The Foxes Den

The rooms/chalets are fairly new and everything was in good order. The shared patio is a nice idea as it gives you the opportunity to wander out with your coffee and slump in the fresh air, surrounded by plants. We arrived on e-bikes and there was an area of shingle in the garden outside the chalets which was the perfect size to put the bikes overnight, they could only be seen from the chalets. Stephen and Vanessa were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel very well looked after. The breakfast in the morning was in their cafe/restaurant conservatory, a beautiful space. The food was excellent. All this on a day the Cafe is not open so they drive in to welcome you and again to cook your breakfast. For us the only drawback was we had to cycle about a mile along a busy road to reach the place but it was certainly worth it.

Great value for money. The room was super hot so we turned the heating off (easy enough). Great pressure shower, lovely bath and delicious breakfast

The Foxes Den is a perfect place to stay. Our room was very comfortable, beautifully designed and well equipped. The restaurant provided excellent food, both for dinner and breakfast. It was run very efficiently by a great team of staff.

Lovely clean room, comfortable bed. Nice and quiet, very good breakfast. Only thing is for food in the evening there is nothing very near so I drove 4 miles into Sudbury.
