This hotel is pristine! Wonderful front staff. Christina offered great suggestions and was very helpful with parking. The neighborhood is perfect with shops and restaurants and so much was an easy walk from the property. The room was huge with a living area and king bed and kitchen with a dishwasher. Double sinks in the bath plus separate tub and shower. There is a rooftop terrace with a seasonal pool. We didn’t want to leave!

The property was better than we expected. It was clean, tidy, quiet and very comfortable. It had cooking facilities with all the necessary utensils. The bathrooms were so nice and a decent size too. The staff were super helpful. The pool was nice after a long hot day of walking. The parking was at the actual hotel and was secure. It was in a great area with everything close by. Couldn't ask for much more (and I can be fussy). Would definitely go back.

Everything perfect. Gorgeous and spacious apartment. And so well located in the heart of historical district with lots of shopping and restaurants. Carrefour Express 2 min away. And what a rooftop terrace.

Such a lovely stay on a convenient street near all the major sites. Totally remodeled interior and an awesome roof pool (for warmer weather). On-site parking, which is a rarity in an historic town. Highly recommend!

Centrally located and comfortable beds. Good for family. Small pool and gorgeous sunset on top floor. Only problem was the door locks were tricky and the Pool was lovely but not clean. How much effort would it take to clean the windows around the pool regularly? Otherwise new washrooms and amenities. We would go back.

Excellent studio apartment in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the cathedral and centre of Granada. Apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped and staff, on duty downstairs from 7am to 11pm, were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great location, in the heart of the Granada. Step free access if you are with buggy or wheelchair. There are two lifts to all floors. One of them is also going to carpark but we didn't use that. Super friendly staff and very clean apartment. There is no cleaning service, so if you are staying longer take that into consideration.

Bra beliggenhet midt i byen. Store, gode rom og stort bad med god plass for to ved vask/speil. Sovesofaen var vond å sitte i. Dusjen på badet var åpen slik at mye av vannet rant ut på badegulvet. Håpløs løsning, så vi endte med å dusje i badekaret. Hadde bestilt parkering for en stor bil, men den var for stor så vi måtte parkere i et parkeringshus noen minutter unna. ikke noe stort problem om man ikke har mye bagsje.

Positives: Room was very large and tastefully decorated. clean and well maintained. Lobby was very nice and pool on roof was a decent size and had a beautiful view of the city. Large bathroom with nice soaking tub and separate shower and double vanity and sinks. Good communication prior to check in. Negatives: instructions (video) for how to drive to property without getting fine were very complex and impossible to follow in real time. PDF version never would open and despite multiple emails advising to send it differently the same file with the same error code kept getting sent. Although room had AC it didn’t work well and despite leaving it on all the time at the lowest setting room was always hot. Front desk person was never at the front desk and would be gone for at least 15 minutes at a time with nobody available. Multiple times there were lines of people waiting to check in or ask questions or need something and everyone would just be standing around waiting for a truly inappropriately long time. Only once did I ever see someone actually sitting at the desk in the 3 days we stayed there so it’s obviously a problem. Also on our last day they offered to hold our bags after checkout in a locked closet in the lobby until we were ready to leave in late afternoon. Returned to desk to get our things once again finding nobody there to help us for at least 10 minutes. We found closet unlocked with the key in the door and just took bags ourselves—told they leave like this.

The hotel is located close to the city centre. The check in staff were excellent. They were always friendly, recommended places to eat and booked a tour and flamenco show for us. A special mention to Silvia and Juan.

Das Apartment war sauber und sehr geräumig und hatte bequeme Betten. Die Lage ist sehr gut man kann fußläufig Granada erkunden. Praktisch ist dass es eine Garage im Haus gibt allerdings mit großen Autos etwas schwierig. Komisch fanden wir dass wir das Bett für die dritte Person selbst machen mussten und es nicht vorbereitet war und auch Handtücher erst auf Nachfrage geliefert wurden. Außerdem fanden wir es nicht serviceorientiert dass auf unsere Anfragen vor unserem Aufenthalt keine Antwort kam. Und auch unser Wunsch bezüglich des Zimmers in höherer Etage mit Aussicht wurde nicht berücksichtigt.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Highly recommend - super friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful room and overall feel to the hotel (the lighting in particular is lovely). Amazing location, easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to see. We stayed on the top floor, so could see the Alhambra from our window! Also lovely views from the rooftop terrace/pool (note: as is common, pool is unheated). This was our favourite accommodation on our whole holiday (we stayed at 6 other places around Andalucia). Was great to have parking (paid) on site, but somewhat stressful to drive to if you aren't used to driving in narrow streets with lots of pedestrians. Hotel helpfully provided driving instructions before hand so we knew exactly where to go, but unfortunately by chance a road happened to be closed temporarily, but we managed to get to the hotel fine. You can park temporarily in a small spot just outside the front of the hotel to check-in and then the staff will guide you to the parking, so that makes parking easier.

모든 게 다 좋았어요! 직원도 친절했고, 위치도, 시설도 최고였어요. 아파트식은 처음이었는데, 호텔보다 더 프라이빗하고 아늑해서 세 식구 편안하게 마물다 갑니다. 음식을 해 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 욕실과 세면대가 분리된 데다 세면대랑 샤워부스 욕조 따로 따로 2개씩 있으니 사용하기 편했답니다. 스페인 호텔 중 최고였어요!

Unbelievable hotel 2min walk from the old town and shopping. Very spacious and clean. Granada is beautiful. Taxi from hotel to Alhambra was only 7euros. If u decide to walk it will be around 30min but the last 15 is a walk uphill. Best to taxi there and walk back. The walk back is beautifull If you are driving, just make sure to follow directions. Parking is under the hotel and you take a cool car elevator down. Staff works from am-11pm. But u have a code to the lobby if u come after. Granda is stunning, full of culture. You will not be disappointed. Stay at this hotel. Oh and no breakfast, but a ton of option 1min away

Location is great! Walkable from the train station about 20mins + but taxi doesn't cost more than €10. We took a taxi there but walked on the way back. The street is very quiet so good night sleep is ensured! A very good base to be in Granada. All the staff was lovely and friendly. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle a few pans so easy to warm up food if needed. No dishwashing liquid provided but we just bought it so not a big problem. We would definitely return!

First the layout of the studio was very nice and practical. Everything was super clean and all amenities were available. It’s amazing how close it is to the shopping area and good restaurants. Reception was very nice and helpful. Alhambra was a 35 min walk but a nice walk.
