The rooms are set up with a small loft bed and a sofa that can be used as a bed. High ceilings and well designed for a small studio space, it's almost like being on a ship. My only regret is that the sauna was closed during the time of day that I was free to use it. Next time...

Väldigt rent och fräscht, vi bodde här med våran 6 månaders bebis och det funkade väldigt bra. Lagom frukost där bla smörgås, juice, kaffe, fruktsallad alt. Yougurt ingick! Skulle definitivt bo här igen om man har en längre vistelse! Nackdel är parkeringen då Rokkipark kostar en skjorta och att stå på gatan endast är tillåtet i 4h mellan 8-20 men nattetid är det gratis!

大変綺麗な部屋で、キッチン用品も揃っていて充実していました。何よりバスタオルが電熱式のタオル掛けに掛かっているのでシャワーの後もあったかいタオルで体が拭けました。 ルーフトップの夜のサウナも最高でした。

Good transport links, multple tram stops near hotel and also short walk/Tram to Metro. Room modern is excellent condition. Bedroom was in seperate are upstairs. Only downside was mixed sauna was the same hours (to early) every day, so we could never use.

A swanky place with awesome space! The Anonymity is somewhat to love or to hate... I don't now right now... When nobody at reception even look at you when entering the building... I don't know- I like a warm welcome... Just one small sauna without a jacuzzi or a comfy seating area is a tad behind for a relaxing experience... Overall it's a swanky place that's missing the dotted i, sorry.

UNITY is an excellent apartment hotel in one of the new residential areas in Helsinki, close to the Ferries' West Terminal, which makes it convenient for cruisers to stay overnight. It is easy to find and has a nice location with tram stops, cafes and shops around. It is only 10 minutes by tram away from central Helsinki. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept and is exceptionally clean. The rooms are very cosy and clean, and boast of all one needs for a stay. The bathroom has excellent-quality towels and toiletries.

This was a surprisingly pleasant place to stay. It was all very clean and new. The staff was very friendly. It was affordable and although it is not super close to downtown, with a 40 minute walk, you can be there and see all the sites.

1人旅で利用させていただきました！ 滞在中エストニアのタリンに行ったため、フェリーのターミナルから近いという理由で選びました。 チェックイン前に荷物を預けることができ、スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。 ホテルから徒歩1分以内の場所にトラムの乗り場があり、中心地にすぐ行けて便利でした。近くに大型スーパーマーケットもあったため夕食の買い出しなどによかったです！ キッチンが完備されていましたが使い方がよく分からず結局電子レンジとポットしか使いませんでした。 1人だと少し広すぎる感じがしましたが、全体的に値段もお手頃で、清潔でとても良かったです！ ありがとうございました♪

Tolles Apartmenthotel, das auch für längere Aufenthalte gut ist. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, es gibt nicht ganz so viel Auswahl, aber reicht aus. Die Lage ist gut. Die Straßenbahn ist direkt vor dem Hotel und man ist in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Air conditioning was insufficient. It's auto operation in the rooms and cannot be controlled. Hotel states it is as cool as possible however the pubkic areas were much more comfortable than the rooms. Spent many a hot night. Couldnt sleep in the bed as the loft was even warmer. Soent a week on the sofa.

Daria at the reception was very helpful and let us check in earlier because the room was ready. The room was modedrn and spacious. The only thing is the lack of hooks to hang clothes and that it was not possible to turn off the light in the toilet which shone directly towards the person sleeping. Also a bed lamp (for reading) would have been nice. But overall a really great stay

I like the room & having a private balcony! The biggest critique is that I didn’t know the bed would be upstairs and the staircase steps are narrow, I think they should put that in the description as for instance; had my dad stayed here, stairs are on safe for him as he often trips so it would have been a safety concern. I like to watch tv to fall asleep and tv is downstairs. Everything was really nice & kitchen wise too but the walls were thin so I can constantly hear the dishwasher being run or it may have been the laundry room 2 floors down but it was being heard somewhere at night into the morning. And I can hear a couple talking Nextdoor: the location is outskirts of city center and I thought I could reach there easily by bike but it does take awhile so tram is recommended. But I would stay here again.

