen wird, da überall Fussspuren sichtbar waren.

Nous avons choisi le MYKONOS numéro 5 car il offre des prestations qui lui donne un bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons bénéficié de la navette gratuite du port vers l'hôtel y compris le lendemain vers l'aéroport. C'est un bon point quand on connait le prix des taxis sur l'île. Cependant, je n'ai pas l'habitude de donner des mauvaises notes, mais c'est ce que je vais faire ici. Nous avons loué une chambre loft, c'est la dénommé JOY. La chambre se trouver malheureusement juste accolée à un petit local technique d'où part un bruit plus que conséquent, généré par un gros ventilateur qui chasse la chaleur du local en question...D'où un bruit largement intolérable de 8h30 le matin à 20h30 le soir !! Nous avons demandé à la manager de nous changer de chambre mais ce n'étais pas possible... Je lui ai signalé que ce n'était pas acceptable de se voir attribuer cette chambre avec un tel désagrément (compte tenu du prix en plus !!) et qu'il était impossible de s'y reposer en journée.... Nous n'avons pas eu de compensation, ou de geste commerciale...Nous n'avons rien demandé mais ils auraient du faire quelque chose face à notre mécontentement. Bref, cette chambre JOY est à fuir ! Surtout si vous devez rester quelques jours. Il y a sans doute les deux chambres à coté qui subissent aussi ce bruit je suppose. Pour le reste l'hôtel est plutôt sympa mais je n'y retournerai pas suite à cet évènement.

Great hotel with stunning view and pleasant breakfast staff. Only the check out receptionist was somewhat condescending and passive aggressive unfortunately… Other than that great hotel.

Sofia, the hotel manager, helped us arrange transportation to multiple places and all of the staff was very attentive during our short stay. We booked several places for our first trip to Mykonos, but will plan on a more lengthy stay for our next trip.

Hotel has great views and staff was extremely friendly!! Especially the breakfast lady who I’m so bumped to have forgotten her name (she was the best), George who extremely kind and Anthony the hotel manager who was helpful with lots of information. Stay was generally okay but only reason I haven’t given excellent is because the roads to the hotel have extremely small and steep hills which obviously gives you great views but we had to return our car as we didn’t feel comfortable driving up the hills and generally roads in Mykonos are not great too. The other thing is we were getting tacos booked through the hotel but we found that they were hiking the prices up and not genuine but if they said they were private transfers they would tell us the price but found out it’s not the private taxis price but what the hotel told them to collect. For example I wanted to negotiate for 30 euro one day when told it was 40 and the taxi guy told us the hotel told him 40, then I said no 30 is what we were told and he took it. This happened on the last day when we had conversations with the private taxi guy and he let us know it’s the hotels private taxi and they tell them the rate. Now my boyfriend thinks this happens everytime the lady at tue reception books as opposed to Anthony the manager, not sure if this is really the case as he noticed we paid 30- 35 when Anthony arranged and 40 -45 when the lady does. Regardless of day or night! Very extortionate

The property was beautiful, however, after requesting several times ahead of my arrival with the staff regarding my free upgrade, I never received it. I was also met with a not so great tone via email during my final inquiry. I was never granted a free upgrade. The cleaning staff was great!

Very nice Hotel, wunderfull View to the City Mykonos

Das à-la-carte-Frühstück ist lecker, allerdings sind die Portionen riesig. Nach einer Woche hat man aber auch genug von den verschiedenen Eier- und Müsli-Varianten gesehen. Ein Auto ist nötig, aber Parkplätze am Hotel sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das kann man von der Insel Mykonos und ihren Stränden allerdings nicht unbedingt sagen. Das Hotel liegt „hinter dem Berg“, sodass außerhalb der Hochsaison schnell die Sonne weg ist. Im Oktober beispielsweise bereits gegen 17 Uhr.

Great hotel, amazing room, the staff is 1st class. Breakfast was awesome. We loved it It’s not super far from the main area in Mykonos but the only way to get there for us was a taxi and it was $30 Euros each way! Ubers were way more expensive.

Auch hatten wir schreckliche Hotelgäste neben uns welche bis um drei Uhr Morgens Techno laufen liessen in Ihren Zimmer was uns etliche male den Schlaf raubte. Auch betreibt das Hotel eine ziemliche Abzocke was zusätzliche Dienstleistungen anbetrifft, Auf keinen Fall das Auto oder den Scooter über das Hotel mieten, doppelter Preis. Auch verlangen Sie für den Taxiservice viel zu viel. Daher unbedingt die einheimische Taxis bestellen. Frühstück was ok. Bett ziemlich weich Sauberkeit, mussten bei Zimmerbezug verlangen, dass das Zimmer nass aufgenommen wird, da überall Fussspuren sichtbar waren.

