Average stay. Temperature in our room not regulated (set to 65 but wouldn’t tho lower than 75degrees). Pool heater broken so swimming was not enjoyable. Nice breakfast

Rooms were clean and very spacious, but the beds are so uncomfortable, and loud every time you toss and turn. Our a/c unit made lots of random noises when the fan was running and was one more reason it was hard to get any sleep. Also, the pool and hot tub were closed, but we weren’t informed before our stay and the rate was the same. Disappointed.

We really liked the property. The only reason we did Staff and service at five was because the breakfast was a little strange and there wasn’t really a staff readily available to answer questions. Where you would start the line there were trays but no plates there. So when you move onto the eggs, you don’t have a plate so you’d have to go down to the end of the line to pick up a plate first. Just not a good set up as far as that goes. And the parking outside was very strange. And in part of the parking where it was the closest, there were large metal storage bins. Not sure what those were for.

Great hotel! It was clean and rooms were ver spacious. Breakfast is just about your normal bagel, waffle, cereal, coffee, juice, and a couple of different breakfast sandwich options. The one don side is they don’t have a separate hot tub from the pool. Instead they have a bench with jets in the pool but the water is cold. Other than that it is a great hotel and pet friendly which is a great plus.

Another nice stay at the hotel. We were in a double queen room and it had plenty of space for three. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the night lights around the outlets in the bathroom and just outside the bathroom. It made getting up in the middle of the night and early morning easier. Enjoyed having the wireless charger but did miss having a clock. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Juice was watery. Wish there was apple juice. Staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and clean. Wish they had EV charging station.

Pool area closed during our stay.

Room was very spacious and clean. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Pool was very cloudy and green, we decided to avoid it.

Staff gave great recommendation for dining close by and breakfast was very good, although a little more choice of fruit would have been nice, and the gym and pool were nice to have avail;able.

Front desk was very welcoming, offering services. Greeted me nicely, saw that I was a rewards member, offered and gave me complimentary water bottles, said have a good night. Clean well lit area, with pool/exercise amenities. Very welcoming color scheme and lighting.

Very clean, safe, and had excellent breakfast

Appears to be a newer property, but looked poorly maintained. Room was nor particularly clean, very old and tattered sheets, carpets dirty on main floor. Just looks like it needs closer attention to cleaning and maintenance.

The room was large and had lots of storage space. The beds were the worse I have ever slept on and the bathroom was definitely not clean.

Room was spacious. Beds were not overly comfortable and the hotel is showing their wear and tear. Breakfast was ok. Service was ok. Hotel had a musty dirty smell

We like the location, the cleanliness, and also the staff; they are always polite & professional. This was our 3rd time staying here and we will continue to book when we are coming to Fargo. Would like to see some better breakfast options, though.

Needs updating, lamp was broken, drawer in kitchenette didn’t close and couch needs repairs. Had to get linens for the fold out couch, did have them in the room which we reserved for 3 people (king with fold out)

The hotel was very minimalist The television had limited apps available for a smart tv

Our first time staying at Home2 Suites. We needed a suite which had a sofa sleeper because there was 4 of us. The sofa sleeper only had fitted sheet. There were no pillow cases.

Nice property; nice room. Iffy internet coverage that Hilton needs to look closely at. Always seems to take multiple attempts to finally connect.

Clean and convenient! Employees were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Will likely book here for the trip next year as well.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The property and room was refreshingly nice. Loved the soap/shampoo/conditioner lol. Our room did lock us out 15 minutes before check out but an employee helped us get back in so we could finish loading up the vehicle. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

checkin was so smooth

Guest services were very professional and very courteous. I had 3 packages delivered at 3 different times and they were great about it. They greeted us upon arrival and even gave our teenage son a key card (other hotels usually don't); he was happy about that. Our first stay here but definitely not our last.

The staff were amazing.

Every time we stay in Fargo we stay here. The staff is always so friendly and very welcoming. We were able to check in early which was a nice bonus. The room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast offered has plenty of options to choose from for the whole family. Shopping is close and Kohl's is a nice walk. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Fargo. Did I mention the full size fridge? Also a nice bonus over other hotels in the area.

