Loverly place and situated in a prime spot, fantastic staff, especially the hotel receptionist who listened to my wife speaking her broken Spanish, even the maintenance man with him both applauded for her for her attempts. Would definitely go back.

Great location and incredibly helpful staff. The room was on a large side and the bed was very comfortable. If you like to open your windows for circulation make sure you book a room with a view as other rooms look into the inner court yard where the reception is. Internet worked well, breakfast was very good.

All the staff in hotel are so kind, they were eager to help us for any thing like a tip for the tour, any recommendation for the restaurant and so on. If it needed to warm the room, should contact the reception. I suggest this hotel for the tour in Granada.

A great location, our room even had a super view of the Alhambra. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, looking after our baggage until we left in the late afternoon. The hotel itself was very quaint and historic but showing some signs of needing a little bit of restoration. Overall a brilliant choice for a stay in Granada and really good value for money.