Key disappointments with the property include ineffective and restricted heating system - the room never reaches target maximum ‘permitted’ temperature, yet the corridors and public spaces were all heated to a noticeably warmer temperature. The stairs to the loft style bedroom are incredibly steep and a high accident risk! Walk in shower is narrow and poorly screened. No vanity counter space means all toiletries must be unpacked into mirror cabinet with narrow shelves. Sofa lacked cushions. Bed pillows were very small and only two in total are provided for the queen size bed.

The room and hotel are very nice. However, when I arrived, there was a lady before me checking in. The receptionist seemed stressed and not very friendly. After a while it was my turn to check in. Daria at the reception was very helpful and let us check in earlier because the room was ready. The room was modedrn and spacious. The only thing is the lack of hooks to hang clothes and that it was not possible to turn off the light in the toilet which shone directly towards the person sleeping. Also a bed lamp (for reading) would have been nice. But overall a really great stay

This place was absolutely fantastic for us. I messaged ahead and asked for an accessible room as I have mobility issues and the communication was so good. They actioned my request without hesitation and everything was just perfect. From check in to check out every member of staff we encountered were fabulous. About a 15 min walk from the ferry terminal and the 9T tram line outside the door takes you into the centre. There is also a good range of food eateries around. Boneless a smash burger place round the corner deserves a special mention. There is also a public a bar on the next block. All in all a fab place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to return here. Area felt very safe and was very clean.

It was great. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept in and it felt awful. However, the great service workers exchanged my sheets and offered me an additional cover. After that, I was able to get great sleep!

We travel to Helsinki for the first time and I thought this hotel was very nice. I am so happy that we picked this because with many travel headaches that we did encounter the hotel and Helsinki were the best parts of the trip. Daria who works at the front desk as well as Kelvin we’re extremely accommodating and very polite. They were amazing to us.

Highly recommend staying here. Super clean, room had all the essentials. Tram to city a 2 min walk. Ferry harbor is a 5 min tram ride. Up and coming area. And do not forget to grab a craft beer at Barley & Bait!

UNITY is an excellent apartment hotel in one of the new residential areas in Helsinki, close to the Ferries' West Terminal, which makes it convenient for cruisers to stay overnight. It is easy to find and has a nice location with tram stops, cafes and shops around. It is only 10 minutes by tram away from central Helsinki. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept and is exceptionally clean. The rooms are very cosy and clean, and boast of all one needs for a stay. The bathroom has excellent-quality towels and toiletries.

Good transport links, multple tram stops near hotel and also short walk/Tram to Metro. Room modern is excellent condition. Bedroom was in seperate are upstairs. Only downside was mixed sauna was the same hours (to early) every day, so we could never use.

Väldigt rent och fräscht, vi bodde här med våran 6 månaders bebis och det funkade väldigt bra. Lagom frukost där bla smörgås, juice, kaffe, fruktsallad alt. Yougurt ingick! Skulle definitivt bo här igen om man har en längre vistelse! Nackdel är parkeringen då Rokkipark kostar en skjorta och att stå på gatan endast är tillåtet i 4h mellan 8-20 men nattetid är det gratis!

Tolles Apartmenthotel, das auch für längere Aufenthalte gut ist. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, es gibt nicht ganz so viel Auswahl, aber reicht aus. Die Lage ist gut. Die Straßenbahn ist direkt vor dem Hotel und man ist in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

This was a terrific apartment Hotel. The staff was great and the rooms were clean, fresh and fantastic. The beds were a bit hard, but nice by this point in the trip. The only issue was the mobile room keys which didn't end up working for any of the members of the group.
