This property has full access to Mayo downtown via the tunnels direct from the hotel. They do have a problem with their parking, not enough spaces, work arounds can leave you parked in. Several days there were 4-6 cars that didn't have a proper parking places without obstructing one another or others cars ability to get out.

Older hotel. There are newer ones in the area we’ll stay at next time. $155/night on a weekday with no pool, hot tub or fitness center is a bit steep. No complaints otherwise. It’s clean and quiet and serves its purpose! Friendly staff. Parking right on site and walking distance to Mayo.

We were there for Mayo Clinic appointments so the hotel was not our main concern. It is an older property but has been pretty well maintained. Not as spacious and access friendly as some newer places, but we managed to use a wheelchair OK. The staff was helpful and courteous. There is an elevator to the subway system that allows easy access to all the Mayo Clinic facilities.

The parking area was safe, open, lit up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was really clean and had everything we needed. It was very quiet in our room during our stay. The temp was perfect upon arrival and windows could be opened and air conditioner was there if needed, remote included! I would not hesitate to stay at Brentwood Inn & Suites again.

This place needs a major update our room was smelled like mold. The bathroom wall paper and ceiling was falling off. The shower head was completely moldy and rusted out. The garage next door is very loud all night. The bed and pillows were horrible. Had the worst night sleep for a very early appointment at the Mayo Clinic. Not worth the $155 I spent.

The room was 76 degrees and I wasn’t able to adjust it. I told the staff and they just said it’s an old boiler. It was so hot and humid in there I left right away and got another hotel. I checked the vent to see if adjusting it made any cold air come through (it didn’t) and I noticed a bunch of black mold. The shower head was disgusting. There was an ironing board but no iron. NOT worth that money!

We have stayed about 8 nights at this hotel on recent months for visits to Mayo Clinic. This hotel is quite a bit cheaper than neighboring hotels. The rooms are “dated” but they are always exceptionally clean. Love the convenience of being connected to Mayo via tunnel system. Our biggest complaint is the pillows are paper thin, but now that we know, we opt to bring our own. Will most likely stay here for all future Mayo visits.

The best thing is the subway access to Mayo Clinic. It was minus zero when we were there and could go to the clinic without jackets. Parking is available right next to the building, which is a plus. The unit is older but in pretty good condition. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

No fresh fruit (oranges, bananas, apples). Mostly cereals, breads & premade omelets you have to microwave. The rooms are dated but clean, staff was nice, proximity to Mayo & connection to the Subway is excellent

Night staff was none too friendly but the real reason we changed hotels was that the room was reminiscent of a 1960's motor lodge. It was clean enough but very inconvenient amenities.

Staff don’t let me in for almost an hour. The manager did refund one night. The place is is need of TLC desperately. Only advantage is proximity to Mayo.

Our second stay and will plan to stay regularly. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Everything is clean in the room and it is VERY quiet. Breakfast is good and there are plenty of options, something for everybody. Parking is really nice and convenient and a tunnel to Mayo makes a fast easy walk.

This is our 4th stay for medical reasons. This hotel is older and showing some wear, but still clean and well maintained. The staff has been excellent and accommodating. 1) If we had a doctor appointment after check-out, they let us leave our car on property until we were done 2) They have a tunnel to the hospital 3) They let us keep a hospital wheelchair for 4 days and took care of it when we left. 4) They let us check out late, on one occassion, when we got in late and had an early appointment, so very little sleep. Because of letting us check out late, we were able to get a couple hours sleep before driving back home. 5) Went down for breakfast 5 minutes before close. Staff overheard me asking my husband if they had english muffins. She asked me how many I wanted and brought out fresh ones for me.

I appreciate the fast check in and out. Room was fine. Parking was great. The breakfast was horrible!! I was so disappointed after everything else had gone so well. The coffee was even bad. A lot of hotels have very nice breakfasts. I will be checking with them for vacancy.

The breakfast is nasty. Chilled omelettes you have to microwave, watery orange juice and icky generic cereal in a “Kelloggs” bin. Otherwise the hotel is fine and bed was comfortable.

Right next to Mayo Clinic. Great subway access to Mayo Clinic so I did not have to walk outside. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms with coffee. 24 hour coffee in the lobby. Daily newspaper. Shuttle to clinics and St. Marys

Hotel was acceptable. Clean, the employees did a good job with the maid service. Very dated. Door to exit/enter the parking lot was stuck and very hard to open. Breakfast was poor
