The hotel is located in the center but it is impossible to drive up to the hotel. You have to leave your car 300 meters away and walk to the hotel with your suitcases. There is also no elevator in the hotel. You have to carry your suitcases up to the third floor by the stairs.

Good central avignon location. Don‘t expect luxury, it‘s a simple hotel in an excellent location. Staff was nice but only one girl to run the reception and the bar at the same time. The hotel is in composed of a number of old houses around a central court. Each house is different and has its own entrance and stairwell.we had two rooms in two different houses, both with tight steep stairs and no elevator. Luckily we had next to no luggage. Our room had no fridge, the other did. So a bit hit and miss. But as stated before: great central location, good for a short stay - great as a hotel (you sleep there for a city trip!), not your new apartment! Would probably use it again.

The laundry wasn’t working but the staff was helpful finding a laundromat close by. Also the website said it had a fitness center and parking but here is no fitness center and parking was not at the hotel. The roads close at noon for cars so we had to park, walk in to the hotel and then go back out to park offsite and walk back with our suitcases. Not a great start to our stay but it wasn’t the worst.

Excelente ubicación y buen precio. Lo que no nos gusto fue que no tiene estacionamiento y el personal no ayuda mucho en ese aspecto. No hay elevador a la habitación asignada así que hay que subir las maletas a pie.

This hotel is located in a neat historic building in a central location which made discovering the city and finding meals super easy. The staff was super friendly and worked with us in English since our French needs some work. Our room and the common areas are nice enough but had been loved over the years and could use some updating. An important note is that there is no elevator/lift which is common in old buildings but carrying large bags up 3 floors left me very tired even for a 38nyr old man. The staff had offered to help with bags but of course I didn’t think it would be that bad until my 3 trip back up. The stairway was narrower so I took multiple trips to avoid banging up their walls. The hotel had a bar in the lobby courtyard which had amazing drinks we absolutely recommend the St Germain Spritz or Lavender Spritz. Would stay again.

Achtung: Keine Parkplätze beim Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig/staubig. Die Handtücher hatten Flecken. Es hat sehr nach Schimmel gerochen. Im Bad und an der Klimaanlage hat man den Schimmel deutlich gesehen. Sehr hellhörig. Das Zimmer war in der Nähe der Rezeption und man konnte jedes Gespräch mitverfolgen.

I felt the hotel was rundown and not clean. Dusty courtyard needed a good sweep The carpets were needing replacing. We would have moved but we booked non refundable. Not a 3 star compared to 4 other hotels which were good 3 stars. In france

We had a lovely stay at Central Hotel in Avignon. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and daily housekeeping was a great bonus. The hotel was spotlessly clean and in an excellent location—just a short walk from the main train station. Highly recommended!

Room smelled strongly of urine and was inhabitable. Front desk wasn’t helpful and we had to leave within minutes and find alternate accommodation at our own expense. Requested a refund and got declined. Would NOT recommend

There were dried boogers on the bathroom walls and dried coffee splatters on the wall near the coffee service. Part of the curtain was detached. The shower doors wouldn’t close so when showering, a significant puddle collects on the bathroom floor. Shower drain cover was detached which made for an unsecured tripping hazard while showering. These are details I noticed, without inspecting further.

Hotel is easy walk from train station. Front desk staff were courteous. Room was as expected...updated bathroom was a plus. Rooms and stairs are covered by a dirty, matted wall to wall carpet. Filthy...do not take off your shoes.

Très belle hôtel et idéalement situé à 5mn de la gare et en plein centre-ville. Le personnel était accueillant et sympathique. La chambre était très bien et propre. La seule petite chose était le sol de la douche mal conçu donc la salle de bain devient une piscine mais sinon au top et on reviendra sans hésiter.

We were put in a room with broken A/C. The Wi-Fi did not work. Opening the windows was the only way to sleep but then we got picked apart by mosquitos. Staff was lovely and helpful though. Management needs work.

