O hotel, melhor, o apart hotel é maravilhoso. Tudo organizado, confortável e possui uma localização estratégica. A vista da cidade depende muita da sorte ou não de vc pegar um andar nos pisos superiores. Ficamos no nono andar. Não foi ruim, mas tb não foi a exuberância que muitos comentam. Outra questão é por conta de quem precisa de garagem. O hotel só possui, no estacionamento ao lado, 4 vagas e depende da disponibilidade. Como não se tem como confirmar com antecedência, esse é um fator bastante preocupante. De resto, gostamos muito de tudo! Voltaremos!

Esta cerca de todo y con fácil conexión, no necesitas tener auto, si lo tienes encontrar parqueo es fácil, pero en la calle estacionar es casi imposible en todo lugar. Vista inpresionante !!! No limpian los departamentos por menos de 6 días de alquiler, ósea prepárate para hacerlo tu !!!!

En general estuvo todo muy bien. En la contratación decía estacionamiento disponible y no había por ende tuvimos que salir a buscar. Preferiría que no pongan eso, porque uno llega andado tranquilo de que le van a facilitar el estacionamiento. El único problema es la luz de las ventanas ya que los blackout no cierran bien.

The apartment is nice but of very low quality, the curtains are not Block out which is very bad at dawn, when you want to lower them they always fall off, so every day I had. To come and fix them. The cleaning of the apartment is every 5 days as well as the change of towels, which are of very poor quality, the employees do not even know the price to change them, one told me $ 5.00 for each and others $ 5.00 for the complete set. I advise you that when you arrive take photos of the conditions of the apartment and send them by WhatsApp because then I know, you want to charge as they did with us, for example they fill the toiletries and the hand soap was already broken on our arrival and they wanted to charge me, I had brought my own products so I did not use them, they were also very bad, first time in our stay we see this, everywhere where we have stayed are for the exclusive use of the tourist even in Cuba. Pontos positivos do hotel: localização central e vista do quarto. Pontos negativos: checkout às 10 hs da manhã e não é feita limpeza diária nos quartos. A limpeza só é feita uma vez por semana (se vc permanecer para além desse período), o que também vale para a troca de toalhas e roupas de cama.

El lugar está bien ubicado, está limpio y cómodo, sin embargo no hacen la limpieza en todo el tiempo de la estancia, no hay suministro de papel higiénico ni agua para beber, a pesar de tener una cocineta que parece funcional y tampoco cuenta con calefacción lo cual en invierno es muy muy importante.

La atencion por parte de los empleados fue muy satifactoria pero el mantenimiento del departmento en si no reflejo la imponente fachada y ubicacion del edificio. Poca limpieza en su interior previa y durante mi estadia. Tostadora no funcionaba el refrigerador tenia un ruido constante molesto y su interno estaba limpio una sola cubetera de agua y la los cables electricos conectados a la hornalla electrica sin ptoteccion y peligroso no obstante lo recomendaria.

En generar está muy bien el departamento, con una vista espectacular, tome esta estancia con descuento así que estuvo increíble. Es importante que en los servicios incluidos, mencionen que NO está incluido el desayuno. Ya que en la publicación prometen el desayuno y cuando les preguntas no responden. El departamento tiene ciertas áreas que requiere mantenimiento. Recomiendo que actualicen sus TVs por que la oferta de apps de steaming es muy limitada, en la cocina había un trapo sucio que no lavaron del hospedaje anterior. Es muy seguro ya que nadie entra mientras estás hospedado, incluso no limpian y arreglan las camas como un hotel todos los días. Solo lo hacen después de 5 dias

Apartamento increíble con unas vistas a la ciudad espectaculares. Es cierto que tuvimos la suerte de que nos tocara la última planta pero la experiencia fue única. El apartamento está muy nuevo, cama grande y cómoda, la ducha funciona perfecto y tienes una pequeña cocina hasta con horno. Repetiría sin duda.

It was ok the room. Walls dirty and some damages. Seems like they focused more on the upper pricy rooms, I can tell the difference because I stayed on the 2 floor apartment with the big balcony. The pictures don’t really look like the room. They tell you it had a city view but all you see is the building next to it, which they are offices and you can’t keep the blinds open because all the people from the other building can see you. No privacy at all. The walls are very thin you hear everything and let’s not talk about what you hear when you’re neighbors go to the bathroom!. Also on the other apartment I stayed I call the front office to tell them that the electric rooms in one of the room do not work so it was hard to sleep with them open. Well they told me we will send maintenance, they never showed up or call to tell me they where not coming or they where busy!. The next day I checked out they are texting me asking where I put the controls for the bottom room to close the blinds, well guess what that’s the reason I call the first time about the blinds not working and you never sent maintenance. All he said they where busy!. Really no apologies or communication to let me know this?????. Communication is horrible!!

