The hotel suite was just amazing, the bed and bath was exceptional and so comfy, the staff were friendly and happy to help. Food and drink were also high quality. Ran out of some drinks tho. Inside spa the water could be cleaner, didn’t use it in the end. But the outside pool was lovely and much cleaner.

Honestly, a somewhat boring experience. The hotel lives up to the pictures and the staff is really nice and friendly, but: We booked the hotel fully aware that it was a bit “isolated,” as we were simply in need of peace, quiet, and relaxation. With that in mind, we chose a hotel with a good restaurant, since we knew there weren’t many options nearby and we just wanted to swim, relax, and mostly enjoy ourselves at the hotel. However, the restaurant is completely unacceptable. As an example, they list 20–30 beers on the menu, including draft beer. In reality, they have 3–4 beers and no draft beer system at all. They have two soft drinks to choose from—nothing sugar-free, nor a Fanta or similar. Every day when you ask, you’re told that it’s “just sold out.” We’ve been here for 10 nights now, so that clearly isn’t true. There are 4 ice creams on the menu—they have 2. There are 3 smoothies on the menu. They only have 1. Simple things like Strawberry and Banana is not available. We have yet to order food without being told, “sorry, we don’t have that.” We’ve even experienced this with simple items like french fries, spaghetti, and avocado. Nothing changes from one day to the next. They simply don’t restock items when they’re missing. In the end, we had enough and requested to be moved to another Voco hotel, so they wouldn’t “lose the money,” for everyone’s benefit. Loved our stay at Voco Quảng Bình Resort! Clean, stylish rooms, friendly staff, and a beautiful beach. Super relaxing vibe and great facilities. Would definitely stay again! 🌊✨

The resort is in an area that is currently being developed and as it only opened in March there were a couple of services that were not yet available. Having said that, our villa was superb and the menu choices were great and food delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend staying there
