The AC broke in one of our room and we did not get help to fix it, or give us another room. It was broken for 3 days, for which we could not use the room. They refuse to refund us for these days.

The apartment itself was acceptable inside, but cleanliness was clearly lacking. The building and surrounding area looked extremely run-down – more like Chernobyl than a vacation property. There was an active construction site directly beneath our balcony, causing constant noise and disruption. Most concerning was the balcony railing: the bars had an approximate 15 cm gap, which is a serious safety hazard for small children – they could easily fall through. This is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this accommodation. PS: There are a lot of mosquitoes and no mosquito nets!

Because we were travelling in May a restaurant/bar was not open and the pool was not available. The apartment is well removed from any town, in fact it sits alone on a cliff it worked for us because we were passing by, but certainly not a destination for future visit.

Ten minutes from town. Great location for exploring area. Hostest very helpful. Wifi was restrictive with only 30 minutes allowed at a time,very annoying.

La Sardegna è una terra meravigliosa e continueremo sicuramente a tornarci, ma non in questa struttura. Già prima dell’arrivo abbiamo riscontrato difficoltà nel ricevere disponibilità rispetto a richieste che ritenevamo ragionevoli. Abbiamo acquistato servizi aggiuntivi per il cambio di biancheria e asciugamani, ma non ci è stato consegnato alcun regolamento scritto che spiegasse con chiarezza cosa fosse incluso e come sarebbero stati effettuati i servizi. Nell’appartamento mancavano anche alcune dotazioni che avremmo ritenuto utili, come il sapone per lavare i piatti, e in più occasioni abbiamo dovuto chiedere beni di prima necessità. L’isolamento acustico ci è sembrato insufficiente: dalle altre stanze si sentivano chiaramente rumori e conversazioni, riducendo la tranquillità del soggiorno. Durante tutti i giorni della permanenza l’host non si è mai presentata personalmente per verificare che fosse tutto in ordine. Solo dopo il soggiorno abbiamo letto altre recensioni e abbiamo trovato osservazioni simili alla nostra esperienza. La struttura è inoltre raggiungibile tramite una strada lunga e ricca di curve e nelle immediate vicinanze i servizi sono limitati. Per la nostra esperienza non sceglieremmo nuovamente questa struttura.