Great location and view, quiet and fairly clean. Was not aware of the “no turn down” policy for under 5 night stays… also key use from app was frustrating because it didn’t work well. I had to try it many times over and over and restarting phone to use it. Can’t complain much due to the price for the location and view. Friendly as well. Thanks

They tell you it had a city view but all you see is the building next to it, which they are offices and you can’t keep the blinds open because all the people from the other building can see you. No privacy at all. The walls are very thin you hear everything and let’s not talk about what you hear when you’re neighbors go to the bathroom!. Also on the other apartment I stayed I call the front office to tell them that the electric rooms in one of the room do not work so it was hard to sleep with them open. Well they told me we will send maintenance, they never showed up or call to tell me they where not coming or they where busy!. The next day I checked out they are texting me asking where I put the controls for the bottom room to close the blinds, well guess what that’s the reason I call the first time about the blinds not working and you never sent maintenance. All he said they where busy!. Really no apologies or communication to let me know this?????. Communication is horrible!!

This hotel is very well located right in the center, close to Florida Street and Palacio Guemes for good shopping, near some excellent restaurants, etc. I stayed here two nights and the room was large, extremely clean and very comfortable. There is a small but adequate gym in the first floor. Check in was smooth and the app allows for keyless entry without any issues. The room had a small kitchenette which was perfect for bringing takeout back to eat in. The bathroom was very clean. The room was very quiet. The view was nothing exciting but the huge windows let lots of light in. I'm really happy I stayed here and would definitely do so again. You get a great value for price at this accommodation.

Buen alojamiento, excelente localización y relación calidad precio. Nos ha gustado mucho Un pequeño detalle que nos causó un poco de frustración. Deberían mejorar la comunicación con el cliente, no fueron muy eficientes resolviendo unas dudas sobre lockers que tuvimos antes de viajar. Parecía que estaba contactando con una centralita, que en vez de darme la respuesta, me mandaban llamar a otro número, y este a su vez a um email, y este a un WhatsApp...,así hasta 4 o 5 veces. Habría esperado que el email de contacto que tienen anunciado en su web fuera capaz de dar respuesta a algo tan trivial, o buscarla y darme la más tarde, en vez de mandar al cliente a hacer una jincana por media empresa. Gostamos muito, o studio em que ficamos tinha uma vista maravilhosa da cidade. Tudo muito clarinho e confortável. O Studio é um ambiente integrado sem divisórias, tem geladeira, cooktop 2 bocas e no nosso foi forninho ao invés de microondas.Tem banheira no banheiro. Bom esclarecer que o Top Rentals é um apart hotel, não tem bufet de café da manhã caso escolha a estadia com café da manhã, será fornecido um valcher para uma confeitaria próxima, com ítens limitados. O serviço de limpeza, só se agendar com a recepção. Não existe room service, pois não é como um hotel e sim apart hotel como falamos aqui no Brasil. No nosso caso escolhemos sem café para não ter obrigação de horário.Amamos a localização com todas as opções de transporte disponível em volta e próximo a todo o comércio: supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes, cafeterias e Centro da cidade com Teatro Colon, Tango Porteno, Obelisco, Florida, etc... Gostamos tanto que resolvemos fazer mais uma reserva de mais 5 dias e como não havia disponível mais studios, mudamos para apartamento clássico ainda melhor. Recomendamos! Ficamos no 43° andar.

En generar está muy bien el departamento, con una vista espectacular, tome esta estancia con descuento así que estuvo increíble. Es importante que en los servicios incluidos, mencionen que NO está incluido el desayuno. Ya que en la publicación prometen el desayuno y cuando les preguntas no responden. El departamento tiene ciertas áreas que requiere mantenimiento. Recomiendo que actualicen sus TVs por que la oferta de apps de steaming es muy limitada, en la cocina había un trapo sucio que no lavaron del hospedaje anterior. Es muy seguro ya que nadie entra mientras estás hospedado, incluso no limpian y arreglan las camas como un hotel todos los días. Solo lo hacen después de 5 dias

Room was great. However, everything needed a bit of a deep clean. Lot's of grime on top of shelves, dirty walls, light switches and other things. Also, the roller blinds in the rooms were literally disintegrating, when you open or closed them they'd flake plastic all over the floor and room. Lastly, they're weird about their towels. We didn't have enough and even after asking for another, they simply replaced the one we had rather than giving us another. It took multiple times asking for one extra towel to finally get it. Positives: beautiful view and apartment. Great for a family and lots of room. Check-in was simple and the staff were nice even if a bit weird about towels :)
