Had a great stay. We booked the penthouse on the top floor. So glad we did. We had the whole floor to ourselves and had two balconies. The apartment was really large and spacious. All the basics supplied eg shower gel, hand soap, washing up liquid. There is a washing machine but you’ll have to buy your own. There was a dishwasher too which we didn’t use but there were some tablets for the dishwasher supplied. There are a few local supermarkets just a few minutes walk away and another few minutes further a Lidl. The bus service takes you straight into the city centre and has great transport links. Although a bit out of the city there was no problems getting in. The bus service is regular and only minutes apart

Perfect stay wonderful apartment super clean and spacious. Balcony a nice touch. Bathroom very clean too. Only thing I would suggest is a dishwasher is needed as the kitchenette is tiny. We had an issue with the induction hob not working but the staff at the hotel quickly provided another.

I stayed in Smart Apart more 3 nights, it is realy good especially about cleanliness and building condition but there is no washing machine as well as iron inside the room.

Going in the parking garage was little hard. You have to have a code to open the garage door to the elevator to your car. Kind of challenging but once you’re in, your car is secure. The only silverware supplied was two forks, no spoons nor knives. No English language TV channels.

Mycket fresch och bra planerad minimalistiskt men ej trångt. 5 minuter från kollektivtrafik, bilen stod säkert i garage på nedre plan åtkomligt endast med kod. Snabba svar när digitallpset krånglade.

Tiszta, korrekt szállás, jó elhelyezkedéssel. A parkolási igényt előre kell jelezni, de az is kiváló, érdemes kifizetni.

Genel olarak güzel de olsa odada ne bir şişe su ne de başka işe yarar bir şey vardı. Ayrıca çarşafın üzerinde de küçük küçük parçalar halinde kıllar vardı, pisti diyebilirim. Otel gibi olmadığı için değiştirecek biri de yoktu maalesef. Ayrıca valizlerinizi koyabileceğiniz bir yer de yok eğer erken gelirseniz veya çıktığınız gün bir yere bırakmak isterseniz.

La stanza aveva un odore di chiuso così come gli asciugamani e le lenzuola, stanza piccola ma comunque avevi tutto indispensabile. Comoda perché avevi la fermata del pullman e tram sotto casa

Great little apartment, clean and easy check in/out process.

In the room everywhere are mold stains on the ceiling and bathroom walls. On the blanket were someone’s hair. After I called the manager and told her about problems was promised to do about it. Nothing was done!

I had one of the worst travel experiences with this property. After a long 13-hour journey, I arrived at the apartment only to find the room dirty, clearly not cleaned, and still occupied — personal belongings, luggage, and food were still inside. It was obvious the previous guest hadn't even checked out. The bed sheets were unchanged, the kitchen and table were filthy, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. I entered to another persons room and it made me uneasy, thinking anyone could enter my room while I was out. To make matters worse, the hotel staff was completely unreachable. The property operates without a reception, and I was left standing outside with no way to get help. I had to go through Hotels.com support to get any kind of assistance, which took almost an hour. Eventually, someone from the café downstairs (who was not even hotel staff) tried to help. After several failed attempts to reach anyone, I was finally contacted by someone named Adam. He gave me access to a completely different room than the one I booked — no washing machine, different layout, and not what was promised. While the room was clean and not occupied, it still didn’t match what I paid for. No compensation was offered, and the whole experience left me stressed, exhausted, and disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend this property to anyone. If you value your time, energy, and basic cleanliness, stay elsewhere

La struttura è senza reception. Si riceve un SMS col codice che serve per entrare in stanza. Camera piccola e non sufficientemente pulita. Gli asciugamani sapevano di marcio. La camera dà sulla strada per cui si sente il rumore del tram e delle auto. Le note positive sono senz'altro il prezzo basso e la comodità del trasporto pubblico che in meno di mezz'ora ti porta in centro (autobus 105 e 210, tram 14 e 1). In camera c'è solo un fornello ad induzione pertanto le moka in alluminio non funzionano.

It was a lovely apartment but would like to have known that we faced road it was very noisy

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one roadside and one that looks over the courtyard at the back. The roadside bedroom wasn't usable as the heavy traffic and tram noise was unbearable. We ended up all sharing the back bedroom as the host couldn't find us an alternative. Plus they refused to offer any reimbursement for the fact that 1 bedroom was not usable/fit for purpose which spoilt our stay. Rude communication. Don't stay here unless you are deaf.

It was very hot in the room, but we didn't manage to low the temperature on the sencor. A bit loud from the street. But in general clean and nice.

The temperature control was not working. It was too hot. The maintenance guy said he will check but no one did. We’re had to use the fan. First night we could not sleep

Room was very nice ..and fit for purpose. Theres an advantage to be located on 6th floor but the blinds on that one side for natural light were automatic and made room pitch black even daytime when down. I could see over in the opposite apartments. Possibly they could see directly in mine as well when blinds were up. (Shakey privacy perhaps). I liked the room nonetheless! Thanks

We were drained tired after a long flight. It was very save, clean and we felt welcomed. The people we met were friendly and very helpful. I will recommend this to anyone who seek a place like this

Wir hatten leider keine Zugangsdaten per Mail oder Telefon erhalten und nach ca. 1 h vorm Gebäude und unzähligen sms haben wir den Code und Zimmernumner per Telefon erhalten. Zuerst wurde die Mail mit den Zugangsdaten erneut geschickt, jedoch kam nichts … Die Kommunikation war okay

Very nice room and great value. Self checkin didn’t go well. The first message had a link that didn’t work and a login/password that didn’t work. Later they just sent the door code so app wasn’t required. Tram stop very close. Email response is slow if you have a problem.

Only objection with stay is I keep asking to keep same room however don't always get a response

Very nice accommodation! Nice, clean and modern building. Very lovely cafe downstairs for a quick breakfast. In the outskirt of Pest, in front of a main road. Though well connected via bus or train to the city center.

The area is slightly outside of the cool atmosphere so if you travel alone it makes it harder to enjoy the night life. Other than than it is a clean place, easily accessible by tram. It

Very easy to get into the centre using public transport, the room was exactly as described.

Das Appartement war okay, auch wenn es etwas außerhalb liegt. Mit den nahen Verkehrsmitteln war man schnell überall. Das Umfeld ist nicht so super, aber auch i.O. Würde es wieder buchen.

Overall the property was really good really clean friendly staff it’s a bit out of the way from town but overall great place to stay

This is a really good little Aparthotel. It’s a bit out the way and tbh the immediate area is not great, but the tram lines are right outside so you can get anywhere you want to go on that. My only complaint is that they offer 2-4-1 on Subway with the Apartments app, but when I went to Subway they didn’t know anything about this deal and I had to pay for 2 sandwiches. They need to sort that out!
