The hotel is a typical Best Western Plus when it comes to design and service, so all our expectations we had when booking it were fulfilled. All members of staff were very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. The hotel is nicely situated at the edge of Avignon, which was perfect for our needs as we used it for a stop-over on our way to Spain. The premises are very clean, offer you ample of parking spaces and above all are gated, so that you do not have to worry about personal belongings that you would like to leave in your car. For guests who would like to visit Avignon itself, there are public buses leaving more or less in front of the hotel. The surrounding area has a rather industrial, dlightly run-down touch, but we did not mind this, as the premises itself are very green and well kept. The only thing we did not like, was a piece of butter and an open bottle of water that previous guests had left in the rooms mini-bar, which obviously had not been controlled or cleaned by the staff. But then again, the rest of the room was clean, so we did not fuss about it, but removed these leftovers. All in sll we enjoyed our stay and would always come back in the future.

À l'arrivée dans notre chambre des insectes sur les rideaux nous avons donc changé de chambre mais le lit grincé et il n'était pas droit. Le lendemain nous souhaitions avant de partir profiter de l'espace piscine . Pas de peignoir ni de claquette dans la chambre. Nous avons été à la piscine avec nos vêtements et nos baskets.. pas tres hygiénique. L'eau trop froide ,impossible de profiter et le sauna etait en panne ... pour un 4 etoiles nous sommes déçues et ne recommanderons pas

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of the historic town of Avignon. We stayed here is late August 2025. This was our second stay at this hotel (previous was in August 2024). We would like to thank the manageress Anne Elle for helping to make our stay enjoyable – check in process was easy and Anne Elle’s English was better than my French. The hotel is in a quiety leafy suburb of Avignon with excellent parking facilities. The rooms are clean, modern, air-conditioned and spacious. They are well equipped with coffee and Tea making facilities. There is a wonderful indoor pool with a sauna – perfect for relaxing after a long journey. There is also an outdoor pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. This year the hotel has dining facilities available for the evening - which is very convenient for guests. The food is very good, and the morning breakfast is excellent, with a good choice of hot and cold food, drinks etc. We found all the staff coureous and attentive and we were delighted with the service we received. Staying at this hotel was an opportunity for us to explore Avignon briefly before continuing our journey to the Cote d’Azur. We would be happy to stay here again.

Tolle Gartenanlage, gutes Restaurant, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Die direkte Umgebung des Hotels lässt zu wünschen übrig. Keine Highlights fußläufig. Sehr lautes Geräusch während der Nacht um Bad und Zimmer. Nachtportier sorgte für Abhilfe. Frühmorgens war es leider wieder da. Als Entschädigung gab es das Frühstück gratis.

La sauna n’était pas enclenchée, ce qui a pour conséquence qu’il faut attendre une 1/2 heure avant que ce soit chaud. À part ces petits désagréments, l’hôtel est confortable.

The property was nice! The only problem is that in Avignon They don’t turn on the air conditioner till May. It was quite warm outside. The staff was nice enough to let use a fan.

Arrivé à 20h50 impossible de dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel affiché complet avec une salle de restauration presque vide….. attente des réservations… je reviens à 22h00 suite à mon dîner à l’extérieur de l’hôtel et quand je reviens le restaurant est vide !!! Où sont passés les gens qui avaient réservé ?? Incroyable manque de service pour 1 couvert demandé avant 21h00 ..

Arrivé à 20h50 impossible de dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel affiché complet avec une salle de restauration presque vide….. attente des réservations… je reviens à 22h00 suite à mon dîner à l’extérieur de l’hôtel et quand je reviens le restaurant est vide !!! The property is decent. Staff were good until some of my wife’s make up went missing after the room was cleaned. I understand if the cleaner denies and there are no cameras in the room. However, we did not go to France for two weeks to scam $150 worth of make up. I would be careful of this place.

The hotel is a typical Best Western Plus when it comes to design and service, so all our expectations we had when booking it were fulfilled. All members of staff were very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. The hotel is nicely situated at the edge of Avignon, which was perfect for our needs as we used it for a stop-over on our way to Spain. The premises are very clean, offer you ample of parking spaces and above all are gated, so that you do not have to worry about personal belongings that you would like to leave in your car. For guests who would like to visit Avignon itself, there are public buses leaving more or less in front of the hotel. The surrounding area has a rather industrial, dlightly run-down touch, but we did not mind this, as the premises itself are very green and well kept. The only thing we did not like, was a piece of butter and an open bottle of water that previous guests had left in the rooms mini-bar, which obviously had not been controlled or cleaned by the staff. But then again, the rest of the room was clean, so we did not fuss about it, but removed these leftovers. All in sll we enjoyed our stay and would always come back in the future.

The staff was kind and attentive. The room was quiet, clean and the amenities were good. The facilities were clean. The morning buffet had good variety (except the eggs— powdered?). The issue we had was the hotel is in a medical/industrial area. There is a crematorium next door. 1 block down is a street with barriers to slow cars down that we had to weave through. No idea the purpose. This was a pretty poor area it seems. Around the barriers are groups of young men drinking and having fun. We took that street by accident one night and we did not feel safe— if they wanted to stop our car they absolutely could have. No one warned us about this. Overall, good hotel, poor area of choice.

La Table : Côté restaurant, l'expérience a été un sans-faute. La finesse des plats et la sélection des produits témoignent d'un véritable savoir-faire culinaire. Le Service : C’est sans doute le point fort de mon passage. J’ai rencontré un personnel non seulement professionnel et efficace, mais également d'une grande bienveillance. Un merci tout particulier aux deux dames de l'accueil. Il est rare de trouver un tel équilibre entre standing et chaleur humaine.

Great safe parking. Gated hotel. Comfy bed. Nice pool. Delicious breakfast. Awesome staff. Only negative comment is that their website needs to state that their restaurant is NOT open on Sundays. Otherwise we had a great time swimming and site seeing there. We would definitely recommend!!

Hôtel avec décoré avec style et modernité qui le rendent chaleureux. Un personnel agréable et disponible. Nous avons mangé au restaurant le soir, les plats étaient délicieux bien présentés. La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée, bien insonorisée. Quant au petit déjeuner, le buffet était varié, avec la présence de produits locaux. Très bon week end dans cet établissement que je recommande!

Good location Great staff Room a but small But my stay was ruined by a group of elderly Germans (big bus on the parking lot), very very noisy unfortunately turning this cost peacefull place into a noisy crowded place I went down for breakfast at 8:50 and turned back to my room because there was not a place to seat because of the German bus I understand groups are an interesting source of revenue but in smaller hotels like this one they are a major nuisance to other guests

Excellent stay at Best Western Plus Avignon – Highly recommended! We just stayed at the Best Western Plus Avignon and overall found it to be a very good hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and one of the highlights of our stay. The indoor pool and sauna were amazing and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The gym is quite small and could definitely use some improvement/expansion, but it still worked for basic workouts. We walked about 35 minutes to the shopping area and the historic castle walls. The route goes through a neighborhood that feels a bit sketchy in places, but we did the walk safely both ways with no issues. Once you reach the old town and walls, it’s beautiful and worth it. Would definitely stay here again for the great facilities, service, and value. Thank you to the team!
