Excellent new and modern hostel, with construction still happening around it. There is a very convenient bicycle garage in the back for those who are bicycle touring. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Stayed here last month also for one night. This time stayed 2 nights. Love the lockers with locks keyed to door card. Privacy for individual beds with cubicles and curtains. However, the shared kitchen needs more towels and / or paper towels for cleaning dishes and counters. AND someone made a mess in the microwave BOTH days. I cleaned it first night just so i could use it but did not think it my place to do so again the second night. Security camera not working? Does housecleaning do more than just sweep in this room?

Nice newly renovated place to sleep. We've only spent one night, but would go back if possible. Only negative thing is that covered underground parking is an extra 15 euros per night.

There is no doubt that it is one of the most well-equipped and beautiful hostels I have ever stayed. However, it misses the hostel feeling. Common areas are modern and spacious, it also includes gym, terrasse and a cinema/TV room (I did not use it) and the 24/7 coffee is such a grateful touch. I stayed in a 8-woman room with ensuite restroom with top quality mattresses, towels provided, earplugs, very modern (and noiseless) bunkbeds, etc. However, once again, it felt like an "share room hotel" than a hostel, with no vibes at all. Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception so I proceeded with the self-check in i-pad placed next to it. After a few minutes, and once a staff member arrived, I gave up and he checked me in in 2 minutes without 200 blanks to fill in. No info about the city was given, and when asking about parking, he only pointed at the private one (belongs to them). Later that night, I received another email to proceed with a self check out online so I would not have to approach the reception on departure. Maybe I am old school, but what makes a hostel, a hostel.. is the contact with the people and the personal and informal touch. Maybe it is something that they could work on, after all, the facilities are TOP!

Modern hotel with retro industrial looks. Good service and kind and helpful staff. Nice rooftop terrace with view over Liège and on Gare Guillemins that is only a few hundred meters walking. Good isolated rooms because we did not hear any train (with closed windows). Good connection with old town by public transport, rental bike or 20 minutes walk.

Zeer mooi hotel. Vriendelijk personeel Heel leuke vibe. Kamer was leuk met stapelbed. Er is in de badkamer niet goed nagedacht over de set-up. In de douchekamer zat een houten deur. Deze was helemaal beschimmeld aan de binnenkant door het vocht van de douche. Behalve dit zou ik het een topscore geven.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel qui est très bien situé près de la gare. Par contre de gros soucis avec les chaînes de télé qui se coupent (il faudra résoudre ce problème) et quelques mauvaises odeurs qui sortent de l’évacuation des eaux de la douche.

Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich mit Panoramafenster mit Verdunkelungsvorhängen, Plattenspieler , drehbarem TV, Sofa und Tischlein, , Kitchenette mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, großem Kühlschrank, Kochplatte, Geschirr, Besteck, Kochutensilien, Töpfen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffee und Tee sowie einem Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, das Bett mit Treppenaufgang, WC und Bad mit Dusche separat. Leider hört man Stühle-Rücken sehr laut und deutlich von den anderen Zimmern, da kann man sicher Abhilfe schaffen mit Filzaufklebern unter den Stuhlbeinen. Frühstück war sehr lecker mit z.T. lokalen Spezialitäten und sehr guter Kuchenauswahl. Ds Personal war äußerst freundlich. Leider ist dem Buchhalter ein Fehler unterlaufen: mein im Voraus bezahltes Zimmer wurde beim Einchecken nochmals von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Der Angestelkte hat sich entschuldigt und mir versichert, dass der Betrag zurück überwiesen wird. Ich vertraue darauf.

Vi ble veldig positivt overrasket over hotellet. Vi ankom sent, ble tatt i mot på en god måte. Resepsjonen har ulike aktiviteter, og innbyr til å ha det hyggelig. Rommet overrasket med sin størrelse, godt utstyrt kjøkken, fint design og små detaljer. Særlig artig var det med platespiller på rommet og et stort utvalg av plater i resepsjonen.

