We were very pleased with the accommodations. We came for the Indy 500. Close enough drive. (about 20 mins). Restaurants are close by. The lady in charge of breakfast in the morning is lovely. She's so friendly and bubbly. If we return for the race again we will definitely stay here again. FYI, the pool is closed.

Hot and not very clean. Giving 3 stars because the staff was nice. Otherwise it would have been 1 Star. The tub was slick and the rubber matting for protection. Elevator floors and lobby floors were filthy. Wood had white foreign splash on window. Hot temps enhance old mildew smells. No air circulation. Stale smells.

The entrance and lobby of the hotel was filthy. The lobby was extremely hot . Every morning that I went lobby for continental breakfast the area was filthy. The machines didn’t work so they had a bottle of apple juice didn’t have it sitting on ice. The elevator had something spilt all in it so every time you went on the elevator, your shoes were sticking to the floor. The hallways were extremely hot the entrance to the room the floor was dirty. The mirrors were dirty in the bathroom.

Rented a room for 4 , had 1 washcloth and 2 towels. Could see daylight beside the HVAC unit. Not so good part of town. Our whole level smelled like marijuana and someone let their toddler run up and down the hallway screaming at 3 am. Pool was closed and the exercise room was junk. Someone tried to change out our microwave AFTER we checked in and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. The bed was super comfy but this place is definitely a 2 star hotel.

Bedding was not washed (had stains, hairs, and dirt inside sheets and on blankets and pillows). Very noisy while trying to sleep. Someone was blasting their car radio at 3am. The latch lock on our room door was ripped off, so we could'nt properly lock our door.

Misleading pictures, rooms are very cramped and appliances are mediocre. Room was not very clean and smelled off. We asked for it to be cleaned and freshened up every day of our stay but it wasn't done once. The shower leaked so water was running the whole time. Very outdated HVAC system that is very loud.

Housekeeping really needs to clean the rooms better. The towels in my room either had unidentified stains or someone else's pubic hair on them. The tub was filthy. And the carpet had dried up chunks of something that looked like vomit all over it.

The property had very dirty sheets, neither the sink or shower drained and started back filling with dirty water/hair. I booked a non smoking room, yet it smelled like a bar. I travel across the country for work, and this is by far one of the worst establishments I have ever stayed at.

Overall fairly clean. Clean and comfy beds. Had a weird smell in lobby and on the fourth floor. Room smelt clean but 3 out of the 4 towels had stains on them. I personally wont return for another stay.

The staff at this SleepInn were very nice and professional. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke when we first arrived, and they allowed us to change rooms. Overall, the cleanliness in the general areas was very poor. The floors were greasy and murky, the elevators were smudged with dried liquids of some sort, and the pool water was so cloudy that I couldn’t even see down to the second step on the ladder. The worst part was the breakfast area. The tables were not wiped down and the waffle station, the juice area and coffee station were a mess (every day we were there). The food was almost inedible…the bacon looked uncooked, the eggs were swimming in liquid and had a fish-like taste, and the sausage was sitting in a watery liquid also.

Quick night on a family trip. Beds were very comfortable and it was handy to have laundry facilities on a long trip. Breakfast was great with lots of yummy options. Biggest downside was a $100 deposit or hold in your account that takes a week to drop off. For a family that was a large chunk of our trip budget.

Breakfast was just okay. Our tv signal was poor on just about every channel. The receptionist was willing to come to our room and help but it was getting late. The price was good and we got what we paid for but expected. Nothing really bad, just nothing really good either!

The hotel was quiet and the room was a decent size. The bed was a bit firmer than I would normally enjoy but it was still comfortable. They do not get a of channels and it can be laggy to change channels. Did not wake up for breakfast so unsure of that but did see them doing what appeared to be a good cleaning of the breakfast area while checking out. Overall was a good hotel and was not bad at the choice.

Nearby rooms and stairs by room were noisy, lots of door slamming, also smelled like someone was smoking nearby. The room was missing items like Kleenex, hair dryer missing and hook for towel gone. This room wasn’t as nice and the loud rowdy nearby rooms made it less pleasant

I had a comfortable stay for my work trip weekend. Check in was easy. The rooms were serviced well and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was a very nice perk with decent options. Even the fitness room was decently supplied. I’d consider staying here again.

When we arrived the parking lot was trashed and scaffolding was covering the front of the building. My wife went to check in but no one every came to the desk for ten minutes and the lobby was in disarray to put it nicely. We left and did not stay. The pictures you see are not a good representation of this hotel. I would not book with them or hotel.com app since they would not do anything to help accommodate us in this matter.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sleep Inn. Check-in was quick and easy, which made for a great start to my visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. I really appreciated being able to do a late checkout—it gave me extra time to spend with my son, which meant a lot. The room was clean and cozy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable—I had one of the best nights’ sleep in a while! Breakfast in the morning was delicious with a nice variety to choose from. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Worst hotel I have stayed in, never again. Checkin host was rude and surly. Hotel had no AC in lobby, just large portable fans. Room was old, chippy paint and bathtub leaked water continuously from the faucet. Tried to take a hot shower but no hot water Monday morning. Every night around 8pm or before, the cable went out and the telephone did not ever work. I had to go downstairs and ask for help but the same surly host said."yeah we are having problems with phone lines and if you want the TV fixed the night person will be here at 10:30 pm tonight! " There were several large families staying and they took over the breakfast time, no food left and not replenished. Just an awful place.

