I stayed 4 nights and I was happy about the place, they offer alot more than some other places around brisbane at a cheaper rate. I have no complaints. Room service, pokies , smoking area , friendly staff, and good water pressure in the showers .

My husband and I have started booking the Inala when I fly back in from my remote work and we need some us time. Rooms are clean and functional. Little touches like bottled water are a cut above other places we've stayed. Love that we have a bistro with good and cheap options. All we can want or need. Will be back in a few weeks!

Stayed one night in a standard room. The bed was comfortable and the room had a microwave cutlery, plates, bowls and cups. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, biscuits and cereal. They also provided dishwashing detergent, tea towel and cloth for washing dishes, but this has to be done in the vanity sink. The bathroom mirror was not cleaned properly or at all with water streaks and other stuff all over it and the door and door handle had dirty finger prints on it. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.

Dirty bedding full of dust, 1 bedside lamp no bulb, another 1 was not working. Kettle was very disgusting, someone used for boil something with seed? We have to get some bottle water from supermarket. Very noisy, couldn’t sleep as many people walking outside and talking. Lucky we only booked for 1 night, paid $147 for a night, not worth for this price. Would not recommend and would not come back.

The room and bathroom was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and clean. Room had good air con and a smart tv that was connected to wifi. Cereal packets were plentifully supplied, including cookies and coffee, etc.

Booked this property for work as it was close to business customers. Cupboard was broken and in pieces, bathroom was not clean and had spider webs and spiders in all corners. Shower had no water pressure and took for ever to get hot. Once it was hot … it was boiling and the cold water didn’t work. No free WIFI in the rooms. For $140 a night it was no where near up to standard.

The website said there was a restaurant & WIFI available. Restaurant was closed with renovations & the rooms right out the back had no WIFI connection at all. These 2 aspects were why I booked online with them but then had to check out & find another place as I needed these for my stay.

Bed was horrible, we sunk right in the middle and wasnt able to sleep very well. Room is very suffocated without aircon. Bathroom is too tiny, the shower curtain doesnt work as stopping the water at all.
