Pool, hot tub, deck, and more. Nice people, comfy room. Glad I found it!

Amazing B&B sadly missed using the hot tub as it closes 9pm and only opens after check out Other than that fabulous space and great sleep in a nice cool room

Breakfast was less than adequate. Up charges for amenities that you'd expect to be included were over priced.

Really nice house but there were a lot of rules. The home owner lives there. You had to share a bathroom with other random guests. Couldn’t bring anyone with you to the property. The hot tub was only open from 2pm-8pm. Had to be quiet after 10pm.

Stay549 was a wonderful stay with a very gracious 3 person family team. Beds were comfortable, rooms nicely decorated, easy access to tasty and clean tap (I personally do not drink plastic bottled water), plenty of plugs to charge up items. Good wifi. Nice hot tub and pool, open from 10 AM to 10 PM. Complimentary snack bowls (including some gluten free). It's an upscale bed and breakfast so no outside guests. Easy parking but we had no car. There's a good Greek restaurant about 10 mins away.

Val and Cindy were so kind and welcoming. The sauna, pool and hot tub were fantastic. The cottage was cozy and perfect to relax!

Very comfortable accommodations and the owners were very accommodating and available. Val greeted us on our arrival and gave us a quick tour and explanation of the amenities. The room was very comfortable. We chose the option of a single room with shared common area, kitchen and bathroom. These areas were shared with two other rooms and we never had any timing issues. The prepare your own breakfast was a nice inclusion. I enjoyed the “egg McMuffin” sandwiches. We were also able to make use of the pool, sauna and hot tub while we were there. Cindy was kind to make sure the sauna was preheated for us when we advised her of our plans to use it. We will definitely book with Stay549 next time we are in Winnipeg.

The yard was beautiful, the accommodations were super cute. The dome had both a fire place as well as ac. The hot tub and sauna were both available to use, they were both extremely clean and comfortable. The pool closes beginning of September. There are main areas to prep food, sit and eat or just relax. A fire pit and wood (extra cost) Overall we would stay again.

A great stay experience！The room and bathroom are very clean, the bathroom equipment is very new, and toiletries are all available. The entire corridor exudes a light fragrance, giving guests a good feeling. The hostess is very welcoming and treats her guests like family.

This place is an amazing place to stay. Very very clean. You take your shoes off at the front door. Breakfast is self serve but is good. I highly recommend this place.

This is a house with rooms in basement. I simply wanted a clean bed to sleep in as I was just getting there late at night .The owner kept saying I booked a no frills room with no amenities , ok fine . But I did expect to have a comfortable bed and the bed was very uncomfortable with my one pancake pillow . When I questioned her, she kept saying that I had a no frills room.So I guess that means you get the uncomfortable bed that you cannot even sleep in. In the end, I forfeited the room and lost my money and just stayed at a hotel, as communication regarding this topic was very poor. The outside of the property is lovely, though.

I stayed here last Sunday and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was remarkably quiet, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. The comfort of the rooms was top-notch, and the facilities provided were more than adequate. The entire place had a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

It was a great first trip to Winnipeg with my wife. Staying at Stay549 was a great location for us to get to all of planned activities. Stay549 provides an unique stay. Was nice to have a private bathroom but it was still hard to totally enjoy the privacy of the room as you could hear others when they were outside on deck. Not their fault, they weren't intentionally being loud. Appreciate the hospitality.

Did not partake of the swimming pool or the hot tub - backyard looked very nice. The bedroom was small but adequate and contained everything that one might need. The shower was large and great. Kitchenette was well stocked and signage gave easy to follow instructions. The owner was very nice and I could tell she enjoyed meeting new people that stayed at Stay549.

The only thing that was different than a hotel was that the walls were not made of cement. Although, that being said, I only ever heard other people when they used the bathroom as ours shared a wall with the main bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, everything was very clean and worked as it should. Will definitely stay there again!! And highly recommend.

