Very nice, clean rooms. We came for granddaughter's softball game so it was within walking distance. We didn't know the area so a complimentary breakfast would have been nice, but there was a pantry to choose from and the rooms had a full kitchen so it worked out. There also is no pool if you're looking for that.

When entering the property through automatic doors, it seemed nice enough, there was a small room with food and snacks. I had to pick up a phone to call a front desk person which was fine, they were minimally helpful. We took an elevator to our room. There were two full bags of trash sitting on the floor outside doors to rooms and the smell in the hall was like food and not clean giving us a bad first impression. The room was very large, dated, but large. We had no need for the kitchen or the large desk but the spacious room was nice. It gave the impression of an extended stay hotel for older folks. We ordered pizza and the delivery person brought it right to the room. No free water, no amenities that we were aware of. Probably won’t choose to stay there again.

We stayed at this Candlewood Suites for 8 nights. I was a bit worried because I had read both good and very bad reviews during this time when they were under construction. Check in was easy. Our room was large. Our first impression was positive. We had a small kitchen in our suite which we appreciated - especially the full size refrigerator. We opened the dishwasher to find dirty dishes from the previous occupants. Not a great thing to find, but we ran the dishwasher and all was OK. For those staying here longer, remember you only get the room serviced once a week. The internet was weak - would often go in and out. The TV could have been larger. We found the bed uncomfortable. However, everything else was fine. When staff were available they were friendly and helpful. We could see they were clearly renovating (new carpets in the halls) but little noise and no real impact on our stay. There are a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance or a short drive. The location is great. We would consider staying here again.

we stayed nearly two weeks and only once got a knock on door from housekeeping. had to hand her our bath towels to change out. we would remove our own trash that piled up quick since we ate in often.

Had a lukewarm shower and asked if I could switch rooms. They said to call later in the day and check to see if someone could look at it. Called twice, no answer. Called again later, 5 mins later they said I had hot water thankfully . Tv did not work at night (3 night stay), but would work in the morning. Window screen busted so couldn’t leave window open on such a nice day. Sheet rock dust everywhere. Cleaning staff harassed me 15 min prior to checkout time.

I had booked a two-bed room and because the facility had overbooked for the night, they gave us a King Suite. It was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We slept well and that is most important!

Stay was fine. Poor lighting in bathroom made it tough to see for my wife to put on makeup and for me to shave. I liked the handrails in the tub as they added to the safety. Internet connection was in and out the first night but we got it going good.

Under renovation, so condition is improving. However, was given keys to an already occupied room into which I nearly entered before I realized. Then double charged for my stay and still waiting for it to be addressed days later. Actually now charged three times for it.

Our son stayed at this hotel as he prepared to relocate to this area for his new ATC career. He knew no one but the friendly hotel staff gave him recommendations of places to eat and activities as well as more permanent housing to visit. The room was spacious and very comfortable too. Highly recommended!

I was very disappointed to not get the room I had booked way ahead of my trip. I had also booked a reservation for a friend which they did not get the room requested also. for having to spend the amount of money I did I expected to have better service. Also the receptionist was not very friendly when checking in.

Positive: Location Needs Improvement: Staff entered my room unannounced multiple times while I was in my room, housekeeping DID NOT provide clean towels or sheets when requested, complained no hot water, another guest was accidently given access (key entry) to my room, upon check in, I was accidently given key access to some else's room........this hotel has serious systemic issues. Spoke to mgt several times about the issues but the issues continues, therefore, we checked out early.

Easy access off the highway and very quiet. Restaurants are a short drive away. We had our dog woth us and there was no issue as the chain allows for pets. Nice open area next to the hotel. Room was very nice and staff very friendly.
