This stay it was rather warm and there is no air-conditioning, so i was given a room fan, not the most effective, but the thought and attention to detail was veryuch appreciated. I stayed at the Chase for just a night ahead of a business meeting. I got a ground floor room overlooking the front door. The lights outside were on all night making the room very bright. The noise from the rooms above and people coming and going at the front of the hotel kept me awake until the early hours. There were no black-out blinds and the curtains weren't great. The bathroom was poor...broken bath/shower taps, damaged bath panel and low water pressure. I needed a place for a good night of sleep...this wasn't it.