Dieses wunderbare Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen komplett übertroffen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit kleinen Aperitifs überrascht. Die außerordentlliche Freundlichkeit jedes einzelnen Personals hat uns total begeistert. Jeder war so aufmerksam, man hat sich einfach rundum wohl gefühlt! Was auch unbedingt erwähnenswert ist, das wir einfach so ein upgrade bekommen haben was uns wirklich noch mehr überwältigt hat. Das Frühstück jeden Morgen ist a la carte und es hat einem an nichts gefehlt, sehr sehr lecker, wir haben uns jeden Tag darauf gefreut :)) Das Hotel hat auch ein Restaurant und eine Bar welches auch sehr leckere Speisen anbietet, man kann also durchaus auch einen ganzen Tag im Hotel relaxen und geniessen. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach nur wunderschön alleine durch die fantastische Aussicht. Ein Auto oder sonstiges sollte man sich allerdings zulegen um die Insel zu erkunden. Da die Anfahrt zum Hotel ziemlich steil rauf geht haben wir uns dann doch lieber fahren lassen oder sind zu Fuß (15 min) runter zum nächsten Ort und von dort mit dem Bus gefahren, was auch sehr gut geklappt hat. Der nächste Strand in Ornos ist auch sehr gut zu Fuß in ca 20 min zu erreichen. Nach Mykonos Town fährt man dann doch besser mit dem Bus oder Auto. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wir bedanken uns sehr für diese schöne Zeit auf Mykonos :)

A wondedul stay, super attentive staff and always friendly. They can’t do enough for you and take time speaking to you. The rooms are a little small but still beautiful,’the drainage issues are slightly Present as the smell in the shower was always occurring. The swimming pool is great and we enjoyed most afternoons here! The gym is extremely small and could be something to work on. The pool side food was beautiful and breakfast was good. We would stay again, the staff made this for us. Thank you

Mykonos No.5 is a true 5 out of 5. My husband and I were completely blown away by this resort. From the cleanliness, food, ENTIRE staff (front desk, waiters, baristas, bar tender, etc.), and ambiance, I would recommend this to anyone on the fence. A special shout out to the breakfast staff, especially Stathis! Truly kind and attentive individuals with an incredible work ethic. This was a true dream and we hope to go back one day. Thank you all so very much!

Agréable séjour. Hôtel propre, le personnel est extrêmement a l'écoute et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses avec vue sur la mer. Petit déjeuner a volonté depuis un menu ( ça évite le gâchis). Les plats sont excellents. Je recommande.

Exceptional! We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay! From the moment we were picked up from the ferry port (a very well spent extra €40), warmly welcomed on arrival, to check out, everything in between was wonderful. Our room was immaculate with a gorgeous view from the big balcony & a beautiful shower. The pool is fantastic, we loved the sunloungers that were sat right on top of the water. There were always fresh towels on hand. Showers near the pool with all the toiletries you could imagine so you don’t even need to go back to your room. The included breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. The staff are amazing! Eva & Chris are the hotel managers & honestly, I never NOT saw them around, either doing grunt work (clearing tables) or just talking to guests & helping them out. They say they are “at our disposal” & you can believe they mean it. The other staff are also wonderful! Always friendly & accommodating. The cleaning staff are always around too, keeping the grounds spotless. In terms of location, we enjoyed being out of town a little & away from the crowds - the views over town are worth it! But getting around is pretty easy. You receive a mobile phone on arrival & you can call reception anytime & they will organise a pick up for you. One way from town is €30, we paid €40 to get home one night from Paradise Beach. The local buses are great too, just a bit more effort (walk down to Ornos to get bus into town then back out to other beaches if that’s what you want).

Luxury! This is a beautiful luxury 5 star hotel. The facilities were amazing from the pool to the bar and restaurant area! The staff was attentive and charming. Willing to fill any request and making sure the guests were well taken care of. The views are immaculate from every corner of this hotel. 10/10 highly recommend.

Das à-la-carte-Frühstück ist lecker, allerdings sind die Portionen riesig. Nach einer Woche hat man aber auch genug von den verschiedenen Eier- und Müsli-Varianten gesehen. Ein Auto ist nötig, aber Parkplätze am Hotel sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das kann man von der Insel Mykonos und ihren Stränden allerdings nicht unbedingt sagen. Das Hotel liegt „hinter dem Berg“, sodass außerhalb der Hochsaison schnell die Sonne weg ist. Im Oktober beispielsweise bereits gegen 17 Uhr.

Great hotel, amazing room, the staff is 1st class. Breakfast was awesome. We loved it It’s not super far from the main area in Mykonos but the only way to get there for us was a taxi and it was $30 Euros each way! Ubers were way more expensive.
