Hotel muy limpio, accesible, bien ubicado y la atención del personal excelente. Me enfermé y estuvieron al pendiente en todo momento, ayudándonos a conseguir doctor y nos llevaron oxígeno al cuarto etc. nos hicieron sentir en casa. No tienen servicio de alimentos pero te dan el Menú de varios restaurantes cercanos que te llevan los alimentos a tu habitación. Gracias en especial al Sr Edgar por sus atenciones.

Great place to stay where everything is easily accessible on foot: food, pharmacy, cocktails, bank, historic sites, etc. The staff was phenomenal. I only stayed for one night as I left the next day for Aguas Caliente to stay there to hike for 6 days. That said, I loved the hotel so much that I changed my outgoing hotel to this one because I think it is literally a travel warriors dream…perfect for a few nights. It has everything you need, including breakfast. The room was clean, beds were great. Too easy. The staff went out of their way to assist me in calling a cab, ensuring that my next hotel knew when I was going to arrive since I had to change logistics. Thank you, Fernando. Will always stay here and will always recommend.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have an excursion before 5am let them know in advance and they can pack breakfast for you. The room was always cleaned well and they even tidied up my toiletries and items when I left them out. Breakfast was a good selection and the fruits were always fresh and sweet. Location was good, short easy walking distance from Plaza de Armaand also handy that the Qorikancha and Church and Convent of Santo Domingo of Guzmán Iglesia y Convento de Santo Domingo de Guzmán is conveniently just across the road.

Good location, very loud. Room was small but had all the necessities. Major frustration was check-in process. Arrived at 6 am, was told that we would be able to early check-in around 11am. Came back at 2:30 pm and the room was not ready and unsure if it was going to be ready by 3pm (regular check-in time). Fortunately, it was, but upon entering the room, smelled like major bleach disinfectant and there are no windows to air it out.

Perfect property walking distance to everything downtown, excellent staff. The only thing was Wi-Fi that was spotty and one night didn't have hot water. Overall, an excellent choice. I'm coming back to this hotel in a few days.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. You can walk to the centre anytime, and it's easy and convenient. The staff were all nice and friendly. However, remember that when people open or close the door, you can hear them. There is a window in the restroom that is not a vent. I highly recommend it still!

Really nice and charming. It looks newly renovated. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean. Only two things to be aware of, the rooms are on the smaller side. It’s perfectly fine if you are solo but I can’t see how one can share the room I had. Also if you are on the first floor and across from the front office it can get noisy from people hanging out in the courtyard waiting for their pickup. If possible ask for a room away from the front.

Hotel muito limpo, banheiros adequados, todos os trabalhadores são extremamente atenciosos. O que deixa a desejar é que é extremamente barulhento, não tem ar-condicionado no quarto, aquecedor não funcionava, muita luz no quarto de manhã e café da manhã com poucas opções. Única janela do quarto ficava em frente à cama com vista para o corredor, logo, se abrisse a janela (única fonte de ventilação do quarto), ficaria completamente exposto para todos que estivessem circulando pelo hotel.

Hotel location is great and the rooms are comfortable. I did not rate 5 stars for two reasons: My room was below the breakfast area and the noises start around 5am as they arrange prior to opening. If you are a light sleeper like me it will wake you up. Second, they failed in securing my taxi upon arrival even though I had a long communication chain making the arrangements. They said that "the messages are read in Lima and it did not reach them". This is a terrible excuse and they should have offered some consideration for the failure which they did not.

Great hotel very well located. In front of Santo Domingo Church. 2 blocks away from Plaza de Armas. Staff was the best. My daughter got sick and they did all they could to make us feel good and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Will defenetly come back.

The location of Abittare is excellent and well situated to sights and restaurants in the historic district. The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff very helpful arranging rides abd taxis to the airport and train station at Poray. Highly recommended

What a great location near the Plaza de Armas and many wonderful shops and restaurants. A true hidden gem with nice courtyards and friendly people.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have an excursion before 5am let them know in advance and they can pack breakfast for you. The room was always cleaned well and they even tidied up my toiletries and items when I left them out. Breakfast was a good selection and the fruits were always fresh and sweet. Location was good, short easy walking distance from Plaza de Armaand also handy that the Qorikancha and Church and Convent of Santo Domingo of Guzmán Iglesia y Convento de Santo Domingo de Guzmán is conveniently just across the road.

I could not recommend this hotel enough! It had the best location, near everything you need to see and walking distance to all of Cusco but secluded on a quiet road. We absolutely adored our stay here! It is a bit noisy when people are out and about but nothing some ear buds can’t handle!

Hotel location is great and the rooms are comfortable. I did not rate 5 stars for two reasons: My room was below the breakfast area and the noises start around 5am as they arrange prior to opening. If you are a light sleeper like me it will wake you up. Second, they failed in securing my taxi upon arrival even though I had a long communication chain making the arrangements. They said that "the messages are read in Lima and it did not reach them". This is a terrible excuse and they should have offered some consideration for the failure which they did not.

The location of Abittare is excellent and well situated to sights and restaurants in the historic district. The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff very helpful arranging rides abd taxis to the airport and train station at Poray. Highly recommended

The room was tiny. There is no insulation and you could hear people in their rooms even flushing the toilet. We had a part roll of toilet paper and had to find the maids cart for more. Coffee was ice cold and the food was not good.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, 2 block away from Plaza de Armas. Delicious breakfast, laundry services. Kind and helpul staff. Super clean. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel bastante aprazível mas o box que oferecem no dia de passeio muito ruim um biscoito e um suco sem sabor e duas frutas dentre elas uma banana verdosa. Um lugar que recomendo o atendimento da equipe sempre muito disponível e atenciosa e as habitações muito limpas e cuidadas.

The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.

Internet hing immer wieder, einmal ganz ausgefallen. Nicht gut genug um Videos zu schauen. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, könnte aber mehr Auswahl geben. Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig aber auch zugig. Keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften ohne dass alle einen im Bett liegen sehen konnten, obwohl es im 1. Stock war. Zimmer ist allgemein recht dunkel und sehr hellhörig. Kein Wasserkocher verfügbar , selbst auf Nachfrage. Man konnte sich das Wasser nur mit der Kaffeemaschine heiß machen, dadurch schmeckt der Tee dann eben auch nach Kaffee.

Everything about this charming hotel was perfect…staff was great, breakfast was in a very calm and beautiful setting on the top floor of hotel, room was also very charming, modern and yet colonial and rustic looking. Super clean, comfortable beds, free-standing heater in room was great as it gets cold in Cusco, especially at night. However, the WIFI was really bad, and I could never count on being able to get online to book tours, my next hotels, etc. They need to really upgrade their WIFI situation. Otherwise, great find!

This is a very nice and well located hotel, in a beautifully restored colonial building. Staff is brilliant: friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good breakfast too. Great value overall. What’s not to like!

Quiet, convenient, and beautiful views We had a wonderful stay at Abittare. It’s a very convenient location near all the main sights, but it doesn't feel noisy at all. The staff were very kind, and the breakfast had a great selection of fresh fruits and local teas. The hotel itself is lovely—there is a beautiful outdoor patio with a fireplace where they provide blankets to keep you warm, and you can even see the Cathedral from there. Our room was also very comfortable and had a heater, which was a must! The refillable water service was also a great touch. Would definitely stay here again.