What a unique experience. Will definitely stay again. Hosts were great. Bed very comfortable. If it wasn't so late when I arrived I would have asked for another pillow. I also couldn't find the info in the room for accessing the wifi and didn't want to bug due to the late hour. All in all great experience.

Room nice

The property is beautiful and well maintained the beds are very comfortable and we were upgraded the second day we were there without asking which we really appreciated. It was a lot bigger room with its own bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay hear but at this time of year the mosquitos were horrific so bring your big dope. lol. And cheers to the grandma who was very social and pleasant to deal with.

I am torn how to review our stay, partially because I think the house was beautiful, our room was pleasant, very clean in all aspects, had lots of extras if you forgot anything, however it didn’t quite match our needs, which partly is my own fault I guess for not reading all the fine print of all the rules. Initially I booked the room for my ten year old and I to stay after I landed from being away for a few days. My flight then got delayed 6 hrs and so I suggested he stay with my in laws another night which is good because I later learned this is an adults only place, for reasons I completely understand, to keep the place quiet! However after hours of being in an airport we wanted to shower when we got in, just after 10, we couldn’t because shower can’t be used after 10. Went to pick up food was told there are people on both sides of us so in other words be quiet! We whispered the entire time we were there, yet at 9 am vacuuming just outside our bedroom door began. The owner was very kind, however we were there not even 10 hours and everytime we were in the hallway the owner was present. Again nothing bad just not the stay I was looking for. We wanted a shower and to eat comfortably! We left without showering, no use of the pool (said closed for the season online, it’s mid August!), hot tub hours were closed before we got there, all understandable was just unfortunate to pay what I did, but I felt like I had curfew for everything. It’s too bad our flight was so delayed too!

Very clean, very well appointed. There are a lot of rules. Stay in your room, quietly until 8, clean everything as you go. While done of this is common sense, some of it is over the top. And they have you sign a waiver when you check in. For these reasons I wouldn’t stay here again.

We had an amazing visit! Cindy and Val were the perfect hosts!! We felt pampered and spoiled! We will be back! Thank you!!!!

Cindy is unique and hospitable. She will never let you feel a tenant . It was my first visit to this place but would love going there next time as well. I am a teacher at Peguis School and the serenity and quietness ( which I desperately need) was in abundance.

Cindy the owner, and Val (her mother who maitains the facility) are both very friendly and helpful, they truly want the adults that stay here to very much enjoy their stay and feel at home!

This B&B was our first ever. We decided to take a chance and stay here as it looked amazing. It was very clean and Val was very friendly and amazing. We stayed in room 3 which seemed to be the largest of the rooms and the bed was very comfortable. There was limited options for breakfast but that's understandable and can be easily fixed in the future. For us it was more about how warm and inviting the house was. We were allowed to come and go as we please and made sure to out that to the test on night one as we went out for dinner and karaoke and ended up back at the B&B at 2:30 am. We kept quiet and had no troubles. We decided to extend our stay by one night and Val was extremely helpful in this regard. All rooms are in the basement of their very large home as well as all of the common areas. You share the washroom as well as the kitchen area and there is also a very comfortable couch with a large TV. We also had a TV in our room which was a very nice bonus as it had a Roku box so we were able to watch a few movies during our stay. We've been travelling from Ontario to Vancouver and are on our way back to Ontario and I personally felt we had a better stay at this B&B than a few of the hotels we stayed at. It was a little chilly at night but there are extra blankets that are provided which are very warm and very soft. Overall I'd give them a solid 5 stars but ask them to update or slightly change the breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent spot to visit. Very unique, super clean, quiet & comfortable. The host is super friendly & accomodating. The hot tub was a perfect end to a hard day's work. Breakfast is provided along with an array of hot & cold beverages. I hope to stay here again! 5/5 highly recommend:)

Property was excellent. Self serve breakfast could be improved with more options.