Vi ble veldig positivt overrasket over hotellet. Vi ankom sent, ble tatt i mot på en god måte. Resepsjonen har ulike aktiviteter, og innbyr til å ha det hyggelig. Rommet overrasket med sin størrelse, godt utstyrt kjøkken, fint design og små detaljer. Særlig artig var det med platespiller på rommet og et stort utvalg av plater i resepsjonen.

Nous nous rendons régulièrement au Yust, et à notre grande surprise impossible de dormir suite au vacarme au premier étage. Après plus de deux heures à essayer de dormir, je décide d’aller à la réception pour demander qu’on calme les personnes du premier étage. Le réceptionniste monte discuter avec les personnes qui étaient entre réalité une classe. Le bruit a continué, ils toquaient à notre porte, criaient, claquaient les portes jusque 1h du matin. J’ai dû sortir de la chambre, demander qu’on cesse ce vacarme. Par chance, je suis tombé sur un professeur responsable du groupe. Il a ensuite fait cesser le bruit pour une courte durée. Malheureusement celui-ci a recommencé. Je suis très déçu par le manque de respect envers les clients et de plus je trouve que la réaction du réceptionniste n’a pas été assez utile pour un retour au calme. Je suis très déçu de ne pas avoir été écouté et entendu. J’aurai pensé même à ce que l’on nous change de chambre ou nous proposer une indemnisation.

In stead of just leaving earplugs at the pillow it would have been nice with a heads up, since the room we got was right next to a bicycle parking lot that played music all night! Not very ideal when traveling with the children. The staff didn’t seem to be very concerned when I raised the point at the reception. The room was otherwise fine.

Nice concept, but doesn't really work as a hotel. No hairdryer, although you can call reception, but too much hassle. Only one receptionist, so long queue, baggage storage without tag, so don't know if your bag will be there when you come back, etc. I like the concept and the working space, but wouldn't stay again, more for students I think.

A quelques pas de la gare. Tram juste devant. Petite épicerie-dépanneur juste à côté. L’hôtel n’est pas dans un quartier animé. Quand même une bonne marche pour arriver au cœur de la ville, mais cela se fait très bien.

Très bien situé, proche de la gare, il permet d’accéder très facilement au centre ville par le tram. L’esplanade préserve du bruit. Les commerces de bouches de renommée, petits bars et resto sont tout prêts également. Bref, l’établissement à recommander pour un voyage d’affaires comme pour un séjour de vacances.

Modern hotel with retro industrial looks. Good service and kind and helpful staff. Nice rooftop terrace with view over Liège and on Gare Guillemins that is only a few hundred meters walking. Good isolated rooms because we did not hear any train (with closed windows). Good connection with old town by public transport, rental bike or 20 minutes walk.

Vi havde et godt opplevelse, god service, meget lækkert hotel med en afslappet stemning, hyggelig lobby med selvbetjening af kaffe og te, god parkerings kælder for 15 € pr dag. Vi spiste i resturanten om aftenen, god betjening og lækker velsmagende mad. Morgen maden var også utrolig lækker.

I recently stayed here for the beer lovers marathon, overall all the hotel was great, my only negative was the breakfast, i believe it was part of my room rate and the 1st morning it was however on the 2nd morning we were told it was not included.

Excellent new and modern hostel, with construction still happening around it. There is a very convenient bicycle garage in the back for those who are bicycle touring. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

+++ Service/Staff ++ Location (near train station, not so near city centre) + Breakfast + Hotel Condition 0 Breakfast - nothing negative Service was excellent, with the staff all very young, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Being so close to the main Lieges railway and bus station, the location is perfect for travellers without a car. The hotel’s decoration and the general infrastructure is in excellent condition. The room was light, clean and comfortable. The water from the shower did tend to spill out into the bathroom though and we required extra towels to keep this dry. The bed’s matrice was perfectly comfortable. There was a coffee/tea self-service corner on the ground floor available around the clock. Breakfast was “ok”, but the coffee was not so good and the single coffee machine was often running out of water or milk or coffee. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Lieges.

Great room. Comfy bed. Nice to have a kitchenette. Loved the free coffee in the communal area. Staff friendly. Rooftop bar worth having a look at. Keep your windows closed and use Aircon. Left the window open overnight and we had about 8 mosquitos in the room. Unfortunately they like me so suffered from many bites.
