overall is ok, but the new operation system is too slow. Sauna's openning time is only two hours daily which is too short. breakfast is good enough!

The location is good, but getting to the hotel was a struggle. Since it’s not on the main road and there is no luggage service or even trolleys available, we had to drag our bags all the way ourselves. ​The service and cleanliness were far below 4-star standards. In the first room, the mattress protector was stained and dirty. When I complained, the receptionist said housekeeping had already finished their shift and incredibly suggested that she could just remove the protector and I could sleep directly on the mattress! This was highly unhygienic and unprofessional. ​After I insisted on a proper solution, we were moved to a superior room. However, this one was prepared for a pet stay; it had a dog welcome kit and bowls left on the bench, and the room had an unpleasant smell. While the receptionist was helpful and removed the items immediately once called, the overall lack of basic hygiene and preparation was very disappointing for a 4-star experience.
