Very nice hotel with a professional staff. Located next to the pedestrian underpass so walking to the mall was easy and could be done without an umbrella on a rainy day. The gym is nicely equipped.

It was a wonderful hotel！ It's clean, the showers are in good condition, and it's conveniently located right in front of Ayala Shopping Mall. The gym is open 24 hours a day, and the pool overlooks the Manila skyline. Above all, the staff is kind and friendly！ This is a hotel I would definitely choose next time.

Trying to sell us an upgrade for premium during check-in. The rooms and hotel need a make-over as they are outdated, partially broken and carpets are dirty. The restaurant on the 16th floor is highly overpriced for the service and quality of the food. For fresh juices they charge 500 pesos! There are better hotels in the area for the same price or less.

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and I thought it was the most impersonal service that I've received. There was no nice welcome back greeting in our room when we first arrived as we have experienced before. I found most of the breakfast room staff polite and helpful except one of the senior female staff members who stands at the front of the breakfast room and asks for your room number. She barely said hello and after giving her the room number, she wouldn't look up or acknowledge you, sometimes she wouldn't say anything and after an awkward pause another staff member would guide us to our table. This experienced staff member seemed to be going through the motions. Kudos to Dale though who always gives great service. The temperature set in the living room was like an igloo (17.5C) After a few days we asked for it to be increased to 22C which it was. Except the next day it went to 25C. So then we asked housekeeping about turning it down, they arranged for an engineer to adjust the temperature and this time it was sufficient. Housekeeping were competent but often would take out hand towels and not replace them. There was also a few nights that we stayed in and didn't receive an evening service.

We had the most wonderful stay at Discovery Primea during our trip back to the Philippines! The suite had more than enough room for 4 people and as travellers, we appreciate having a kitchenette with a washer/dryer in-suite. The only issue is how far down the parking space is for hotel guests, and we noticed that some guest drivers look like they don’t have a proper lounge to rest in. Regardless, we would stay here again!

The hotel is spectacular. The location is great, service is exceptional and infinity pool is top notch. We had a medical emergency with my daughter and night time manager Ezra was so helpful! He arranged the transportation, gave an advice and put us on easy while dealing with an emergency. Staff members like Ezra make this hotel impeccable.

We had a good stay at Discovery Primea at the end of December 2023. The hotel was decorated for the holidays which was enjoyable to see. The lobby staff were friendly although we did have a couple of problems working with the concierge. It seemed like a few of them were new on the job but all eager to please and very welcoming. The safety at this hotel was outstanding. The guest room was clean and very spacious, I appreciated the closet area with drawers to unpack. The bed was comfortable, both my husband and I slept very well. The bathroom is dimly lit which was frustrating for applying make-up. We did have to ask for an iron and blow dryer to be delivered as they weren't already in the room. Our tv was also broken but they did fix it upon request. The location to shopping was perfect. The pool had a fantastic view of Makati. The bartender at the pool, however, does not make good drinks. We would have liked to use the spa but it was fully booked, I think they were short staffed. We used the available transportation from the airport. It wasn't as smooth a pick-up as we would have hoped for but it was nice that they offered it. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Thank you to all the staff at Discovery Primea for an amazing stay! I booked two suites for 11 days and was not disappointed. Top notch customer service from beginning to end. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and servers were attentive and kind. The Flame and room service were also great. Delicious food! The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Housekeeping kept our suites immaculately clean, and they were always responsive to requests. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Makati! We will be back!

The best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I felt so cared for even though I was only here for a few days. The infinity pool is beautiful (I just wish I had better weather!) and the room service dining is excellent. The rooftop bar also has a lovely view. I’ll definitely be staying here for my next visit to Manila. Salamat po ❤️

The personnel were very gracious and accommodating. As I traveled alone, I was well taken care of at the hotel when reserving taxis, provided suggestions, and was generally very accommodating and pleasant. The gym was great and clean. The breakfast was full of choices. The reception desk personnel were so very cordial. I was delighted with my stay despite the weather in Makati.