Nos dieron una habitación en el segundo piso y no había ascensor aunque en la aplicación de donde reserve ponía que si había. Eso sí, ubicación inmejorable aunque imposible de llegar hasta la puerta en coche.

Our room was at the front and there is a bar downstairs with an outdoor patio, so some noise from that as well as the traffic. During the night the city starts emptying the garbage, washing the streets etc. The windows do not provide sufficient soundproofing. The bed was okay but the rest of the furniture is more shabby than chic. Convenient location, inside the city walls, near train and bus stations.

On the positive side: reception was quick, efficient, and friendly. The location is super convenient for everything worth doing in Avignon. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. My biggest negative was that the room reaked of smoke. I don't know if some previous guest ignored the advisement of no smoking, or it's just saturated in the carpets, but it was kind of gross. The second is that i almost canceled my reservation when i was in Avignon last week and noticed a hub of bike delivery guys and scruffy unhoused looking folk hanging around the hotel. Fortunately the little courtyard creates a welcoming and calming barrier from the street. Overall, great spot.

アヴィニョンとオランジュの観光のために宿泊しました。アヴィニョン中央駅から真っすぐ歩いて5分程度なのでアクセスが良かったです。周辺にはパブやスーパーもあり便利。チェックイン前に荷物も預かってもらいました。私が予約したクラシックグレードだと部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったので、冷蔵庫が欲しい方は予約時に注意が必要です。エアコンがあったのはありがたかったです。シャワー室とトイレの間にカーテンがないので、シャワーを浴びるのに注意がいりました。受付の方は丁寧ですが、英語もしくはフランス語でのやりとりになります。全体的に満足できる宿泊でした。

Good communication prior to arrive very helpful with how best to get to the hotel and dinning recommendations. My room was on the top floor with its own large, covered deck. Room was clean and with an updated bathroom : I forgot my cell charger and when I returned from lunch it was at the front desk for me. A wonderful stay and I highly recommend

Bad customer service, making money seems the only purpose - keep selling specific restaurant, the aircon is not cold at all, no proper bed sheet but a simple mattress protector. Internet is quite unstable and very slow in room, no lift and the male reception pointed me to wrong building and I claimed to the wrong top floor.

Hotel is ideally situated for the Avignon Centre station and to the main tourist attractions and eateries. Would recommend requesting a 1st floor room if you are in our age group (70’s) as carrying suitcases up to 3rd floor a bit of a trek.

Breakfast is below average, bad location, homeless people congregating around hotel, air conditioning malfunctioned, water pressure in the shower was very low and you should wait for several min for water to become hot. Hotel double charged us for the stay and owner refused to issue a refund.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Palace of the Popes, with many restaurants nearby. My room was spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly. However, the toilet tank leaked and flushed automatically every few minutes throughout my three-night stay. Despite reporting it on the first day, it was not fixed until I checked out. Very very well located in the old city, quite close to the train/bus stations, but also a quick walk to the main squares and the Papal Palace. Staff was friendly, buffet breakfast was sufficient, and was an unexpectedly large and comfortable room. Would stay here again for sure.

Dicht bij centraal station. Wij vroegen en kregen een heerlijk stille kamer. De kamer was niet groot, maar een heerlijk bed en fijne douche was perfect voor ons. Het ontbijt buffet is niet zeer uitgebreid, maar ook dat bevatte voor ons wat we wilden voor een faire prijs: lekker vers brood, croissant, vers fruit, yoghurt, eitjes en beleg.

Bra hotell centralt men lämna bilen hemma. Ganska långt till parkeringsgarage och har man tur kan man stanna utanför för lämna av väskor, gågata. Frukosten var sådär bara baguette samt saknade lite varm mat.

Large bedroom - 46 on second floor. Lift helpful due to mobility issues. The location is utterly perfect - half way from station to Palace of Popes on the same road. Loads of restaurants around. Maybe breakfast a bit expensive -€14 per person. For cost per night it can’t be beaten
