Sehr grosse zweckmässige Zimmer. Sehr gutes Essen, Gute Parkplätze kostenlos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das super freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. So viel Aufmerksamkeit, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft findet man heute selten. Ein ganz tolles Team!

We had a comfortable stay here and enjoyed using the spa area which is discounted for hotel guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to stay before an early morning TGV trip.

Chambre magnifique et différente de la majorité des chambres d’hôtel que nous fréquentons Propreté impeccable. Piscine agréable souper ok et à quelques minutes de la gare tgv Préférable d’y aller en voiture et avons décidé de la rendre le lendemain

Très bel hôtel avec joli piscine extérieure à proximité immédiate de la gare TGV. Parfait pour une ou 2 nuitées (si de passage dans la région ou pour visiter Avignon). Petit déjeuner copieux et varié avec un large choix. Dommage que l'accès au sauna soit payant. La chambre familiale est un peu petite : on est vite à l'étroit à 3 ou 4 personnes (pas suffisamment de place pour les valises)

Bonjour Nôtre sejour c'est très bien passé accueil professionnel, si nous manquons de rien ,oublie de mes affaires pour la piscine jai pu me réequiper au spa, bar accueillant. Nous avons diner un soir sur place bonne table , service pro,petits déjeunés très copieux pour un prix très correct. Petit bémol pour un 🌟🌟🌟🌟 peignoirs et chaussons seraient tes appreciables sans reserver une suite.je conseil cette adresse. Martial.

Bei Ankunft sehr übler Geruch im Zimmer. Kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar. Geruch wurde dann mit einer „Maschine“ entfernt. Solange mussten wir warten. Gab aber auf Nachfrage dann wenigstens ein Getränk in der Bar aufs Haus.

Alles sehr gut. Würde selber auch dort wieder buchen. Lediglich in unserem Zimmer war zwischen WC und dem Raum nur ein Vorhang. Für uns war es kein. Problem, aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß, einfache Schiebetür wäre auch gut. Ansonsten alles gut. Aufpreise für Wellness verstehe ich in europäischen Hotels allgemein nicht. Das ist der Grund wieso man das Hotel bucht, und dann verlangt man 15-25 Euro pro Gast. Wer soll denn den Wellnessbereich nutzen wenn nicht deine Gäste??

From the moment you enter you can feel the attention to detail in the decor and styling. The reception staff were lovely and the room was large, modern, well appointed and very comfortable. Very nice toiletries, too. The bathroom was separated with a curtain rather than a door, which was unexpected, but it did a good job of keeping the steam in when showering. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the station and were glad we did - it was only around a 10 minute walk or so. Highly recommend this hotel if you're catching an early train.

Got in late,,,8pm. Nice dining area was full with a 2 man band. Got a reservation for 9pm....came back,,staff unresponsive as we stood waiting for 5 minutes...then told they were no longer serving food,,but could sit in cafeteria....why not tell us before reservation. Left and ate at mcd's. Great service. Beds were hard and beside bed was a whole bunch tape/glue marks along full length bed. Not sure what was there,,,but all gone now. Not worth the $375 price tag......

This newer hotel is very near the Avignon TGV train station, but not much else. There may be bus service into the Old Town (“inside the wall”), but we didn’t have easy information about it so we took Bolt ride shares into town for dining, etc. Restaurant is average for food quality and the staff were all very kind and hard-working, but seemed overly stretched and understaffed. Rooms were tight and sort of minimalist but adequate.

Le personnel à été au petit soin répondant à toutes nos questions comme si on faisait parti de la famille (en implications), la chambre est très confortable, de quoi prendre un café avant de se coucher, un petit déjeuner tellement fourni qu'il. Ou fait oublier que le déjeuner existe. A faire et refaire. Conseil manger l'entrecôte de porc... Pour un viandard c'est juste de laagie.

Très bien ! Dommage que le mistral nous ait empêché de profiter du balcon de notre chambre (suite) et de la piscine. Le choix de cet hôtel s'était fait principalement parce que nous pouvions y garer notre véhicule (1m97 de hauteur) en plein air. En utilisant les transports publics, on a pu accéder sans problème au centre-ville. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Avignon et dans cet hôtel. À refaire !

From the moment you enter you can feel the attention to detail in the decor and styling. The reception staff were lovely and the room was large, modern, well appointed and very comfortable. Very nice toiletries, too. The bathroom was separated with a curtain rather than a door, which was unexpected, but it did a good job of keeping the steam in when showering. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the station and were glad we did - it was only around a 10 minute walk or so. Highly recommend this hotel if you're catching an early train.

There may be bus service into the Old Town (“inside the wall”), but we didn’t have easy information about it so we took Bolt ride shares into town for dining, etc. Restaurant is average for food quality and the staff were all very kind and hard-working, but seemed overly stretched and understaffed. Rooms were tight and sort of minimalist but adequate.

Quel dommage que l'acces de nuit à pied depuis la gare soit si mal balisé...y compris aux abords immediats où on se heurte à plusieurs grilles avant de comprendre !!!....par temps froid et pluvieux c'est galère !!!!....mais facile sans doute d'y remédier ( remarque faite à l'accueil ) Cordialement.

I really liked this hotel.It was comfortable, modern and clean. The downstairs area has been so well designed it is essentially one very large room but divided into reception, bar and restaurant. It was very inviting and the food was so good in the restaurant too. highly recommend.

Udvalget af morgenmads produkter var skuffende. Den eneste faste ost der var var gedeost. Måtte tigge og bede om at få en lille ske (teske) til at spise det blødkogte æg med da der kun var store spiseskeer der ikke rigtig kan bruges til et lille æg. Tjeneren burde have lært af den samtale og lagt små skeer frem men det skete ikke

Vermeiden sie einen Aufenthalt hier! Obwohl technisch in guter Qualität , ist das Mercure TGV untragbar, da es täglich von großen Bus Gruppen genutzt wird. Frühstücken eine Katastrophe. Wer nicht um 6 Uhr kommt, sieht nur noch ein abgegrastes Buffet und schmutzige Teller.

The hotel is smart, modern and clean. Large sociable communal are with fantastic swimming pool and outside are. Great bar and plenty of seating inside and out. Decent gym with light weights and fitness equipment. Large parking area directly outside the hotel with electric charging. Large overflow parking opposite the hotel. Short taxi ride into the centre with large amount of restaurants and bars Friendly staff very helpful and clean modern room with comfy bed and large bathroom and lovely balcony. Great breakfast with plenty of choice, outdoor terrace to eat by the pool or inside if required.

Beautiful property with a lot of lovely features, however Mercure needs to decide whether this is a hotel or a restaurant/bar. Two of three nights of our stay we were kept awake by partygoers below. The restaurant workers were quite unhelpful when we went down to complain in person and basically did nothing On a separate note, locking your AC at 25 c is unacceptable in a four star hotel. We spent more than 3 weeks travellling through France and this was only hotel who did that
