Comme indiqué sur le site, notre chambre devait être dispo pour 14h mais la personne de l'accueil nous disait pas possible avant 15h. Nous avons dû insister pour avoir notre chambre ! L'hôtel est très propre. Le petit déjeuner parfait. La piscine très grande avec une superbe terrasse avec transats et lits

À 10 minutes seulement des Sassi de Matera en voiture. Grand parking devant l’hôtel pour se garer facilement. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux avec option salée. Très bon état général avec douche à l’italienne et matelas confortable. Piscine en saison jusqu’à mi-septembre.

Vi brukte hotellet som overnatting i vår ferd fra øst til vest og hadde ikke dette som annet enn en base for en natt. Når det er sagt, hotellet er moderne og service var bra. Bassenget var fint, men manglet vann. For så vidt ikke viktig for oss, men for de som trenger vann i bassenget, burde dette vært oppgitt. Restauranten på hotellet er lite koselig og vi valgte å kjøre inn til Matero (15 minutter). Matero er koselig på alle måter med sine gågater og gamlebyen. Det er lite aktuelt å bo på Mosaico uten å ha bil.

C'est une honte ont me fait payer une chambre avec piscine est celle-ci est fermée, je demande donc le remboursement de 50% puisque tous lès services que j'avais payer ne m'ont pas étais founi,c'est honteux. Cela aurait dû être précisé lors de la réservation

Frukosten var ok .Det fanns något för dom flesta. Lokalerna var förvånansvärt slitna för att vara bara 3 år gamla. Färgen flagnar i badrummet och det målas om i koriander. Personalen var kunnig och kunde engelska. Totalt sett bra boende.

Really nice hotel! Very fresh and clean and a perfect stay if you are visiting matera and alberobello. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits and croissants. The staff was really friendly. We had an electric car and it worked very well to charge. Highly recommend!

Se state programmando un viaggio a Matera, prenotate direttamente qui senza perdere tempo. La nuovissima struttura offre tutti i comfort mentre pulizia e organizzazione sono alla base di tutto. La colazione è molto ricca e diversificata e tutto lo staff è disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Un saluto inoltre, va al gentile Domenico che ci ha accolto ogni mattina con un sorriso.

Etwas überbewertet würde ich sagen, allerdings ist das Hotel absolut solide: Zimmer gut und sehr sauber. Frühstück auch sehr gut. Allerdings hört man schon jedes Wort vom Flur und auch Lärm von der Straße. Andererseits war es trotzdem von 22 bis 7 Uhr absolut ruhig, sodass man gut schlafen konnte. Also wirklich was auszusetzen gab es nicht.

Stayed there for one night and cannot recommend this hotel more. Clean new hotel, with outdoor pool and loads of parking. Staff was very helpful and helped us to book a taxi to Matera historic centre. Everything was on time and punctual. And I can’t forget to mention exceptional breakfast with great selection of food of all varieties and exceptional coffee brought straight to our table.

Hôtel situé à 10mn en voiture de Matera, ce qui finalement est très bien puisqu’il n’est pas possible d’accéder dans la vieille ville en voiture et que les parkings extérieurs ne sont pas chers. L’hôtel est neuf ( piscine encore en construction), original et très fonctionnel Nous voulons signaler que nous avons eu un problème de dysfonctionnement de la porte de notre chambre, et que nous avons dû changer de chambre, ce qui n’a pas été gênant. A notre retour, on nous a porté dans notre chambre des fruits frais préparés et un asti spumante dans un seau à glace avec flûtes Très gentille attention, personnel très prévenant, tout cela a rendu notre séjour très agréable

À 10 minutes seulement des Sassi de Matera en voiture. Grand parking devant l’hôtel pour se garer facilement. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux avec option salée. Très bon état général avec douche à l’italienne et matelas confortable. Piscine en saison jusqu’à mi-septembre.

Hôtel situé à 10mn en voiture de Matera, ce qui finalement est très bien puisqu’il n’est pas possible d’accéder dans la vieille ville en voiture et que les parkings extérieurs ne sont pas chers. L’hôtel est neuf ( piscine encore en construction), original et très fonctionnel Nous voulons signaler que nous avons eu un problème de dysfonctionnement de la porte de notre chambre, et que nous avons dû changer de chambre, ce qui n’a pas été gênant. A notre retour, on nous a porté dans notre chambre des fruits frais préparés et un asti spumante dans un seau à glace avec flûtes Très gentille attention, personnel très prévenant, tout cela a rendu notre séjour très agréable

Personnel très en dessous du reste de l'hôtel. Ils peinent à dire bonjour et font le minimum. Comme indiqué sur le site, notre chambre devait être dispo pour 14h mais la personne de l'accueil nous disait pas possible avant 15h. Nous avons dû insister pour avoir notre chambre ! Stayed there for one night and cannot recommend this hotel more. Clean new hotel, with outdoor pool and loads of parking. Staff was very helpful and helped us to book a taxi to Matera historic centre. Everything was on time and punctual. And I can’t forget to mention exceptional breakfast with great selection of food of all varieties and exceptional coffee brought straight to our table.

Frukosten var ok .Det fanns något för dom flesta. Lokalerna var förvånansvärt slitna för att vara bara 3 år gamla. Färgen flagnar i badrummet och det målas om i koriander. Personalen var kunnig och kunde engelska. Totalt sett bra boende.

Really nice hotel! Very fresh and clean and a perfect stay if you are visiting matera and alberobello. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits and croissants. The staff was really friendly. We had an electric car and it worked very well to charge. Highly recommend!