Went for a leisurely trip to visit family, we stayed 3 nites 3 days,the hotel is trying to be eco friendly by cleaning rooms every other day however on the day they were to clean (saturday) we were gone 11 hrs. we came back to our room exhausted, expecting to walk into a fresh & cleaned room however what we walked into was an unmade room !! bed not made no fresh sheets, no fresh towels, no tissue paper the 2 rolls that were on the spindle were already low when we arrived and no replacements left, not kleenex it was dissapointing to say the least. we even asked the front desk b4 leaving for the day that morning if this was the day our room would be cleaned today and we were told YES IT WOULD BE. the hotel also offered free breakfast everyday which of course we took advantage of, however the food that was served included no type of breakfast meats. and the little breakfast sandwiches they offered (which there were hardly any of) had the thinnest slice of ham I have ever seen ! they had plenty of dry cereal, never enough bread for toast, no potatoes, they ran out of pancake batter, coffee in dispensers were cold, not even enough silverware or plates. I had to ask to replenish items so that I could get something in my stomach b4 we left for the day. I wasnt the only one asking for more food to be put out, I even saw people asking for their food to be nuked so that they could have some warmer food!! ridiculous! The workers didnt seem to have any urgency to replenish anything!

The staff is absolutely amazing, fantastic, friendly and caring. However it breaks my heart that I will not be staying there again. I am disabled, can not fell my legs so I am a full time wheelchair user. I absolutely cannot do stairs and when I booked my handicap accessible room NO WHERE did it say all handicap accessible rooms are on the 2nd floor!! So I was shocked and disappointed that when I checked in the wonderful gentleman looked at me and started with an apology and said I know this makes no sense but all handicap rooms are on the 2nd floor. I know for a fact if it wasn’t for him I would have left. Unfortunately two of the three nights I heard emergency vehicles and though no alarms went off it was in the back of my head. So wheelchair and scooter users who can’t do stairs in an emergency situation stay elsewhere. My advice to Home 2 suites please advise your future disabled customers that in case of emergency you will have to use the stairs as all handicap rooms are on the 2nd floor. I can’t stress this enough the staff at Home 2 suites is exceptional and they are why I stayed. The handicap room was excellent! Breakfast was below average but again staff somehow make up for that as well. Again my advice is let disabled customers know at booking and also on Expedia and others. To all staff including cleaning crew you do an outstanding job and I truly hope your general manager tells you so.

Had reservations since July 24, went to check in and room not ready. my friends rooms were ready?? was this because I booked out of Hotels.com?? When we got back from dinner they gave me this very large, what seemed to be a handicap room and there was something pinging, so had to call operator. Said probably the dishwasher, so shut it and it went through a full cycle. Air conditioning fine, parking fine, bed comfortable.

A great area to be in if you’re visiting Fargo! A ton of restaurants and shopping malls within short distances.

Walking distance of West Acres. Room has real glass dishes and silverware, dishwasher, good sized fridge and powerful full size microwave. Bed and pillows were comfy. Can turn the thermostat down to 65 for cool sleeping. Shower has amazing strong flow. Cute decor.

The overnight stay was good. Staff were very polite and friendly. The room was spacious and having a living area was great. The room was showing wear but clean. The bathroom even had a fully functioning exhaust fan in the bathroom instead of the constant draw ones that hotels are using now (not great). The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The location was close to everything.

Close to so many stores and restaraunts. Suites are great size

Very clean, quiet hotel in a nice area. There are multiple places to eat close by and lots of shopping close by if you need anything.

Stay was hood but breakfast was another thing, got down there at 9 but food was gone, refilling was not a priority, juice machine was down

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty but a little unorganized. There were a lot of payrons, so tough to keep up.

Everything was good but breakfast had less options even bananas were missing which are favourite of everone .

The queen beds made squeeking noise each time a person turned or changed position while in bed. During breakfast, there was no milk, also there was only one tong used for serving eggs, bacon, wedges. This was not useful because of allergies.

Breakfast was a bit sparse, had 2 wait for clean plates and hot food

Staff was awesome especially the breakfast staff. They were hustling taking care of a busy crowd. Great food options. Property is clean and convenient.
