This 20-30 minute drive away to the quiet countryside was just what we needed after the hustle and bustle of exploring the city center of Belfast. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were extremely accommodating and answered any questions we had quickly. A full kitchen, laundry, and dining spaces were available to us.

My room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean, there was tea, coffee, sugar and milk all provided. It's outside of Hillsborough so you will need transport to get around but there is plenty of car parking spaces and even space to charge an electric vechicle. Good communication and easy to undestand the locking system

This is a new built in a quiet place, very close to town. There are 2 fast charging stations for EVs. The rooms are very spacious and beds are big and comfortable. It's one of the best places I've stayed in more than 20 years of traveling.

We (me, my husband and 7y daughter) had a lovely stay here (triple deluxe room with access to a communal kitchen) for 4 nights. The free WIFI is great with strong signal in the room. The beds are very comfortable and rooms spacious with plenty of storage. The area is nice and quiet too, despite only being 20 minutes from the city. We found it to be a great location as so close to so much. The hosts were very accommodating and offered us a fan for the room as the weather turned quite hot. Great last minute booking, wouldn’t arrive before midnight and i got a very detailed info email, arriving and getting into the rooms was super easy. Found free laundry and a shared kitchen. Even our late check out was possible !

Comfortable bed! Easy checkin. Great facilities. Large room. Quiet area. Would stay again. Full kitchen to use and large dining area with multiple tables. Free parking right outside and lifts to use. I did see a laundry room downstairs but didn’t stop to check the costs or if it was free.

Everyone who helped us was great. We got an email the morning of our arrival asking which room type we would prefer, but due to driving and sightseeing missed the email. Called the number on the office door and she arrived within 5 minutes to give us a tour of the facility and show us around. The "super-king" was just two twins pushed together which wasn't horrible but it wasn't the most comfortable, but it got the job done rest-wise. Quiet area, close to Belfast and Royal Hillsborough which had nice shopping and restaurants, and onsite parking for free with charging spots for the rental car was great!

Booked last minute, the owner was very helpful with instructions for arrival. However we booked a king bed, on arrival it was 2 singles pushed together which was disappointing. In the bathroom the toilet didn’t flush properly and there were sockets hanging off the wall which is dangerous with steam and water involved. The room was very hot and there was no aircon so we struggled to sleep well. I don’t think it’s worth the money we paid.

Very nice place to stay if you have your own transport. Place was spotless, quiet with lots of free parking spaces. Host said in the email confirmation to text them when we arrived, I did and no reply - did not acknowledge. Plenty of hot water, water pressure is great. Carpet is very clean.

Loved this property, very clear instructions for checking in, room was massive clean had everything we needed. Only problem for us was without a car it’s a little bit out of the way and in terms of food delivery early morning late night was not the best or waiting times were long, but this is not the properties fault.

What a fantastic stay I had!! Mechelle sent me a message on WhatsApp with the check in details and information for my stay and was at the end of the phone if I needed anything. Bed was so comfortable one of the best beds that I have stayed in, room was a brilliant size!!! Definitely will be back!!

absolutely stunning location and rooms. when arriving felt like we were driving into a new build estate. check in information had been sent to me on whatsapp however due to poor signal and crossing border into NI this message had not come through properly, but check in was easy once this little hiccup was navigated. Room was a fab size, beautifully furnished, with stunning views. Communal kitchen and dining space was clean and easy to navigate meaning we weren't confined to our room. Road nearby was a little loud into early evening and next morning, but did not prevent a good nights sleep.

We booked last minute & arrived late, but the owner was there to greet us & show us the ropes. Even stuck around to have a cup of tea & answer all our questions about the area. There was every comfort of home. The beds were so cozy & we got the best night's sleep. Hot showers in the am with good water pressure & even a towel warmer. This place was very nice & clean. I would stay again if we're ever in the area.

We (me, my husband and 7y daughter) had a lovely stay here (triple deluxe room with access to a communal kitchen) for 4 nights. The free WIFI is great with strong signal in the room. The beds are very comfortable and rooms spacious with plenty of storage. The area is nice and quiet too, despite only being 20 minutes from the city. We found it to be a great location as so close to so much. The hosts were very accommodating and offered us a fan for the room as the weather turned quite hot. There is plenty of parking including an ev charger. Towels and toiletries were provided in the room and complimentary coffee/tea/milk/butter in the communal kitchen. There are a few little cosmetic maintenance issues but it didn’t affect our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Loved this property, very clear instructions for checking in, room was massive clean had everything we needed. Only problem for us was without a car it’s a little bit out of the way and in terms of food delivery early morning late night was not the best or waiting times were long, but this is not the properties fault.

Everyone who helped us was great. We got an email the morning of our arrival asking which room type we would prefer, but due to driving and sightseeing missed the email. Called the number on the office door and she arrived within 5 minutes to give us a tour of the facility and show us around. The "super-king" was just two twins pushed together which wasn't horrible but it wasn't the most comfortable, but it got the job done rest-wise. Quiet area, close to Belfast and Royal Hillsborough which had nice shopping and restaurants, and onsite parking for free with charging spots for the rental car was great!

Room was a fab size, beautifully furnished, with stunning views. Communal kitchen and dining space was clean and easy to navigate meaning we weren't confined to our room. Road nearby was a little loud into early evening and next morning, but did not prevent a good nights sleep.

This 20-30 minute drive away to the quiet countryside was just what we needed after the hustle and bustle of exploring the city center of Belfast. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were extremely accommodating and answered any questions we had quickly. A full kitchen, laundry, and dining spaces were available to us.

Great last minute booking, wouldn’t arrive before midnight and i got a very detailed info email, arriving and getting into the rooms was super easy. Found free laundry and a shared kitchen. Even our late check out was possible !

This facility was beautiful and clean. The only complaint we had was that the door to the common kitchen area was very loud when other occupants went in or out of it. This occurred many times late into the night.

Comfortable bed! Easy checkin. Great facilities. Large room. Quiet area. Would stay again. Full kitchen to use and large dining area with multiple tables. Free parking right outside and lifts to use. I did see a laundry room downstairs but didn’t stop to check the costs or if it was free.

Just back from spending at night in the guest room. Absolutely amazing. Outstanding accommodation. Everything you could need. Really big rooms, very clean bathroom and the communal kitchen really well equiped. You definitely recommend this.
