Good location. Liked gym, spa & pool. Breakfast system is salad/congee/cerea/fruit buffet a platter choice. It is quite convenient and good quality. Note that the pool has stairs on one side, so if you are an avid swimmer - note that you'll be able to push off from one side only.

The hotel is less than 50 metres away from mrt. We booked King corner and we loved it very much. The room is spacious and my favourite is the bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows (the best 3 hotels with most comfortable pillows). Gym is huge in Taipei context and the pool is of decent size with steam room and sauna. As for breakfast, it is very normal.

初めて宿泊しましたが、とても立地が良くMRTの駅②入口へ徒歩1分もかからないので雨の心配は皆無ですね。周辺にはコンビニ、地元民スーパーマーケット等もあり散策も楽しめます。フロントでは日本語もある程度通りますしホテル自体新しいので綺麗です。残念だったのは部屋の掃除が行き届いてなく残念でした。チェックイン後、浴室とベッドに髪の毛＆埃落ちてました。あと、朝食は期待しない方が良いと思います。セミバイキングと謳ってますが私は2日目以降は食べませんでした。総評、周辺の5つ星ホテルと比べると、宿泊価格差の割にはコスパ良くありません。

Very convinient right next to the metro. Good amenities and minibar included( three beers, popcorn and a couple of Asian soft drinks). Early check in fee, unbearably expensive. They quoted me 4,500 NTD for check in in after 10am 2,000 NTD. (I did pay for it), you are probably best at purchasing the extra night. Nice detail for my anniversary with petals on the bed, towel figurines, and a note. The perk for VIP is a drink at the bar (value of 300 NTD) it’s worth for 1 drink per person more or less. I ended up upgrading the drinks, nevertheless a very much appreciated detail. Great service, everyone is very professional and nice. The room is spacious, a corner room so you get two window walls, making it feel extra spacious , the bed was super comfortable, and a true King size bed. Pillows are good too. Ac is quite, although not the most powerful fan nor the most cooling. Bathroom is nice, with a tub and a shower with good pressure.

the hotel location is very convenient and in a good neighborhood. The service is excellent and facility is clean with perfect condition. the only disadvantage is the noise from the road as the building in on the corner of the two busy main road. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to ask the room with windows away from the street.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in the Deluxe King room. Pro: Spacious room, we were able to open up our luggages without space issue. Convenient, a min walk to convenience stores, restaurants, MRT, or bus station. Really friendly, efficient, and helpful staffs. Free amenities includes still and sparkling water, snacks, can coffee and beer. Con: We were assigned to room 309 the first night which was facing the main street. There was a lot of noise from the traffic. I brought it up to front desk the next morning and was switched to room 507 the remaining two nights. This room was facing the next building. There was still noise from traffic but signifcantly less. There was construction with the next building so had to be mindful to keep the curtains closed. The toilet and bathroom area was separated. The toilet didn’t have a small sink so had to walk to the bathroom to wash hands. The closet was in the bathroom and the door to the bathroom doubled as door for the closet. I think it would be better to make the closet as an open one accessing from the outside. Overall it was a good hotel to stay and loved that they are green.

Assigned the lowest floor despite being a platinum member. The street noise is audible. Impractical room layout, I don't know why is the wardrobe in the bathroom? When you open the wardrobe door, the bathroom is closed ( sharing a door). How does one pack their luggage?? Please just provide a luggage rack at living area. Vanity area is too dim, unable to do makeup. Consider placing a portable mirror on the desk outside. Bedding is quite comfortable. Hotel is 1-2min walk to the subway, but there isn't any attraction/ interesting shop nearby.

We made an honest mistake in booking Humble Boutique Hotel when we intended to reserve a room at Humble House. Unfortunately, we only realized the error upon checking in at Humble House. We immediately called Humble Boutique and emailed Hotels.com, hoping they would show some consideration by granting at least a partial refund for the 3rd and 4th nights of our booking. We recognize that the mistake was on our part and are prepared to shoulder a reasonable cost for it. But charging us for the full 4-night stay, without any consideration or flexibility, is excessive and unjustifiable. It’s disappointing that despite our immediate effort to rectify the situation, no accommodation was made Instead, we received a generic, impersonal response stating that it’s against their policy to issue a refund. What’s disappointing is that their policy supposedly allows cancellations up to 24 hours before check-in — yet in this case, we were denied any flexibility. Given the circumstances, we feel this was handled poorly and without regard for customer experience. Because of this, we will not be recommending this hotel, nor the booking platform, to others.

Other than the standard good stuff (location, cleanliness, hotel facilities), this hotel offers very attentive service for its guests. We notified the the hotel that we were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they provided little decorations and amenities for us when we checked in, which showed that they cared for their guests. Areas of improvement - the counter at check-in and check-out times had only 1 staff, causing long waits. I expected a little more for a hotel of this size and level. But when it got to our turn the staff was extremely attentive and patient. As an Expedia VIP member - unfortunately we did not get a room upgrade nor late checkout (but it was during the holiday peak period so understandable). Perhaps this program is not as well known in Taiwan as we had other experiences in other hotels (in non peak periods) where we were also not offered those benefits. Such benefits were almost always graciously offered in Europe and Canada without asking. Overall a great experience, we have already booked our next stay in a few months.

A wonderful staff. After arriving at the hotel after along flight, I left my phone in the taxi's cab. The hotel staff checked the cc-tv and got the license plate. And then found the contact information of the driver. They made sure to get my phone from him and deliver back to my room. The staff here went above and beyond and i am so thankful to them.

This is a new & stylish hotel. All facilities are new and in good conditions. Located right next to MRT station. As this is located in commercial area, it is very quiet at night and not many restaurants options close by. But other than that, still able to find good place within 5-10 min. walking distance.

松江南京駅　2番出口(エレベーター有り) なので大型キャリーを複数個持っていましたが、スムーズにホテルに行けました。徒歩1分です。バスの乗り場もすぐ近くにあり、何処に移動するにも便利でした。台北に訪問する際はまた利用したいと思ったホテルです。フロントスタッフも親切丁寧な対応でとても良いです。

Nyt og lækkert hotel. Godt indrettet. Rigtig god morgenmadsudvalg, der er tænkt over madspild hvilket er rigtig godt. Værelset havde den tilpasse størrelse og det hele virkede bare som det skulle. Virkelig god placering i Taipei med Metro og bus lige ved hotellet.