The hotel condition was not amazing, but you get what you pay for during the Indy 500 weekend. The key card situation was a little terrifying. You could request for a new room key and the staff did not check your identity whatsoever. They would hand you a key to the room and deactivate any of the others. No joke, every time we needed to get into the room we had to request for a new key and they never asked us for proof of staying there.

CAR BROKEN INTO & ZERO COOPERATION FROM STAFF. First night of our trip our car was broken into with a bunch of our valuables stolen. We contacted the front desk and hotel manager to see if we could get camera footage. The manager said he would look that day and give us a call when he found something. He told us they installed brand new cameras the week before and assured us that there would be some footage of what happened. Long story short we never got a call that day. We stayed 3 more nights and asked the front desk every chance we got if there was anything. It was excuse after excuse. Our last day we checked out and asked to see it right there and then before we left. They made the excuse that only the manager had the video on his phone and he wouldn’t be there until later. We called after a few hours and the female working the front desk hung up on both of us once we stated why we called. We gave it another hour or so and called again, they had blocked both our phone numbers. All we wanted was some answers.

We found a used dental stick hidden under the wash cloths on the sink. It had clearly been there awhile. We ran out of toilet paper and even though we asked for more 3 times we still had to go buy our own because no one would give us any. We only came into contact with one friendly staff member during breakfast 1 day. Everyone else couldn't even be bothered to smile.

Overall we had a great stay! About the only complaints were: the room didn't have the AC on when we got there, so it was 82° and the tile by the door was slippery from humidity. Once we turned the air on and used a towel on the floor, everything was fine. Also, there want a working fan in the bathroom, so it got very steamy when showering. The proprietors were helpful and friendly, free breakfast was fresh and decent, and it was conveniently located with free parking.

The property was worn down, peeling paint, toilet seat not fitting on toilet, difficult to get hot water, horrible beds and pillows As you go down the street it felt unsafe and had to drive about 15 min to get somewhere that felt safe to get out and eat Very convenient to hwy 70. Breakfast was not good.

CAR BROKEN INTO & ZERO COOPERATION FROM STAFF. First night of our trip our car was broken into with a bunch of our valuables stolen. We contacted the front desk and hotel manager to see if we could get camera footage. The manager said he would look that day and give us a call when he found something. He told us they installed brand new cameras the week before and assured us that there would be some footage of what happened. Long story short we never got a call that day. All in all this was a nice hotel and the price was OK for the night. What I didn’t like is that unbeknownst to me I was told I was gonna be charged $100 for incidentals. Also, when we got there, it was a little sketchy outside because there was a female and two males just standing in the parking lot look like they were chasing the hotel but as soon as the intercom came on outside stating at the premises was being monitored by security they ran off. It was a little scary because I had my daughter with me. Besides that the breakfast was good but the shower was backing up. The guy at the front desk appeared new so that made things frustrating but he was kind and calm.

Handy, right off the highway, it’s super clean, with friendly desk staff and lovely breakfast staff. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had-fantastic. The room was roomy and super clean. Comfortable bed. No bells and whistles but they weren’t expected. It had a microwave and fridge, big tv. The shower was the only thing that could have used some work - more water coming out of the faucet than the showerhead which made for a weak shower. But the water was hot and there were lots of towels. Great HVAC—the room warmed right up, steady temp and wasn’t dry at all. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!

The entrance and lobby of the hotel was filthy. The lobby was extremely hot . Every morning that I went lobby for continental breakfast the area was filthy. The machines didn’t work so they had a bottle of apple juice didn’t have it sitting on ice. The elevator had something spilt all in it so every time you went on the elevator, your shoes were sticking to the floor. The hallways were extremely hot the entrance to the room the floor was dirty. The mirrors were dirty in the bathroom.

Very clean room. Beds were comfy and clean. We did a bedbug inspection...as I do at all hotels....and it is bug free. Our tv was messed up and they brought a different one in. No big deal but very nice of them. Breakfast was basic...waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, bagels,fruit, cereal. Good enough for breakfast. Overall very good for the price. And we are picky when it comes to hotels.

Very comfy bed and pillows. We only stayed one night but were very pleased. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful and the scrambled eggs were real!! Sausage was great. Had a lot of variety for breakfast. I used the fitness room. Very nice. The reviews on here that say 2/10 confirm my belief that people are crazy and difficult to please. Great value for money. The staff at this SleepInn were very nice and professional. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke when we first arrived, and they allowed us to change rooms. Overall, the cleanliness in the general areas was very poor. The floors were greasy and murky, the elevators were smudged with dried liquids of some sort, and the pool water was so cloudy that I couldn’t even see down to the second step on the ladder. The worst part was the breakfast area. The tables were not wiped down and the waffle station, the juice area and coffee station were a mess (every day we were there). The food was almost inedible…the bacon looked uncooked, the eggs were swimming in liquid and had a fish-like taste, and the sausage was sitting in a watery liquid also.

I enjoyed my stay. We got in super late and had to call a number at the desk to get someone to check us in. It only took a few minutes for someone to show up. Room was clean and everything worked that we tried. Breakfast had waffles, cereal, eggs, bacon, juice and coffee. Only downside was you're required to eat in the breakfast area. As someone who likes to feed my family in our room this was disappointing and we had to take turns while eating, so someone could stay with kids in room. The location is near decent options for food, but honestly you would do better to drive a few minutes away for better food options beyond typical fast food options. Room was clean. Staff was OK. I would not stay here again. The hotel itself did feel otherwise like 3 stars - things seemed generally clean other than a lingering smell. Continental breakfast was Continental. Visit this area at your own risk.
