We stay here every time we come to Bali & love it. I would only say that our in room kettle was in a cupboard & couldn’t be extended out so we had to boil the water in the cupboards which was a bit strange. Also no water or milk in the in room fridge. We enjoy the pool atmosphere & it’s huge however the spa is an eyesore. Would be much better if they got rid of it & opened up the pool space a bit more. The staff are amazing

Great resort - always have a god time here. If you are travelling with kids then this place is ideal. Only thing marking it down this trip was the pool and spa, both of which were a little off. The pool had a greenish tinge and the spa left you with a rusty smell. Possibly this is unavoidable and to be expected in high season. Not ideal. Breakfasts were fantastic and the service is faultless. We will come ack.

The hotel is far enough away from Kuta to make your time on the beach peaceful but still close enough to walk. Staff were outstanding, facilities are dated in some areas but overall, a great place to stay. We will be back. Kids Club, breakfast, location and room cleanliness- all wonderful. Thanks!

The resort has all of the facilities you would expect in a resort but it is now a little tired and in need of some updates and renovations. The staff were wonderful and the eating options plenty, including a great breakfast spread. It would be good if they took care of the beach outside of the resort as it was very dirty and didn’t encourage you to use it and swim in the ocean.

Room was always kept spotless. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff were always beautiful. I spent a lot of time at the pool which was always kept beautiful and loads of sun loungers. Putu and Andi were amazing and looked after all guests and catered promptly to everyones needs to make sure they were comfortable and happy. They are an asset to this Resort. Staff at the pool bar, Wharf restaurant and all other areas at the pool area all stand out for their 5 star service . Wharf food is delicious as is the coffee. This was my third stay here at the Bintang Bali Resort and there will certainly be a fourth as the staff in all areas of this Resort and all outlets within the resort are what keeps me coming back to it.

Poor service upon arrival had to locate our own room first room was quite dirty. Toilet didn’t work properly asked to be changed to a second room which was a lot better. The service was poor. The pool is big but not clean. Services definitely a lot lower than most other hotels.

It was so bad that we checked out 5 nights earlier! There were 2 giant cochroaches in our bedroom and a terrible smell coming from the air conditioner. When my husband took off the vent to check the filter he found that there was no filter. We rang reception who came and wiped out a whole heap of mould and dirt. It was disgusting. The only good part was that the staff were lovely and friendly. Just waiting now for our refund.

The hotel is in a good location easy walk to everything you could need. The pool area and gardens are amazing and the staff are fantastic. The room was clean however it was damp , everything felt damp including clothing that was supposed to be clean and dry. Also very noisy even though we had a room in a quiet area it was still noisy at all hours of the day and night. We have stayed here before and probably will again hopefully won’t have any issues next time.

I have one recommendation to staff, please a bit more quite in the morning in front of rooms. I stayed in 1020 and I mostly woke up at 7 am because of housekeeper's conversation in front of my room. But I should add that they are very kind and similing persons, So I am pleased to stay there

Hi management team at Bin Tang Bali. I felt i should leave you some feedback on our experience on our current stay. We previously stay at BTB 4 years ago and chose to return here for 1 week of our 2 week stay in Bali. Firstly i would like to express our Aappreciation in the upgrade of Interconnecting rooms to a suit with pool view. We have positive feedback including, - good room servicing. -Great BBQ evening, although entertainment finished to early. -great wifi - great blockout curtains -great pool ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT -Rooms needs better lighting. -Larger tv to be in bigger room with couch. -Make up mirror required in main bathroom. -shower curtain to be replaced with glass for hygiene and cleaning. -towels are very worne and need replacing Breakfast Dining -Cockroach in tomatoes -Always running out of plates glasses and condiments -multiple Rats in eating area court yard -Chipped crockery (glasses and milk jugs) -Bread that is delicious but needs to be self cut and handled by multiple people -Drink glasses that are to small -Staff that are less than welcoming and not in keeping with expected friendliness. Generally staff avoid eye contact and willingness to assist. -No one greeting for breakfast and assisting with seating. This information is mainly to provide opportunity for improvement. Only thing we didn’t like was whey we message for shuttle pick up from the airport, you guys didn’t reply or sent a shuttle. So that’s why we were disappointed otherwise we would have give a five star rating. Suggest you improve on reading and replying messages

First time staying at this hotel, it has a beautiful garden, nice clean rooms, great breakfast and is about a 15 minute walk to kuta square with lots of shops and restaurants along the way! It is inbetween two big shopping centres discovery and lippo mall. It is right on the beach so great for sunset and the pool is great with lots of lounge chairs so we had no trouble getting some every day! Great price for what you get, would stay here again!

A great place to stay if you are on a tight budget. We were expecting less than what we got, given the cost of the accommodation. Great location, as long as you are not planning on driving on lots of day trips, as the traffic is pretty terrible outside the gate. However, if just want to enjoy the facilities and walk to local attractions, then would recommend it.

This hotel is relatively close to the airport which is great. Because traveling by car in Bali takes forever. A 22km distance can take 90 mins by car on a good day...not joking. However the location of this hotel is great. There is a wide variety of restaurants choose from within walking distance. Alcohol served by the hotel is expensive at the pool side bar and restaurant. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The property is clean. However the decor is dated and hotel itself could use a make over in some areas. Buffet breakfast is great with a wide variety of selection to choose from. I would stay again as long as the room rate is at what I feel is a good price point.

This was a great resort. Very clean, the pool and pool bar were fantastic. The food was great and the wharf and the breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed the BBQ night with the live entertainment. The cultural performances were really good. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
