Great property! Close to all amenities, and all within walking distance. The tram was also close by if you didn't want to walk into/out of the main part of the city. Bed was very comfortable, nice clean rooms and tidy balcony. We will definitely return!!

Pros.The location is excellent with restaurants, cafes and pubs walking distance from the house. For a townhouse - the natural light is great, I’ve stayed in townhouses in the CBD which have no natural light. Lots of space on the rooms.Also, nice and quiet with no road noise. Cons.Check-in was a little challenging considering we paid for the house 7mths in advance to arrival. The bins were left in the garage area, full of rubbish (including rotting food) With the summer heat, this began to smell really badly and we had a terrible fruit fly and fly issues throughout the house. We had to wait 4 days into our stay for collection day. The cooking pans cannot be used, they are dirty and covered in grime. It’s also a little dirty around the edges and a little scruffy, but I suppose that’s expected in a holiday rental. Overall - I was satisfied with the accommodation, but feel a few improvements could be made.

The unit is in a good area. Close to city. Easy walk to city centre with great eateries and coffee close by. However this unit needs attention. It is essentially a student apartment. Carpets in bedrooms need replacing, there was gaffer tape holding parts of the stairs in place, a large dent in the wall that could have easily been repaired and really the unit was poorly constructed in the first place. We would not choose to stay here again.

Clean, well sized 2 bed appt with all the mod cons. Very close to local tram stop Property Manager cannot be contacted via Stayz app. Also Phone number has extra 0 at start. So need to text with corrected number.
