Great customer service throughout the stay, just a short walk to the beach along D'mall. Me and my friend had a superb time, the highlights being the pool , which was right next to the bar so you can literally have drinks and meals whilst sat down in the water! The massage services were great and the breakfast buffet service served generously and with opulent smiles. Couldn't fault the hotel staff, they had been most accommodating from the moment we touched down the airport right till the end. Would be staying with family next time

This place is so convenient to walk to the beach from. The staff is super friendly, and especially helpful since I extended my stay twice after my flight got cancelled. They have a decent selection on their breakfast buffet and their pools are unique and has a pool bar included. I highly recommend to stay at Henann Park and will def be booking with them again when I’m back.

Pros Super friendly staff Location isn’t to bad Pool was nice and cold Breakfast was nice Cons Noise all day from screaming kids around the pool as all rooms face the pool If your room is road side traffic noise is really bad My wife hated the rosters waking her up at 5am Not enough seating around the pool which is taken all day Having to hand over $2000 per day of your stay as a safety deposit. Was told if we use credit card it’s $4000 per day of your stay and will take 2-3 weeks to refund. Surly a hold on your credit card works like everyone else. If we return we will stay at the sister resort next door which has pools spread out

Very clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Near the d-mall and the beach. Excellent buffet and a la carte food. Our room had the pool access, it’s like having your own pool and space. Our room is huge and had a nice view. No complains, everything is excellent!

What we didn't like. The day before check-out the drain in the shower was slow. The weather is hot and humid and the shower is essential amenity. We let the staff know at about 3:30pm. Later we were said the drain was fixed, but unfortunately it wasn't.

Beautiful property, almost new. Had a great deluxe room overlooking the pool. Very thoughtful design. Great staff. If you wanted to hear critical thoughts, if your room is overlooking the pool you will hear the sound of kids at different points of the day. Also, the shutter doors are beautiful but allow some light through in the morning. Small things, but a great stay overall.

No consideration to a person that is unwell , regardless that medical certificate has been provided. The booking was overlooked due to illness . The request is to change the date not cancel. We are happy to cover fees to accommodate the change of date but denied by the hotel because of their policy . No consideration was given

From wrong charge at the front desk to 5 staffs at the buffet who asked same questions while we’re eating, as a lead at F&B base in states. I suggest to trained your staffs and not be in the side talking after guests complained. This hotel is expensive yes, ofcourse we don’t mind that but even a complimentary bottled water is none. This is the first expensive hotel that we stayed is NOTHING! Spending your 10k a night in this hotel not worth at all. We booked family room and one room with access in the pool. NOT WORTH TO SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS HOTEL. NEVER AGAIN…

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The amenities, including the pools, spa, and breakfast buffet, were top-notch and provided endless enjoyment. I especially loved the variety of activities available, ensuring we had a fantastic time. Everything was well-maintained, and the service was consistently exceptional. The staff at this property make it, they are fab, all so friendly and helpful, the same can't be said for all henann resorts, but this one is fab. Not beach front, but a short walk takes you to henann Regency where you can use the beach front sun loungers. We had a little welcome treat in the room upon arrival and another one when we departed, which was a lovely gesture. The only slight negative about this hotel is lack of sound proofing, the pool music is loud, but does stop around 10pm. Love this place. Food choice at breakfast was varied and clean, no flies etc.

The property itself is nice but their rules make it very inconvenient for those traveling with kids. As a family of 12 including small kids, it was too tedious. 1) their kids age payment ruling was very odd. Typical hotel standard should be 2 adults, 2 kids. But for you guys at henna, you only allowed 1 child, and even have to pay for the child and then the excess as an adult. 2) Not being allowed to eat in the rooms makes it very inconvenient. We eat out and have left overs but we become conscious and end up being wasteful because you don't allow food in the room. Especially Pizza. 3) your towel card policy is ridiculous. We came to have a vacation and enjoy time and not have to think so much about specific rules and regulations but you slap us with so much fees and fines - Including needing a towel card for each towel used. So we have to keep watching over our kids and the towels and where they are, etc. Overall - it want a relaxing or peaceful stay (especially mentally) because we have to be so conscious staying with henann. I do not recommend for those traveling with family especially kids or if you want to have a stress free vacation.

Great place but not on the beach. It’s not a bad walk to the beach, just a simple 200m walk down a back alley walkway. The pool is nice and the dining room has a great Asian buffet- the cheapest one we found anywhere on the island. The concierge has lots of great opportunities to see and experience Boracay but the same experiences are offered a bit cheaper in zone 3.

Hotellet ligger sentralt plassert langs hovedveien,med 5-10 min gange til stranden. Det var rent og pent over alt,og betjeningen var usedvanlig imøtekommende og hjelpsomme. Det var delikat servering av mat i restauranten, men det var som regel noe trangt der under frokosten. Noe støyende musikk fra pool/restaurantområdet på ettermiddager frem til ca 21. Alt i alt et meget godt hotell. Jeg anbefaler å kjøpe transfer mellom flyplassen og hotellet i Henanns luke på flyplassen,man slipper alt av kø og blir fraktet til og fra med privar båt og bil.2000 p/p t/r

Stayed for a few nights here in Boracay and this Resort was well worth it. Beautiful property on the inside and out. The room was very clean and overlooking the pool and swim up bar. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very well thought out and very enjoyable. There really isn't much I can say bad about this place. Also, the location made it very easy to find a ride to go wherever you want on the island.
